Combining a comfortable high desert summer climate with mild winter temperatures makes Orchard Ranch an ideal year-round resort. Along with the wide variety of Prescott area interests and activities, Orchard Ranch offers a variety of activities This property is very charming, move in ready with living room w/ queen size hide-a-bed sofa for guests, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and bedroom with queen bed and lots of closet space. The HVAC unit is very sufficient for any type of weather. As a bonus there is a screened in patio with table, chairs and ceiling fan for added comfort. Property is 1 minute walk to pickle ball, large pool, sauna, fully equipped exercise room, mailboxes, putting greens, club house, billiard room and bocce ball court, covered social hall and entertainment hall. The neighbors are friendly. Prescott and Prescott Valley offer a wide variety of activities for those interested in Arizona history, Western & Native American art, antique shops, golfing, fishing, hiking, gambling casinos, panning for gold, or just exploring the many back-mountain roads. Will negotiate pricing for longer stays.

My wife and I are from So. California. We decided to move to Arizona and found Dewey (Near Prescott Valley) to be the ideal place. When looking for a home we came across Orchard Ranch and bought a home in the North section of Orchard Ranch North RV Resort Park. After living here for a while we found the 55+ community really friendly and fun. The activities and entertainment features here in the park nearby are so rewarding. We decided to purchase 2 park models for a rental for extra income and so that others can enjoy the same benefits and great weather. This is a wonderful place to live and visit.

Park Model is neat, attractive and located near us for convenience and upkeep. Several guests have rented from us that have purchased a home at Orchard Ranch North and are waiting for the home to be completed. What makes this property unique
The Park Model is located in the center of the Resort and is convenient to all the amenities in and park as well as to the surrounding community which hosts many attractions of nearby shopping, restaurants, churches, movie theaters, golfing, as well as unique towns a short drive.
