This property is well maintained and in a great location! Only 1 mile from downtown Hendersonville, 1/2 mile from Pardee Hospital, and an easy, short drive to Asheville, the Biltmore House, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Dupont State Forest, and Chimney Rock/Lake Lure.
