Old Man Bay Villa # 2 - moderneja, yhden makuuhuoneen huviloita

Northsiden, Grand Caymanin, nurkassa on viehättävä pieni yhteisö Old Man Bayn alueella, jossa aika on pysynyt paikallaan. Tämä on aito Cayman, ei väkijoukkoja ja ainoa mitä kuulet, ovat valtameren aallot.

2 vierekkäin sijaitsevaa 1 makuuhuoneen huvilaa ovat identtiset. Pääkerroksessa on olohuone, jossa queen-size-vuodesohva, taulutelevisio, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone ja jauhehuone. Tilava makuuhuone on 2. kerroksessa ja siinä on täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, suurella suihkulla.

Talon takana on oma patio, piknikpöytä ja BBQ.

Ranta on kadun toisella puolella ja lyhyen polun, enintään 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä; todennäköisesti autio. Voit kävellä mailia kumpaankin suuntaan. Lapset tarvitsevat riuttakengät, jos he menevät veteen. Snorklaus täällä on hyvä.

Fabulous Experience

This property was just what we were looking for. A place to stay and relax for 14 days away from the busy tourist areas. How wonderful for us that the condo was comfortable and stocked with absolutely everything that we needed. The beach is a short walk and great place to find treasures (shells and sea glass). A rental car is a must for exploring. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Peaceful Tropical Retreat

Situated on the quiet side of the island, but close enough to Seven Mile Beach (30-40 min drive) and George Town to make island exploration a breeze, Old Man Bay Villas is the perfect place to enjoy Grand Cayman the way YOU want to.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Old Man Bay villa! Perfect location, very clean and well equipped Villa. We met the owners and they were very nice and accommodating . We look forward to seeing them again and renting the Old Man Bay Villa on our next stay!

Great central location and clean.

Great location if activities on 7-mile beach, Rum point and East end are planned. Very responsive hosts. Villa had everything we needed for our base camp while visiting the island.

Perfect location on laid-back North Side of Grand Cayman

Old Man Villas provided us with a comfortable, quiet place- well appointed recently upgraded kitchen, great A/C unit with upstairs and downstairs controls, even a washer and dryer. Within minutes of Rum Point and the East End, as well as the wonderful Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Garden. If you are looking for a laid-back, low traffic area of Grand Cayman, this is the perfect place.

Shhhh….keep this place between us!

This by far has to be my most favorite VRBO experience EVER! Super Clean, fully stocked kitchen etc. Communication was top notch. And the beach area across the street… we saw the same lady walk by every day and no one else! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it! We will return for sure ASAP!

Great Quiet Place

Loved our experience. The location is very quiet, not touristy at all, which is what we wanted. The only small downside was the beach across the street was not great. Trash made it hard to enjoy. But we were a close enough drive to lots of beautiful beaches. The place was perfect for all our needs. Kitchen, laundry, comfy bed, and plenty of space. Also very clean.

Beautiful home in the perfect location

I feel confident this has got to be the best villa on the island for the price! We loved our stay at Old Man Bay #2. This home is located across from a beautiful beach (bring your water shoes because it is rocky but also a great place to find sea glass) and just down the road from Rum Point and several fantastic attractions like the Botanical gardens (a must see) and the Crystal Caves. The home is beautiful - modern and spotless. We loved the screened in porch for relaxing in the evenings and the fantastic indoor AC for those hot days. The best part was the home is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay - plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. There was even a spare air mattress. We just loved our stay and would love to come back. As mentioned, you do need a rental car.

Welcoming, well located, wonderful!

This is a small villa but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and having a full bath next to the upstairs bedroom as well as a half bath downstairs worked well. The spiral staircase is a little tricky but they have made it as safe as possible and it was not a problem. The area is quiet and we loved the large screened porch and had outdoor space to use too. It's just a quick walk out to the beach, not really a place to swim but you can float in the water and use water shoes to walk the beach. Grand Cayman Island is surrounded by a reef, so there are fewer places to have a good swim than we expected, being on an island. We were less than 5 minutes from the amazing caves to see, 10 minutes from the parrot center, within 15 minutes of a good swimming beach, 20 minutes from starfish point and great vendors for excursions. We were 45 minutes from George Town and 7 mile beach and 55 minutes from the Turtle Center - that was not as convenient to go to but we liked being away from the 'fray'. The property owner was ever so kind to us, came to visit and ask if we needed anything, asked for suggestions to make his little villa even better. AND he brought us coconuts, cut them open so we could have coconut milk. That was above and beyond our expectations.

Home away from Home

This was by far the best VRBO we've ever purchased. We like to stay out of the mainstream tourism and do our own thing when we vacation. This was perfect for that type of vacation. We stayed very busy our 11 nights and 12 days. We hit all the main tourist attractions because we rented a car and could come and go as we pleased. But we had a quiet place to come home to every night with a very quiet beach. We ran into some neighbors in the mornings on the beach, but not a soul at night. So we sat by a fire on the beach listening to the waves and looking at the stars. The wind was blowing out of the north that week, so I did not get a chance to sample the snorkeling near the condo. We went down the road to Morritt's and enjoyed snorkeling their docks. The condo was very clean with any comfort you could possibly want. 2 coolers and the excellent beach chairs were put to good use every day. Any kind of cooking utensil you could possibly need was provided. I cooked breakfast every morning and packed a lunch every day in the cooler. 2 bathrooms made getting out of the condo a lot easier every day. And the screened in porch was a wonderful place to eat or take a nap and listen to the waves. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

Great little affordable villa near the beach and away from the busy area of 7mile. Communication with the property manager was excellent, everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Location

We had a great time! The house was perfect for the three of us. The laundry was a wonderful extra. We're an active group and we in the water every single day, so having the laundry made it easy to pack light. The screened-in patio was where we ate all of our meals and hung out to listen to the rain. The location is right across the street from a beautiful beach that was wonderful for walking in the surf. We would definitely stay there again!
