Bienvenido a Ixchel II Beach Condominiums ubicado en la playa más hermosa de la isla, Playa Norte (The North Beach). ¡Estamos orgullosos de ofrecerle la mejor vista en Ixchel II! Está completamente amueblado en el sexto piso y tiene vistas al Caribe.

Esta lujosa suite en condominio de 2 dormitorios incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y lavaplatos. Nuestro comedor y sala de estar tiene un sofá y loveseat de cuero, TV de plasma de 42 'con pantalla plana y TV directa (paquete NFL incluido) y reproductor de DVD, estaciones de conexión para iPod.
La cocina contiene refrigerador / congelador de acero inoxidable, estufa, lavavajillas, microondas, licuadora, tostadora, ollas y sartenes, vasos de vino de plástico, utensilios variados, juego de cuchillos y agua embotellada.

El dormitorio principal está bellamente decorado. Tiene una cama king size, con un hermoso baño con azulejos y encimeras de granito. Además, en este dormitorio principal tiene un gran balcón con 1 tumbona, 2 juegos de muebles de patio, nuestra última incorporación es una estación de parrilla y una mini nevera para enfriar sus bebidas favoritas en el balcón. Go down the elevator and walk straight out to the beach!

This place was amazing! My wife and I stayed here with another couple and we all loved it. It’s close to so many restaurants and has an amazing ocean view from the balcony. It’s steps from the beach!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views!

We absolutely loved it at Ixchel Beach Hotel. The room was perfect for two couples and had a wrap around deck with panoramic views of the beach and ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location - right on the beach and just a short walk to the ,main street. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about the condo as well as Isla Mujeres We visited Cancun in December and spent a day in Isla. . Decided to vacation in Isla. Everything is perfect about this condo as well as Ixchel beach hotel. The owner Michelle was very patient answering our many questions. The condo was fantastic for our family of four . Perfect location and views unreal. We watched sunset from our balcony , could walk to any restaurant and Playa Norte is a fantastic beach. Planning our next visit and would not change a thing

Perfect Stay on Isla Mujeres

The property, and particularly this unit, is located on a perfect stretch of beach in Playa Norte. The 2BR/2 BA 6th floor unit was very nicely decorated and well provisioned. The wrap around balcony was stunning! Already recommended it to friends who are on their way there. Looking forward to staying again!

Just returned from 5 nights at the perfect property. The photos don't do it justice, it is spectacular! We rented both units for a family of four so had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two bedrooms have king beds which were very comfortable and had great bedding/pillows. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for cooking and coffee. There's a filtered water dispenser there so it was easy to fill the water bottles and not worry. We were happy to find a couple of coolers to pack and use for exploring as well as some beach toys/noodles that came in handy. The owners also had a great stock of movies that we enjoyed nightly with our kids (11 & 13yo). The views are INCREDIBLE. You cannot peel your eyes away. Even though this is a "condo" its part of Ixchel Beach Hotel. So you get all the amenities of staying at a full-service hotel. We had maid services daily, towel service for the beach, two pools, restaurant/bar and reserved beach chairs with service right on the beach. You are literally walking distance to everything, we found we only needed to rent a golf cart for one day to visit some beach clubs on the other end of the island. Walked to dinner, breakfast and lunch on the beach. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great vacation.

What a great condo! The view is spectular and with a corner unit there's great outdoor space. The pool is beautiful and the service was friendly and great. I totally recommend this unit at Ixchel!

Perfect beach getaway

This property is one of the best in the Ixchel complex. Located furthest out so it sits on top of Playa Norte with sweeping views from the wrap around porch. The apartment had all the utensils and amenities we needed for a low-key girls trip. I appreciated the water filter for an endless supply of cold, potable water during our trip without using any plastic bottles - we simply refilled our own water bottles. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and requests.

Best View on Playa Norte!

My husband and our friends have stayed in this unit multiple times due to the view at Playa Norte! End unit, very comfortable and well maintained. Breathtaking Views!

Our family visited Isla Mujeres for our Spring Break vacation and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! We chose this condo (610 and 609) as the location and pictures looked perfect. The condo was even better than we expected! It was very clean with everything we needed, and the views from every room were incredible! We especially loved the balcony. We ate breakfast there in the morning and watched sunsets in the evening. The white sand beaches are beautiful. The kids loved how shallow and warm the waters are and enjoyed using their goggles and GoPro to see various fish, snails, and even a stingray. A couple times, we walked up North Beach to the sandy eastern point. Just around the bend you can walk right under the bridge and see several varieties of fish. The location of the condo couldn't be better. It's just a block away from wonderful restaurants and shops in the downtown. Also, don't miss the Thursday art fair - such talented local artists! Before our trip, we had several questions. Tina and Mike were so helpful! They offered great advice and sent us links for some fun activities (we volunteered to walk dogs at Isla Animals twice - the kids had so much fun the first time, we had to go back again!). Some of our favorite restaurants were Lola Valentina, Olivia's, Bally Hoo (great fish tacos) and Limon (wonderful filet mignon). Thanks again to Tina and Mike for such amazing accommodations! We will definitely be back!

Amazing place!

My wife and I and our baby stayed here with other friends in February this year and absolutely loved this condo. I've been to Isla many times and stayed at Ixchel, but this was by far the most beautiful unit I've seen. The wrap-around balcony was amazing and perfect for just sitting while our little guy was napping, or watching the sunset or sitting outside in the evenings. Still felt like we were right on the beach. The condo looks even better than the pictures and couldn't be more comfortable-full kitchen with everything you need, two large bedrooms and comfortable common space with all conveniences. In short, hard to top! Isla is a perfect spot for a getaway and staying in this condo makes it even better. We'll be repeat customers, hopefully for years to come!

Best Place On The Island!!!

My wife and I have stayed here many times and it never gets old. The beach is second to none and the staff is friendly and caring. The food is wonderful and the condo is AMAZING. You cannot beat the views from the wrap around balcony, sunsets are a MUST WATCH. Hildago is always a good time. Restaurant Abuelo's right behind Ixchel 1 is really good, the fish tacos are a must try. We would recommend this place to anyone. The Condo/Island is clean and family friendly. This is a must stay place in our opinion and would recommend it to anyone.

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY!!!!!

My husband and a friend spent 4 nights in this FANTASTIC condo! It was top notch! The decor was lovely , it was VERY clean and the location was incredible!! The owners were great to deal with and I would not hesitate to stay here again! I own a vacation rental myself and I have HIGH expectations when I stay in other properties! This was truly a very comfortable and perfect place to spend our 4 nights on the island! We will return! Thank you!

Fantastic condo and location!

My friends and I recently stayed at this condo and everything about it was perfect! The condo is spacious and modern and the view from the wrap around deck is breath taking! We loved the pool and loved being only steps away from the best beach on the entire island. The condo is also close to town so when we wanted to head out for meals or shopping or bars, everything was right there. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart for a day and the front desk was able to assist us with that, which was great. I would highly recommend this condo, it has everything....comfortable, fantastic views and location, location, location!

Perfect!

My friends and I spent a week here, and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The wrap-around deck had a gorgeous view. The location was ideal---a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and bars. We rented a golf cart for a day to check out the rest of the island. It was fun to go explore, but it made us realize even more that our condo was the best location on the island. We definitely want to go back again!

As advertised

The pictures, descriptions, and previous reviews are all accurate. This is a very nice place to stay. I'm not going to duplicate what has been said, so I will offer some information from our experience. This place feels like a very well run Hotel. You can ask for anything at the front desk, and they will do what they can to assist you. If you like sitting on the beach, having drinks served to you and charge them to your room, this might be a piece of heaven. Everyone involved with the services at Ixchel were extremely friendly. Tips are very appreciated. We used "USA Transfers" to get from the airport to the ferry dock and back again. They did a very good job. We rented a golf cart for the week, from a shop located close to the ferry dock. Renting a golf cart was a great way to go. I learned there is a rental place 20 feet from the Ixchel II entrance. They might be a good option also(can't recall the name). Check out a web site called "myislamap.com." It's an interactive map that will allow you to see the majority of the island. There's a very large grocery store called "Chedraui". It's located mid island. South of the airport, across from the baseball field. They have everything you will want. My families travel habits have been to go to new locations every year, but I would definitely go back here again.

Amazing Location and Perfect Accomadations

We recently returned from our stay at this beautiful Oceanfront Suite and were extremely happy with all aspects of the trip. Accommodations were perfect and exactly as described, everything you needed was right there in the unit, balcony was spectacular. Dealing with Tina was a pleasure, she went above and beyond to make our booking experience seamless. Isla Mujeres is a fun island with great restaurants and local flavor. Playa norte is a fabulous beach to relax and unwind on. We look forward to future trips to Isla Mujeres and will use this suite again for sure.

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I stayed for five nights in this beautiful place. We have traveled many places throughout Europe, and the Caribbean and we found Isla Mujeres and The Ixchel to be one of the best!. I know we will be back! Tina returned our request for information and booking within a day and she was happy to answer all my questions. We treated ourselves to both units 609 and 610 for the extra space as my husband gets up very early and works for several hours and I can sleep peacefully two rooms away. The two units, and therefore the two bedrooms are separated by the kitchen/ living room and so are essentially two master suites. Full sized high end appliances make up the full sized kitchen and the living room boasts huge leather sectional with a big screen TV with Directv service. Both bedrooms have big screens. The mattresses are new and heavenly soft! There is very good lighting in the bathrooms. There is even a window in the large shower of 610. A much appreciated amenity is the large tank that dispenses fresh drinking water in each unit. The views from the wrap around balcony will take your breath away and there is plenty of seating along with a grill and mini fridge. Breakfast downstairs at the hotel's cafe was excellent and they make a great Bloody Mary and the drink sizes are generous. The pools are pretty but we walked on by too the gorgeous white sand beach beyond. The sargasso sea weed that is choking so many Caribbean beaches and along the Riviera Maya has not arrived on Playa Norte! We checked out the neighboring beach clubs Tarzan's, Trente Trois or "33" which is the club in front of the new Playa Arena hotel and the new Mayan Beach club which used to be The Sunset Grill. Wonderful drinks and food and friendly people and great music, especially at 33! Just a block and half outside the Ixchel you will find Hidalgo street which is pedestrian only and lined with great shops and bars and restaurants. It is so relaxing to go from place to place without any cars to worry about. We had no bad food anywhere we went. Shopping is great but for beautiful silver jewelry, traditional handicrafts or Talavera porcelain go to the corner of Morelos and Guerrero Sts. to see Alejandro and Luvia who are knowledgeable & fair. He takes the time to explain how the crafts are made and were they come from in Mexico. It is also known as The Silver Shop. There is even a bar next door to keep husbands happy! We will be back to The Ixchel!

Can't beat the view at this spot!

My husband & I + my brother & sister-in-law spent the holidays at this property. We've stayed at Ixchel several times before, as well as other spots on Isla. This was my favorite by far. The view is spectacular in every direction! We had everything we needed right there in the room. We were even able to watch the key bowl games right in our room, which was a plus! It was cleaned thoroughly every day. Very updated decor. We enjoyed grilling out on the porch one evening, and that was a nice addition from my last trip to Ixchel. I highly recommend this spot.
