Lake Nottely Lakefront onroerend goed.

Mooi huis volledig gerenoveerd aan de binnenkant. Alleen het beste werd in deze renovatie gestopt. Home kijkt uit over het breedste deel van het meer en heeft een zachte helling naar de waterkant met een groot overdekt dok met zwemplatform en zwemtrap. Geweldig uitzicht op de bergen kijken uit over het breedste deel van het meer en weids uitzicht op het water op diep water.

Home is gelegen op een berg uitzicht veel, dubbele dock met zwemplatform en buitenterras met uitzicht op het meer. Vuurplaats kijkt uit over het meer. Hot tub en tafeltennistafel completeren het aanbod.

We hebben een pontonboot die voor u beschikbaar is tijdens uw verhuur van 1 april - eind oktober. De niveaus van het meer moeten bij 1770 zijn om boot in meer te hebben. Onderteken gewoon ons formulier voor het vrijgeven van aansprakelijkheid. We rekenen wel een nominale dagelijkse vergoeding voor onderhoud aan om onze kosten te dekken die niet is opgenomen in de online prijsopgave. De kosten bedragen 50,00 per dag en we brengen geen kosten in rekening voor de dag van in- en uitchecken. We verzamelen ook een afzonderlijke $ 500. 00 boot borg die we verzamelen voor check-in en terugbetaling bij het uitchecken. Het gebruik van de boot is optioneel.

Home beschikt over een woonkamer, eethoek, keukencombinatie, koningin slaapkamer en slaapkamer met twee tweelingen die een badkamer op hoofdniveau delen. Er is een prachtige stenen open haard in de woonkamer met een breed, ruim terras ingericht met een tafel voor 6 personen, comfortabel terrasmeubilair en een grill. Twee 42 'plasma-tv's met High Definition. Satelliet-tv met tal van premium tv-pakketten. Oost- en Westkust-feeds voor netwerk-tv die zelden beschikbaar is.

Beneden op meer uitloopniveau is er een extra familiekamer, King MBR met grote inloopkast en een prachtig Master Bath. Nog een 1/2 bad en grote wasruimte.

Huis is goed en comfortabel ingericht met alles wat nodig is in de keuken. Granieten aanrecht. We houden van koken en bieden alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken. Alle GE Profile roestvrijstalen apparaten.

Wij accepteren uw huisdieren. We begrijpen dat ze deel uitmaken van het gezin. Laat het ons weten als je huisdieren hebt of niet, zodat we de extra schoonmaakkosten kunnen dekken. We vragen u om onze huisdierenovereenkomst te ondertekenen voordat u incheckt.

Lake Nottely Gem

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin on the lake. Over the past few years we’ve visited Blairsville and have stayed on Lake Nottely almost every occasion. This location and its amenities have been our favorite. The house is very inviting & clean. You instantly feel at home. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards and on several evenings to close our day enjoying the quietness of the lake. Highly recommend and we hope to return very soon ourselves. You won’t be disappointed.

Very comfortable home in a beautiful setting!

We met up with our two college-age kids who each brought a friend to spend the weekend together at Nottely Lake. The home was the perfect size for the six of us, and we had a great time enjoying the views along with the provided water toys - with two kayaks and two paddle boards available. The fire pit was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub too. The home was very clean, which was great!

Friend's Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the home very much. We enjoyed having the rental of the pontoon boat located on our own dock. We weren't able to catch any fish, we must have been using the wrong bait. The two marinas on the lake were closed, even when they said they were open. So, we were unable to get live bait. I would like to mention that the walk down to the dock is about 100 yards and mostly downhill, which means you have a long up hill climb back to the cabin. We enjoyed the firepit immensely.

Relaxing week at beautiful mountain lake

My husband and I and two grown up sons enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful lake home. It was well equipped and very clean. The manager was attentive and checked on us to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed the pontoon rental and appreciated the opportunity to see the gorgeous lake from the boat. Lots of fishing and swimming and we were sad to leave. But we would like to come back next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful lake home!

This is an amazing lake vacation home. It is at the top of my list of places I will return to. The home was very clean and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. Ample room for the 4 of us. The dock and walkway are well maintained. Boat was beautiful and clean. My family and I are already planning to return!

Amazing Weekend

We had the best time at this cabin. All was cleaned and organized. Host was very easy to communicate with and even assisted with a last minute change. Property manager was very responsive when I had a quick question and extremely friendly. Boat and hot tub was perfect. Perfect family weekend filled with lots of laughs and memories made.

Property was very clean and organized. We found everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Having rental property myself I understand how hard it is to keep everything stocked. Only suggestion would be have lifejackets accessible and the kitchen needs more wine glasses. We would book again!

The pictures do not do this getaway justice!

We decided on a last-minute Christmas trip and stumbled upon this listing. We fell in love the location so we booked it! We arrived at dark so we weren’t able to fully take in the surroundings until the next morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on such a huge piece of property that butts right up to the lake. It was beautiful, even during the rain. And while the listing photos showed the proximity to the lake and what’s on the property, it’s so much better (and bigger) in person. The home had everything we needed in terms of utensils, plates, cookware, sheets, towels, spices, etc. We did make a run to Dollar General, which proved to be a beautiful drive, for a few additional provisions. I would recommend bringing your own paper towels and toilet paper. We spent the mornings looking out over the water and enjoying the sights and evenings in the cozy den. And we brought our pets—it was more than enough space for us all! We cannot wait to come back when it’s warmer and take full advantage of all this listing has to offer!

Fall Break Getaway

My family enjoyed a wonderful several days at this property! There were 6 of us total, one of which was 3 years old. All instructions were provided, from rental info to check-in to what to do with towels and trash to check out (with a lot inbetween). Having everything as far as instructions was a big stress reliever prior to getting there on down to checking out. If we had questions, it was answered by the instructions which was wonderful! We enjoyed spending time outside on the upper deck, in the hot tub, on the boat, by the fire pit, and grilling on the deck. We also found some board games in one of the bed room closets, which always helps when entertaining a 3 year old! The house itself was very clean, beds were comfy, all kitchen utensils needed were provided, and the keurig was a life saver! I, and my family, had the best time and would highly recommend!!!

Getaway

Property was better than advertised. The house had a great upstairs/downstairs layout and was bigger than the pictures show. Great location on a protected cove directly on the lake. Had one question about boat when we arrived and response time was less than two minutes! Really enjoyed our stay and hope to get back there next year.
