great location, better view

Loved everything about the stay, Besides the master bed. It needs replaced. We did call, they were supposed to send someone out. No one ever showed.

Wonderful stay

The property was very clean and in a great location! We love being right on the beach! We do wish there was a walkway but it’s okay! We also were glad they had beach toys and things we could use for my 4 year old and plenty of chairs! The property management answered questions quickly! We will definitely be back!

The house was great! House was clean and came with everything we needed. Great location! A short walk to the beach and the beach was never too crowded. We would love to stay here again. It was perfect for our family.

Beach house

We enjoyed it very much. However chair rental company no longer had contact with this place and we were not told ahead of time. Couldn’t get any info from office. We didn’t get our 2 chairs and umbrella that was suppose to be included with rental.

Good location & clean property

This townhouse is an end until of a group of four. Plenty of room for the six adults on our trip. Good amenities & beds were comfy (need better fitting sheets). Would consider renting this unit again, but would love it if they added a wooden walkway to the beach. Currently you walk through a path in the sand over the berm to get to the beach, other units/homes in the area have walkways. Walking on this path to get to the beach could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. PLEASE add a wooden walkway!

Perfect beach home!

This house is everything you need! Walk from the house directly onto beach. The large bedrooms with all the sleeping room is very nice. There is tons of seating in kitchen and the kitchen is large. The outdoor shower is perfect after a long day at beach. If I could give this house/owner a 10 I would! We truly appreciate letting our family make so many wonderful memories together in your beautiful home! Thank you and we hope to be back!!!

Family Beach Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay at Beach MD. The house was very comfortable, from the beds to the sofas, and even the AC worked great. Views and location were also fantastic. We loved that the TV’s were smart TV’s as my kids (and us too) love Netflix, however the only tvs able to use this feature were the master and the living room. The other two had a parental lock. It wasn’t a big deal, but would have been nice for the other rooms to have access. The only complaint I would have is that the downstairs level is locked to the back area, which meant that to get our beach stuff to the beach we had to carry it up, over and back down again. Also the hike to the beach was a little difficult, esp for my grandmother and with me carrying our 7 month old, a walking pier would have been nice. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place to stay!

The walk to the beach is not too far, and the home provides enough room for a group to visit. The kitchen area and the bedrooms are all a good size. The laundry room is a plus. I will be booking this home again in the future!

A Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. The location was great to walk out to the beach and to enjoy the sounds of the waves. It was very clean and comfortable for the 3 couples to meet and spend a few days. There are stairs which didn't effect us but might someone else. The location was comfortable and seemed safe and plenty of restaurants and things to see and do nearby. We would recommend to our friends!

Absolutely beautiful

The location of the townhome was one of the best we’ve been to. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets each day. There were not many people on the beach during our stay and we loved that. The townhome is nicely decorated in all rooms and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There were several beach chairs the owner allowed us to use which was nice.

Girls trip

This was the best beach trip! I can not say enough positive things about this place. There was plenty room for everyone and the best part was having beach chairs available to use for everyone. There were at least 10 chairs available to use which made packing so much easier. The only negatives I would say were that the unit was a bit older and smelled kind of old and there’s not boardwalk to the beach. There’s only a small walkway. Theses are definitely not deal breakers and I would absolutely stay here again!

Other than the jetted tub on the main floor being disgusting everything else about our stay was perfect We did address the issue with Vasca and their response was that the jetted tub is not listed as an amenity but they would be sure to let the cleaning crew know about it I was a little amused by that Bot letting it ruin our vacay I took it upon myself and got it cleaned in about 10 mins so we could at least use the shower part of the tub

Family vaca

Great location! Plenty of room and nice, spacious kitchen. The check in process was very inconvenient as you cant get in the door a few minutes early. Sat in the car with food for half an hour. But, you sure are itching for us to leave before check out time. The garbage situation is ridiculous, but it is not the owner's fault. It was a nice stay. Beds are comfy and the water is gorgeous this week!

Family trip

Beautiful property inside and outdoor spaces! Would definitely stay again. I would caution someone with small children, the elderly, or the differently abled that there are a lot of stairs. Otherwise it's perfect. We had everything we needed and if it wasn't already there it was very close by. Cant wait to stay again!

Our Stay

The area was beautiful. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the master suite with private coffee and fridge. The guest bathroom shower head was not super efficient. Bring trash bags and salt/pepper!. Would gave been nice to have atleast 3 complimentary trash bags for the kitchen.

Great view and quiet

This is one of the few beach houses in Navarre Beach so if you want a quiet place with fantastic Beach access then this is it.

Beachy Bliss

We love escaping to Navarre Beach and this lovely, super clean house ticked all our boxes. Lots of room to gather together and lots of room to spread out. Fabulous location just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. We loved watching the dolphins swim by, looking for seashells, taking long walks and playing on the beach. Great communication with the rental company. We hope to stay here again!

Family Gathering at the beach

Walking into the property, there was a very clean smell in the air. That always makes me smile. I found the entire property to be very clean, inside and out. We did not experience any problems during our stay and we enjoyed every moment of being right on the beach. I would recommend this property. It is close to shopping, on the beach, but you still have ample privacy.

Check in

After flying into Pensacola at noon and doing our shopping we arrived to the property at 2:30. It was apparent it had been cleaned and was ready for new guest. I contacted the managers but was told there was absolutely no early check ins. We’ve rented many VRBO properties and never had a problem checking in 1-2 hours early if they were ready. This was a poor way to start our stay.

Fall Break 2022

We really enjoyed our stay. It is quite spacious and has plenty of parking. We loved the extra drink storage space with the wine fridge- great addition. We learned we had 2 beach chairs & umbrella that came with the rental once we arrived- we just had to call & it was set up every morning for us. The kitchen is so spacious and accommodating. The wifi worked fine for us- we didnt have any trouble. The TV in the living room was "locked" where we could not access TV apps such as HULU, etc. We were able to watch cable and netflix only. Cannot see the waves from the lower balcony- only from the master balcony. Love the outdoor shower and ability to store beach items down below. Outdoor space with table was great! Overall- great stay and would stay again.
