Welcome to Kingston Village and beautiful South County, RI. Enjoy the great local beaches and attractions of Narragansett and South Kingstown just 15 minutes away while also just 20 minutes from the bustle and buzz of Newport and 3 minutes to Amtrak (Kingston) station. Walk to URI, convenience stores, pizza, coffee, bagels, yoga, church, etc. Or hop on the South County Bike Trail for a jaunt to Narragansett beach! Our spacious home on a beautiful tree-lined street in the Historic District adjacent to URI is great for families, friends, wedding lodging, or visiting parents and faculty. 5 BR/2BA with mahogany deck, gas grill and large yard for cookouts, and free on-site parking. Stay a few days to the whole summer!

The property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms. Kitchen/family room are very spacious. Great location relative to URI. Owners were were very responsive…met one of them and he was delightful. We would define stay again.

Beautiful!

This house is absolutely beautiful! The owners are very kind, communication was great, and check-in/check-out were easy as pie! The only thing that I would suggest is paying more attention to cobwebs, when I went to open the living room curtains to let some sunlight in the cobwebs graced me with their presence! LOL I would definitely recommend staying at this house, though!

Girls trip!

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the short drive to Newport as well as the Narragansett beaches. The home offered plenty of space and was very clean. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast with a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely visit again!

Overall nice property

House was plenty big enough for our family of 5. The house did smell as if a cat lived in it at one point. Air conditioners needed frequent emptying of water. I would suggest bringing a baby gate for steep curvy stairs if traveling with younger children. House is in a great location, and we did walk to breakfast and dessert. Very safe location. Overall was a good experience.

Very Nice House

Since we were in town for a family wedding, we were gone a lot but did enjoy a few meals on the back deck. Everything was comfortable and suited our needs.
