VATICAN - SAN PIETRO area apartment
Delightful completely renovated apartment, adjacent to via Piccolomini at the height of the terrace which offers the most beautiful view of Rome over San Pietro, in a residential area a few bus stops from the basilica of San Pietro, without parking problems.
The owners Andrea and Michela who love Rome and find refuge as soon as they have the opportunity, want to share their home with guests who can therefore find all the comforts and atmosphere of a living and inhabited home.
On the ground floor, a large living area with sofa bed overlooks the property garden, with large windows and a play of lights that in the evening help to create continuity between the outdoor and indoor spaces.
A small dining area and a modern kitchenette complete with dishwasher.
The master bedroom, overlooks the back of the garden, which enjoys a few hours of sunshine in the morning and then is in the shade, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature. The selected linen is refined.
The outdoor area is very large and very pleasant for a breakfast in the garden, well protected and sheltered from glances and noise.
We only ask that guests enjoy our home and all that it offers, but with respect.

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is lovely. Everything is spotless and of a high quality. We particulate enjoyed being able to enjoy the patio in relative seclusion. Amazing for a residential area in a city. The hosts are very helpful and we appreciated being picked up from the airport as we were arriving quite late. Although it is only a 25 minute walk to St Peters make a point of getting travel tickets so you can hop on and hop off the buses and metro. We will be recommending to friends and family.

A beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of the Vatican.

Andrea was brilliant from start to finish, checking that everything was ok, arranging for us to be picked up at the airport, he remained in contact with us throughout our stay which was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfect, it had everything we needed I couldn't have asked for more. There are shops and restaurants within a 15 minute walk of the apartment. If I return to Rome I will stay again.

Gorgeous Apartment

Nice apartment in a quite area of Rome

Overall, we felt quite comfortable in the apartment. There are a few small things that could be improved. Cleanliness was an issue for us; we lacked a kettle or a small capsule machine for coffee. As non-Italians, the available espresso pots were unsuitable for us. The toilet seat is smaller than the seat and wobbled. The sofa bed is cannot be recommended, it is almost impossible to sleep on it. Overall, the apartment is nice, what I liked most was the large sun terrace and the quiet, yet close to the city location with very good connections to public buses.

Estupenda morada para una estancia en Roma en una ubicacion privilegiada

Todo como descrito en las fotos, con el anfitrión siempre muy atento a todo y que inmediatamente respondia cualquier consulta. Nos dejó además muy amablemente quedarnos mas de la hora el dia del chek out permitiendonos una partida mas comoda y yendo al areopuerto mas cercano a la hora de partida del avión. Excelente

Our host Andrea was extremely communicative and hospitable. The apartment was clean and stocked with necessary items (i.e. paper towels, towels, toilet paper). Very close to Vatican and not too far of a walk to Trastevere! Overall wonderful experience.

Muy cercano a la Basilica de San Pedro, muy tranquilo y familiar y bastante bien comunicado a 700 hay muchos buses que te dirigen a todos los sitios. A 50 metros de la puerta otro bus con menos frecuencia.

Very nice apartment

It was a very pleasent experience to be in this apartment. It is exactly as in the pictures. Although, for those who will be there during the raining seasons, during the night the rain can be annoyinh as the impact of the rain on the windows is very loud. Also it would be nice to have a microwave. Thank you.

Great Location.

Our Family stayed 10 days at Andrea’s place. The location was amazing for access to all the major site seeing locations throughout Rome. The flats in great shape and sleeps 4 comfortably. Big back patio/yard area with washing machine was nice with the long stay. Great price for a treat place.

Excellent stay in Rome

The apartment is in excellent condition and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a nice fruit and meat market and a beauty shop within a short walking distance, all conveniently located in the same building. The host, Andrea, is excellent and always responded immediately to any question we had of him. He could not have been more helpful, whether calling a taxi for us on various occasions or explaining how certain appliances work. We stayed for a month and I would recommend staying at this site without hesitation. R Marchionni

Für uns ein ideales Domizil...

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und alles war so, wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse, die wir gern zum frühstücken genutzt haben (ein größerer Tisch wäre für uns ideal gewesen), die beiden Klimaanlagen ( im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer) und die unschlagbare Lage ( 20 min Fußweg zum Petersdom). Die Waschmaschine war für uns sehr sinnvoll und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltete sich unproblematisch und freundlich. Herzlichen Dank!

Very nice place

Quiet, clean and comfortable appartment in a strategic point of Rome, if you have a car it is the best place without any parking problems and connected with the right roads to get to the centre and tourist places. Easy check-in and check-out, Host always kind and helpful.

Short Family Trip to Rome

The apartment is located really nice. The beautiful parc is near by and you are able to walk into the city center. The area around is nice, quite and a safe place to stay. We traveled with 2 little children and we loved the terrace and garden to be outside. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a nice stay in Rome. Thanks Andrea for having us. Una estancia maravillosa

Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa en el apartamento, nos ha encantado el barrio lleno de árboles y plantas, era genial volver del bullicio del centro a un barrio tranquilo, la conexión con el centro en transporte público es perfecta, con el 916 estás en el centro en 25 minutos. El apartamento está impoecable, con aire acondicionado en el salón y la habitación, la cama es comodísima y el sofá cama para los niños está bien. Además tiene una terraza privada muy amplia. Amazing Place for Rome
