The house is spread over 3 levels:

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, with the possibility of a dependency for two people.
On the first floor, a comfortable living room with dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen with sea view, and guest toilet.
On the second floor, two en-suite bedrooms with bathroom and shower room, very bright, opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea.
The highlights of this property include a saltwater pool, sunny all day long, and upon request, we can heat it according to the time of year, with a 100% natural chlorine-free treatment. The house is also equipped with air conditioning throughout, a petanque court, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue, all surrounded by a charming garden.

Tennis courts are just in front of the villa and can be reserved for a tennis session.

Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 9 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability).
Linen is included in the cleaning price
