Beautiful home on Beaver Lake We brought our kayaks and used the dock daily to fish and swim. Had a great time here. Would definitely stay here again Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us
Lots of room, large kitchen with everything you need to cook & bake, large deck…we had a short stay this time we will come back here for a longer stay! A/C works great!
Very steep to get to water, not bad for us but could be a problem for others.
House very clean, TV, games, left us bottles of water, bottle of wine, coffee
Easy & clear check out instructions
Very quiet & within 10 minutes to Roger’s
Very happy with our stay!
Group of four guys on a fishing trip. House was as described in good location central to almost everything at Beaver lake. Lake is just a short walk to the water although slightly steep. Well stocked and everything we needed for our stay.
Stayed here as a luxury while on a striped bass trip. Spacious, very well stocked, comfortable. Excellent location 15 mins from town, 10 mins from beer and food. Feels secluded, very private. Dock is very nice, not an old junker you can't use. Just all around a very very nice place to be. Evening view and deck is a top flight place to grill and drink. Stay here, you'll LOVE it.
The home itself was nice. Backyard was fairly steep to walk down to the dock and back up to the house. Back yard could be cleaned up a bit, lots of tree branches down. Home has a bad ant problem in the kitchen. They were everywhere crawling on the counter top, cabinets, island, and on anything left on the counter or island. Even crawling on our arms when we were trying to cook or sitting at the island to eat.
Owner let us adjust our check in/out date by approving our 1 day change. Home is just ok, could tell owners haven't spent much in keeping up or maintaining home as previous rentals we had stayed in around Beaver. Dock was good but hill to get down was very steep & rocky so footing was unstable. Worse part was the kitchen fridge was broken; was slightly cool when we arrived so we stocked up our weeks food. Left to go explore/hike the next day & came back to a fridge that was warm and food that had spoiled. Messaged owner & were told "we've had that looked at twice" but otherwise didn't offer to fix or repair. My husband finally got a hold after several phone attempts & they offered us their families garage fridge which was padlocked & filled almost completely with their drinks & had dog medication (w/ needle) & the freezer had what looked like frozen blood on the shelf. They told us they would reimburse us for the almost $200 of food we had to trash & re-purchase. This has not happened. As the week went by, the kitchen fridge continued to SMELL & could only described as a DUMPSTER FILLED WITH DIAPERS; this filled the ENTIRE house & was the most disgusting, unpleasant experience. I updated the owner on how it still was broken & her response was "aren't you using the garage fridge", completely unprofessional. Contacted VRBO & they attempted to help remedy but owner never answered them either. AVOID this property & owners, there are much nicer places to stay while on vacation.
Property is on the lake, although tall trees block the view and there is a hill to hike down. Loved hanging out with family and friends on the back deck. Beautiful early October weather. Nice indoor table for group eating or playing games. Easy drive to War Eagle Cavern, Roger’s and Bentonville. Don’t miss the Walmart museum and Spark Cafe (for ice cream) in downtown Bentonville. And the incredible Crystal Bridges museum and grounds.
We spent the weekend and had an excellent time . Very clean and comfortable. Close lake access and peaceful surroundings. We will definitely do it again .
The house was beautiful and in a nice quiet location. We used the kitchen for most of our meals and it was well stocked. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.
This property was surprisingly spacious, and the owners responded quickly to a question regarding internet sign on. The home was super clean and organized. There were a lot of nice sleeping areas. The outdoor areas were plentiful, and the wonderful convenience of a first-floor laundry area was a huge plus!
We had a wonderful time at this Property. Everything was perfect other than there was no Propane for the Outdoor Fire Pit. The house was beautiful and we loved the view of the lake.
Very clean and comfortable location! The outside deck is very nice to hangout and relax on. The backyard has a pretty steep slope, but overall the walk to the water is certainly doable. Very nice property and well stocked.
This is the fist time we spent time on Beavers lake and we loved it because it is half the time it took to drive to Table Rock lake. The house is on the back and we enjoyed swam off the dock directly. House is very clean and well stocked. Good communications from the owner is great. Very nice view to the lake from the kitchen and dinning room to the lake.
We had a wonderful time, getting to the dock is definitely a steep climb, the spiders and webs everywhere weren’t very enjoy able either. Everything was clean I would recommend replacing or washing the bath towels a little better they smelled musty or like they sat in the wash too long. The home has everything you need to cook with and plenty of room for large groups, blinds in the upstairs bedroom would be a place for anyone looking to relax and sleep in.
Views were amazing. Property was great size for our group and well maintained. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay here again.
Five us in the house was plenty of room. The house was well stocked and equipped. We enjoyed the wonderful deck each morning and night of our stay. We were in town for U of A graduation so for those attending school activities the drive was about 45 minutes into Fayetteville.
