Wonderful Location

We loved staying in SPI. The house was spacious and included a very nice kitchen/living area. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa.

Beautiful home and good location to beach access

The closest beach access was down Oleander and to the left. This made it extremely easy to go spend time on the beach.

Lovely home

Very Cozy

This was a nice place to stay. Loved the living room / kitchen area. Spacious. Pool was awesome. Hot tub worked. Pool was heated. Very nice.! Bottom room is awesome, BUT it’s missing a restroom. Restroom for that bottom room is on the second floor. Stairs are Narrow. We had a great time and would definitely rent again. Lopez family

Diamond in the ruff

Loved soooo much about this home. It was amazing and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. Everything was close as far as things to do, the beach, restaurants, etc. The only issue I had is that the A/C would leak when it was turned on. I slipped on the water not knowing it was leaking. So we had to put a bunch of towels down. I also left my coffee cup, but this isn’t their fault of course lol - overall, amazing stay. Beautiful views. Will be booking this place for my next trip if the leaks are fixed!

South Padre Home

This property was nice. The hot tub was clean and heated up nicely. Nice open concept design. Could have used some extra supplies like trash bags, paper towels, and kitchen spices. Overall nice home and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved it, modern beach house

Beautiful three story beach home. The pool and pergola in backyard was awesome after a long day at beach. Beach accesses were very close also and convenient. Kitchen had everything from keurig to blender. Maybe only a few more cooking pans were needed. Our family had a great time, we loved the house layout.

Bring Your Own Broom

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds. Great pool area. If you are staying a few days and like to keep the floors clean you will need to bring your own broom. If you like to cook, you will need to bring all your spices. The house comes with Zero spices. The pool was a little dirty. The spiral staircase is very rusted and might cut your feet if you are barefoot.

Great place! Great for groups. Lots of space!

Loved the home. Pool was great! Lots of lighting options. The home is 3 levels. Two bedrooms with full bathrooms on third floor, living and kitchen on 2nd. Half bath on 2nd floor as well. Ground floor has the 3rd bedroom but bathroom is outside in the pool area, so whoever sleeps on the first floor bedroom has to walk up to 2nd floor or outside. There's also an outdoor shower. There's a Keurig but no k cups.

Bad experience/late services

The pool was DIRTY! We waited a whole 24hrs to get someone to come and start the cleaning. The pool wasn't ready until checkout day. NEVER AGAIN! I don’t recommend.

Beach house

Three story house about a block away from the beach. Private pool and hot tub were nice, but pool was pretty warm so it was not refreshing on a hot day. The house is roomy. It lacked a dishwasher. We did not have extra trashbags and there were no cleaning wipes left to clean up after cooking. Also, no broom and dust pan so it was hard to clean up after coming back from the beach. The rooms are big and good space outside.

Nice Stay

Home was fairly clean and nice. Enjoyed our stay, but did have a couple of issues. No downstairs bathroom for 1st floor bedroom was an issue, as only the two upstairs bedrooms had showers in them. Second floor half bath was convenient but no shower available. Pool was not clean, and had lots of dead insects and roaches in it. Water was stained and cloudy and mold was on side of pool. House was clean, this was a pool issue only. Beds slept well, but might want to bring your own pillow. Overall a nice stay.

Family Friendly Oasis

Wonderful house in a great location, very close to the beach. The kids spent a ton of time in the pool and making the less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Separate floors gave the opportunity for the family to find their own space to relax and recharge. Property manager was super responsive, had to call after a long power outage and he was friendly and super helpful even late at night. Kitchen had several items I was ha soy to find, Keurig, air fryer, plastic cups. Overall a wonderful stay in a great house.

Pros/cons

Cons: The house was not cleaned from previous people. After I called, the cleaning people came very quickly. However, it ruined our afternoon plans that we made. Also, the fans upstairs were not working. Pros: The house location to the beach is nice and close. The pool was our favorite amenity.

Nice home close to beach

This was a nice retreat for 2 couples. It was just a 3 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. We visited in February when a cold snap resulted in 3 days in the 30s and 40s. Furnace keep the place warm, especially the bedrooms. The outdoor hot tub worked well even with cold temperature. Turn it n and 30-40 minutes later the hot tub is 102 and the pool in the upper 80s. Nicely furnished. Kitchen has most everything you need. Local manger is very responsive to requests.

Solid 4

Location and pool were great, even though the pool area wasn’t cleaned, garbage was full, trash left all over. 2 blocks from beach was awesome. The air conditioner worked great. But very few extras. No spices, 1 roll of t.p. Per bathroom, plenty of dish washer pods but no dishwasher. I give it a solid 4 out of 5.
