SUMMARY: 3 Bed, 2 full bath (fully renovated for '24 - 2 showers, 1 soaking tub), plus outdoor shower, w/ additional pull out queen (sleeps 8 total), 1 block to the beach, The Icona Beach Bar, The Windrift Hotel, Bar and Restaurant, The Avalon Brew Pub, and a 15 minute walk to 96th street shopping. 8-10 car parking AND 30’ x 15’ in-ground salt water heated pool with 8-10 person spa! Heated from 9am to 6pm at 80 degrees in season.

We provide Linens & Towels for (7 day WEEKLEY RENTALS ONLY!)

Electric car charging off front and side of the house.

Fully renovated interior, with stainless fridge, gas range, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

L shaped indoor bar for entertaining, a large dining room table inside, and a 8 person dining room table outdoor as well!

Grill stocked with propane.

Beach chairs, beach tags, beach & pool toys available to guests.

New washer/ dryer, AC/HVAC units and water heater.
Routine AC vent and duct cleanings.

Beds: Queen in Master, two doubles in another, and two singles in a third. Couch with pull out queen in living, and a blow-up bed in the closet.

Spacious and private (lined with about 40 leyland cypresses) backyard with 8 person dining table, buffet table, and pool loungers (both outside pool and in pool on a sun-shelf). Bluetooth speaker for backyard. Property is approximately 10,000 square feet. HUGE and private lot for AV.

Game cabinet.

Roku TV w/ house YouTube TV login, to access local news, sports and stations. You can also sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other accounts if you desire.

Wifi w/ full indoor coverage and coverage for most of the backyard (including the outside dining table and pool loungers).

Hanging closet space in multiple rooms.

Coffee maker w/ K Cups (included), Blenders, Toaster, Iron & Ironing board, shellfish pot & utensils, stocked kitchen w/ pots/ pans, cooking trays, cutting boards, new knives etc.

Late September Long Weekend

Our family of two adults and two kids (2.5 and 6 months) stayed for a long weekend at the end of September. Unfortunately the weather was not great but regardless we had an enjoyable stay. The house was perfect size for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we were able to use the outdoors. The location is ideal being an easy walk to the beach and a playground. For us it was a quick drive to shops and restaurants in Stone Harbor and Avalon (if just adults we could have easily walked) as well as kid friendly activities like the Cape May Zoo and Wetlands Institute. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again and recommend to others.

One of the best stays that I have had at the Jersey Shore!

The house was spacious, clean, and updated. The pool and spa were incredible. We loved how close we were to the beach too! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. We are so happy we chose to stay here!!

Great location. The pool is amazing and house had everything you could need. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect. We’ll be back for sure !

Wonderful Beach Week

Absolute gem of a property. My wife and our two children, aged 2 and 4, stayed here for 5 days. Perfect size for our family with an amazing backyard, the best I have seen at the beach. The house was very clean with great information on the property and the beach area. The pool area is unbelievable, the size and grass portion were perfect for the family. The back and forth via messaging was always answered with a quick reply if I ever had questions. We look forward to booking again.

Great location. Great pool for toddler

We enjoyed out 4 day stay in June. Property was clean and comfortable. Shallow end (1 foot lounging section) was great for toddler to play in during hot days. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk. A little far from downtown (1 mile) and restaurant options but otherwise was great.

We headed to the beach for a few days with our adult children. The house is lovely, but the pool was what sold us! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to be back!

Relaxation by the sea!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so convenient to the beach and since we had a room at the Windrift too it made it very easy to spend time together as a group! Our daughter brought her college friends and they loved hanging in the backyard pool too. I would definitely stay here again, so nice to be able to rent for three nights as opposed to a week

Great Get Away

We had an excellent time at the property. My 7 and 9 year could not get out of the pool. The backyard set-up offers hammocks, great lounge chairs and plenty of space. The outdoor shower is awesome after the beach. Great location - close to beach and easy to go grab a bite at the Avalon Brew Pub or the Windrift

Little Avalon Gem

We had a great time at this house. Property Manager Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful. She made sure our stay was perfect. The house is clean and in good repair. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Kitchen with open living area is very charming , clean and furnished very nicely. It’s a little cramped with the stackable washer/dryer and owner’s fridge in one corner along with a large dining table, but it does maximize use of the space. The living room area is slightly small but fine for a single family like ours. Bathroom decor is dated but in great shape and excellent working order - I think there are plans to renovate one or both. Bedrooms are basic but fine - could use a better clothes storage solution in master bedroom (there are pull out shelves under all the beds, a good space saver but slightly awkward). Backyard and pool are fabulous. The host did a great job with furnishings there. Location is great, an easy one block walk to beach, and one mile bike ride to downtown Stone Harbor. Close to Buds Market as well. Loved the flexibility of doing less than a week rental as well. This home strikes a nice balance- not super deluxe (except for pool/backyard!), but definitely a significant cut above your basic “bungalow.” It’s just the right level of comfort, in my opinion, for a very nice beach house.

Another great stay...

This was our third time at the property and the experience was once again fantastic. The place was very clean inside and out with ample sleeping and living space. Super close to the beach as well as Stone Harbor shops and restaurants. The pool was the highlight - I think my kids spent more time poolside than at the beach. Five stars, will definitely stay again.

Cute house but not convenient fr a short stay

Pool had food floating in it. Coffee maker had mold growing it. We had to go out to get shampoo, toilet paper, and you have to provide your own linens. Thought this was an easy cute place to rent as only in town for 2 nights. Would have been cheaper and easier to rent a shore house for a week.

One of the few original beach cottages on the island (but fully renovated), with an amazing location (one block to the beach, The Windrift, The Icona Beach Bar, and a quick Jitney ride, bike ride or walk to downtown Stone Harbor (1 mile) and Avalon), with a huge and tree lined backyard, perfect for entertaining with a resort style salt water pool and spa - 8- 10 car parking with electric included !
