Comfortable Relaxed Beach Interior DIRECT OCEANFRONT. Directly on the ocean and the beach with just 2 flights up to give you an incredible unobstructed view of the Beach & Ocean on Windy Hill Beach in North Myrtle. Laminate Hardwoods throughout. Immaculate with a Spa like atmosphere. DIRECT OCEANFRONT, nothing between you and the Ocean except Beach. Close to Barefoot Landing.
During Prime Time we only allow Sat to Saturday. Other months are more flexible with 3 and 4 day stays. WE DON'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR LINENS. We supply Sheets, Kitchen Linens, Bath Towels & Beach Towels. NO toiletries or paper supplies.

Linens Provided. Queen Master Bed & a Lazy Boy Queen Sleep Sofa. Two Recliners facing the Water. Large size Washer/Dryer in Condo. Furnished with very nice Linens, sheets, towels, and 3 Beach Towels. Plenty of Closet Space. Two TV's - Great Room has a Sony Bravia 37" flat screen TV and DVD. Second flat screen TV in Master Bedroom.

You are Directly on the Beach and Ocean facing the water. Bathroom Vanity with Sea Glass tile Mirror. Pool is in view from the side of the balcony and an interior window. Large 6 x 14 Deck has 2 extremely comfortable Adirondack Lounge Chairs, two Adirondack Pub chairs and table. Kitchen is FULLY equipped, numerous small appliances including Keurig K-cup & a Cuisinart Thermal Coffee Pot and Grinder, Crock pot & all cooking utensils. Fabulous location very close to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Flying Fish, Greg Norman Australian Restaurant, Blueberry Grill, Oscars, Wild Wings, Taco Mundo, Benny Rappas, Villa Toscana, Joes Restaurant, Hamburger Joes, Crab Catchers, Grumpy Monk, Villa Toscana, Seafood Restaurants, Entertainment, Shopping, just minutes from Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls and more. Grocery stores convenient to this location.

Pure Bliss!

This was a dream come true for me. We've visited The States many, many times (from England) on holiday and stayed in various hotels/motels but for a few years now I've wanted to try self catering. Wow! I researched for quite a while to find the right place for us, and this condo was so right - I didn't want to leave! It is in a low rise block made of wood set amidst concrete blocks! The rooms are beautifully decorated and accessorised. All of the furniture is extremely comfortable and it is very well equipped, everything is well maintained and cared for - a real home from home. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of juice before breakfast (watching the shell seekers on the beach), or, even better, a glass of wine in the evening was sheer heaven. Because it's in a low rise area the beach wasn't as populated as other areas. which was another bonus. Carrying the beach chairs down to the beach each day was about the most strenuous action we did for the week :) well worth it though. But beware of the heat of the sand on the dune path if you are barefoot, it get's much, much hotter than the beach. We had such an amazing week, with wonderful weather, a bit breezy but still very warm. We would highly recommend this condo. Wanda has very good taste and seems to have thought of everything to make your stay memorable. I wish we were back there now!

A perfect beach getaway!

We celebrated our 37th anniversary at this wonderful gem of a place in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. It was absolutely spotless, had a well-appointed kitchen, and an INCREDIBLE view! The owner was really helpful and SO prompt at answering our questions. We hope to return to the great place next year, or maybe even this before!

2nd time at this unit

Great location.. steps to the beach. Unit is perfect for 2 and the owner has so much info and extras that you don’t get everywhere. The unit was very clean and had comfy furniture, nice linens and a nice deck to take in the views. We are not fans of huge condo complexes and don’t need some of the things that are more suited for families. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Great condo with a great view!

This unit is well maintained and furnished with all your necessary small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker. We have been staying at various condo units at Sea Farer for almost twenty years and this was one of our best vacations ever. The furniture was ideally suited for this small unit. The ocean was perfectly blue and clean this year. We hope to stay here again soon!

Great experience

This was our first visit to this condo and we were very pleased. It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need except clothes and food. The area is very quiet, no riff raff. Easy access to beach, parking in the shade is a big plus. Wanda also answered my questions very quicky. She has plenty of notes around so you know exactly how/where to find things. This was very helpful. Although we didn't use it, pool was sparkling. I loved our ocean front room. When not on the balcony we could sit in the recliners at see the whole beach. We are already hoping to rent again next year. Thank you Wanda! Our vacation was great!

Why they chose this property

Best Purchase ever made! I had always wanted something right on the ocean. Awesome Oceanfront location with a Quiet Beach with very little traffic. Easy to get to from the New Hwy 22. I like this building being only 3 stories tall with only 21 units and that it is not located close to the Tall High Rises. Plenty of spacious room on the Beach! This Building has a fantastic Homeowner's Association that keeps the property in immaculate condition. They are a terrific group of people to socialize with also.

What makes this property unique

This is the most relaxing place you could ever stay. Some people never leave the balcony the entire time they are here. Beautiful beach for walks and a clean beautiful ocean for swimming.
Showers by the pool and by the beach walk-way. Great restaurants nearby and a winery down the street with concerts & bonfires on the weekends. Barefoot Landing right across Hwy 17. You simply could not find a more comfortable, fully equipped condo anywhere else that is also DIRECT OCEANFRONT . AWESOME!
