Florida Villa Days is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the private gated community of Windsor Palms. Enjoy an open plan design and a southwest facing pool/spa for SUN ALL DAY. Watch sports or your favorite videos/movies on the outdoor TV, or simply enjoy spectacular sunsets behind the conservation from your private pool/spa. The pool area enjoys a woodland/conservation view with privacy hedges on each side. Your only rear neighbors are the turtles, deer, and native birds that frequent the landscape behind the pool lanai.

This beautiful home away from home offers many features and amenities you might find in your own home. An open plan lounge provides the ideal setting for family vacation living. Enjoy meals at the granite breakfast bar, kitchen table, or the formal dining table. A large flat-screen TV and a family Wii are located in the main living area for all to enjoy. For the competitors in your party, enjoy a fully equipped games room with ping pong, foosball, and an assortment of board games. For additional activities, a short walk to the Windsor Palms clubhouse and recreational areas will provide basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a 50 seat theater (for those rainy days).

Step into the luxurious master bedroom with a king sized bed and its own walk in closet with ample of storage for your vacation. The spacious ensuite includes his and hers sinks, walk in shower and a soak tub with separate toilet which also has access to the pool deck. (This is a fantastic feature when you are enjoying a pool day!)
A second ensuite bathroom is located in the queen bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms include 2 twin beds each, one is Mickey themed, one is Toy Story themed. Both share the newly refurbished family bathroom with a bath and shower. Each room has its own closet and new 32" smart TV.

Our home is professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The rental price for the unit includes CDC approved cleaning and preparation prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you walk through the door

Sun Palm Drive Villa 5 ⭐️

We booked this villa for a 2 week family holiday -2 adults and 2 teens aged 13 and 16. The villa was exactly as described and the view from the pool (backing onto open space and woodlands) meant we had complete serenity when we were having a villa/pool day. The villa is south facing so gets the benefit of sun all afternoon and evening. The Windsor Palms resort was well maintained, secure and very close to shops and amenities and only about a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. Our 16 year old son thought the Wi-Fi has fantastic and was able to game on his laptop without any issues. And our 13 year old daughter enjoyed the pool. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊

Perfect location for Disney

We had a great time at Windsor Palms and the owner was very easy to get hold of and communicate with. This was a new area of Orlando for us and we loved the close proximity to Disney & many restaurants. The inside of the property was clean, not overly modern but very comfortable and homely. The outside pool was lovely but the furniture & cushions are showing their age, however I understand that the owner has plans to update these. We did have to give the outside patio door handles and around them a wipe down as they were covered in what looked like some sort of grease, maybe sun lotion. Due to Covid we didn’t use the games room as the cleaners were obviously not going to clean all these items, games etc. Coming from overseas we especially loved that this property still has cable tv so we didn’t have to log in to a million apps on a smart tv to watch something! Thank you again for a great stay.

Great place for families/friends

A first class villa in a well maintained gated community. This is a large and comfortable villa on one level. The entrance opens out into the dining, living and then kitchen areas, with the bedrooms accessed from this space. The pool is large, with a lovely jacuzzi tub. There is no-one behind you as the villa faces a large field and then trees. We would definitely return - no wonder it gets booked up early.

A special family holiday

We had a great family holiday in this lovely villa. As soon as you arrive and open the door the villa has a homely feel to it. It is comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The sunny private pool area is also inviting after a day in the parks. With regards to the location this is perfect.......so close to Disney, 20 minutes from Universal (depending on the traffic ) and a selection of restaurants, and supermarkets. We also managed a trip to Kennedy Space Center and Anna Maria Island. Thank you to Amanda and her family for letting us stay in your home in the sun. The Doyle family x

Amazing Villa, Amazing Location - Best We've Had

This is our third villa holiday (second within this resort), and this villa was our favourite. The layout was perfect, being all on one level, especially with kids (4 & 2). The pool area had the sun literally all day and until late in the evening - perfect for a splash in the pool before heading out to dinner. The positioning of the villa was ideal - nobody overlooking us. This villa had the perfect amount of supplies for a family - which took a lot of the stress away. Only thing we did miss, was an electric kettle. Old school whistler was quite fun though - especially for the kids who didn't have a clue what it was haha. Location of the resort itself was brilliant for us - super close to Disney as well as plenty of restaurants. Communication with the owners was fantastic and the management company were fabulous. We had to call them out on the third day as we noticed some wasps starting to make a nest - they were out straight away and nest was gone. Couldn't fault our stay here - we will definitely book again if we're lucky enough to come back. Thank you for having us!!! The Wards

Lovely modern property

The house is lovely and being on a resort has access to additional facilities. You can make a request to view a film in the cinema from a list which is quite cool. Easy access to supermarkets. We didn't do Disney but its close to both Disney and Universal. I would say you really need a car albeit I think it does mention you can catch a bus. We ate at the Black Angus Steakhouse nearby which was amazing. Also be aware of Florida Toll roads as for some you need change and if you don't have change you need to get a postal order and then a stamp which is a bit of a pain! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. A massive plus was the huge washing machine and dryer so we brought home mainly clean clothes. Very easy process to gain access to the property and a quiet area for peace and relaxation. Would visit again and Amanda has been very helpful with any queries.

Beautiful villa in a lovely setting.

Fantastic property In an ideal location

This is a real quality property. It was immaculate the quality of the fittings and furniture are excellent. Great bedrooms with good comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and excellent bathrooms. Spring Vacation

Great location. Safe, quiet, gated community. Clubhouse with arcade and movie room which was fun for the kids. House was welcoming and decorated beautifully. Had everything that we needed. Couch and chairs in living room new and cozy. Beds were all very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Very relaxing. We were sad to leave.

Beautiful property! Superior host!

My wife and I stayed here during our daughter‘s dance competition at Disney. The house was minutes away from ESPN. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The pool was beautiful. The house was super comfortable and open. We truly hope to stay here again while we’re in Orlando. The host was super responsive and so supportive when we had last minute change of plans we couldn’t ask for more.

Good location, good privacy

We liked the private pool and access to pickleball courts. Plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. Worked for our group of 3 teenagers and 2 adults. We did not cook much at the home, but it was well stocked. We had some family members who live in Orlando visit for dinner, and the home owners was very accessible and accommodating. Trash instructions could have been a bit more clear, but it all worked out.
