Modern and cosy 2 bedroom flat with A/C, living-dining room with A/C, terrace, balcony, 1 bathroom with big shower and utility room with washing machine.
Only a few minutes from the beach (2 min.), enjoy fantastic views from the terrace to the mountains and the bay of Cala San Vicente.
Modern and elegantly furnished, the flat has a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers in "Menorcan" style.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a balcony with views of the mountains (Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site).
The second bedroom has two single beds and its own air conditioning.

50 year’s wedding anniversary vacation

When we arrived it looked exactly as the photos show May our host was fantastic such a gentle kind person and really helpful The apartment was clean spacious and trendy and very peaceful to stay. The area was delightful so calming the beaches were very tranquil would certainly go again and would highly recommend Thank you May for allowing us to stay in your stunning apartment

nice apartment with 2 amazing balconies

We had a really nice stay at May's apartment. Although we booked only 24h in advance, she arranged a warm welcome for us, even with some snacks. The two balconies are amazing to have out: the bigger one has sun at daytime, the smaller in the evening. Communication during our stay was easy and quick via WhatsApp.

Beautiful apartment

Great spot in Cala - slightly back from the beaches ( 3minute walk to all), overlooking a park at the back with the mountains at the front. This is a lovely apartment with two great terraces that catch all of the sun. The apartment felt very comfortable to be in and the furnishings were of a high quality. Fully stocked kitchen. May, our host, was lovely and really helpful. Would definitely recommend this appartment.

Well-appointed 1st floor apartment in a quiet residential/ commercial district

This apartment (actually at 16A, not 16, Carrer Temporal) is extremely well-appointed; with good quality fittings and fixtures. It has two sizeable bedrooms, with a spacious bathroom linked to a laundry area. The living/ dining area is also roomy and well laid-out; with a high-end Internet-equipped TV with masses of channels. Many appeared to be set up for German users, but swapping to English language & subtitles was easy in many cases. Some of the channels, however, only offered Spanish-dubbed & subtitled versions of US & British programmes, but there was plenty of accessible, comprehensible content. The apartment's large front balcony looks out onto a glorious hillside vista ideal for breakfasting (accepting the small price that the bus & through traffic route runs past it at ground level). Cala San Vicenç is a quiet resort best-suited to older guests. Everything pretty much shuts down after 11pm; though the local bus service alternating to Port de Pollença/ Pollença town destinations runs until 11:30-ish. The apartment's owner, May, lives locally & speaks & understands English pretty well, & was able to resolve most of our minor problems by 'phone or Whatsapp message - with the sole exception of the Nespresso machine; which we didn't manage to master during our stay. This didn't in any way spoil what was, for us, a very relaxing break.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Top!

Die Wohnung ist einfach super. 2 Balkone. Morgenkaffee in der Sonne Abendbrot in der Abendsonne. Komplett ausgerüstet. Fehlt Nix. Betten sehr bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein ort zum Enstpannen

"Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Im November war es ein sehr ruhiger Ort, ideal zum Entspannen. Mit dem Auto konnte man alles bequem erreichen. Der Balkon war ein absolutes Highlight – morgens Sonne zum Frühstücken und ein traumhafter Blick in die Berge in alle Richtungen. Die offene Wohnküche war modern und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine (für kurze Aufenthalte empfiehlt es sich, ein paar Tabs mitzubringen) und sogar einem Fire TV. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der gesamte Ablauf verlief absolut reibungslos. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

Schöne Ferienwohnung in cala Sant vicenc

Ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung und dem Ort, sehr ruhig und fernab von dem Trubel im Süden. Die Berge sind nicht weit und der Strand ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem....ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen.

Tout était parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le jolie appartement de May. C'était très propre et la cuisine est très bien équipée. La communication avec May a été très fluide et elle a rapidement répondu à nos questions. Le double balcon est très appréciable pour profiter du soleil le matin et le soir. Le calme de Cala San Vicenc nous a charmé, d'autant plus en hors saison ! PS : Seuls petits points d'amélioration éventuels, le matelas est un peu mou et l'éclairage un peu vif dans le salon pour le soir (lumière blanche)

Je recommande !

Nous avons séjourné en période de Toussaint, ce qui nous a épargné de la grosse fréquentation qu'il doit y avoir en saison. L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas de jolies prtites plages offrant de très beaux paysages. L'appartement est lumineux, fonctionnel. May est très sympathique et disponible. Elle donne des conseils touristiques, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas chez les hôtes. Je recommande donc cette location pour les familles.

Tolle Lage im schicken Apartment

Ich habe den Aufenthalt für 12 Tage Anfang Oktober 2023 sehr genossen. Das Apartment hatte ein angenehmes Klima (ich brauchte die Klimaanlage nicht benutzen) und es war großartig auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und dabei den Blick in die Berge schweifen zu lassen. Ein Gang zu den malerischen Buchten hat nur 2-3 Gehminuten gedauert. Es gibt 3 kleine Minimarkets sowie einige wenige Restaurants in der Nähe. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Es war angenehm ruhig im Ort und der Wohnung, nur das Brummgeräusch der umliegenden Hotels hat abends etwas genervt. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. May war eine tolle Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar, wenn noch eine Frage offen war. Ich kann die Lage und die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen :)

Tolle Unterkunft, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Tolle Unterkunft, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur kleinen, sehr schönen Badebucht waren es nur knapp 300 Meter. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich prima das Frühstück genießen, bis 2 Uhr volle Sonne, aber danach wieder sehr angenehm.

Schöne Woche

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche zu viert (zwei Paare) und die Vermieterin May ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement war sauber und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Als kleine konstruktive Kritik würden wir 3 kleine Verbesserungen vorschlagen: 1. Neue Matratzen für das kleinere Zimmer. (die aktuellen sind sehr unbequem und alt) 2. Die Glastür der Dusch Kabine sitzt nicht richtig und wird auf Dauer kaputt gehen. 3. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. (kleine scharfe Messer, Brettchen, Küchenhandtuch) Zuletzt war es schade, dass wir erst Vorort informiert wurden, dass die Spülmaschine kaputt ist und von Hand gespült werden muss. Das ist allerdings meckern auf hohem Niveau. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. :)

Séjour parfait dans l'appartement de May qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux, climatisé, avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes La terrasse est très bien exposée L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas de l'ensemble des plages, des circuits de randonnées possible depuis l'appartement Merci, je recommande sans hésitation

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit May war einwandfrei und sie hat sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, um am Abend noch bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Mehrere wunderschöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Wohnung für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Das einzige was evtl. gefehlt hat, war ein ausreichend scharfes Messer und noch zwei Müllbeutel mehr für eine Woche Aufenthalt.
