Barforth Hall Parlour is a stone-built cottage situated in a rural location, one mile from the village of Gainford and within reach of Barnard Castle. This ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has studio accommodation with a king-size double bed and a sitting area, a shower room and a kitchen. The cottage also has off road parking and a patio area. With many walking and cycling routes in the area, as well as plenty of attractions to enjoy, Barforth Hall Parlour makes an excellent base for a romantic retreat.

Amenities: Electric central heating. Air Fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio area with table and chairs. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isnt pot holed or rutted. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. 1.8 mile to Winston village -pub on a bridle path and 3miles to Eppleby shop and Tea rooms tarmac lane
