The apartment is newly renovated and located in one of the most privileged areas of the city, Sardinero. It is 5 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes walk from the city center.
The living room and the main room have large windows which provide plenty of natural light and magnificent views of the Sardinero beaches.
In addition, by staying, you can access the exclusive parking area for residents, just below the apartment.
As nearby services, it is noted that it is two minutes walk from the bus stop and 5 minutes walk from supermarket, pharmacy and health center.
As leisure / sports centers near the apartment we will find the Mataleñas Golf Club in addition to a lot of free spaces to enjoy with family, do sports or walk such as; Mataleñas Park, El Faro, Mesones Park and Las Llamas Park.

Great apartment

We stayed in Santander for a long weekend, 4 adults in the apartment in total. The apartment was situated in wonderful location, was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Communication with Sara was very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Amplio,luminoso,muy muy agradable. Equipamiento completo,anfitriones muy amables.Comunicacion en transporte público excelente .Ideal para cualquier grupo o familia que quiera disfrutar de Santander. Sus vistas te invitan a la contemplacion y al relax .Puedes pasar mucho tiempo solo contemplando los amaneceres . Su precio no es barato,pero para un grupo como el nuestro ha merecido la pena.

Perfect Location!

This lovely, newly renovated apartment is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. Everything is very clean and well designed with spacious closets, w/d, dishwasher, ceiling fans and windows that open (no screens); there are two small elevators from the ground floor to the apartment on the 9th floor. Be aware that there is no air conditioning (there is heat if needed); we visited in early June before the summer heat, so this was not a problem for us. There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone; living room is quite spacious. Of course, master bedroom is larger than the second bedroom which is larger than the third. Views from living room and master bedroom are amazing! I definitely recommend this apartment.
