Incredible sandy beachfront location on Peconic Bay offers swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing and spectacular sunsets. This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits on a private, dead-end road and is perfect for families with young children. The house is well appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen, central air conditioning and plenty of linens and towels. Three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms with sitting area upstairs. Close to vineyards, golf, fine dining, brewery, hiking, boating, and restaurants. Pets are welcome, too!

We have a very rare August 2025 opening. Our home is owned by 7 siblings who spent their idyllic childhoods swimming in the bay and playing on the beach in front of this unique family friendly home.

We provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay at our beachfront home -- just bring your bathing suit! This is a five star location with stellar reviews. We look forward to hosting you and helping you discover all that the North Fork has to offer. Our Nassau Point location in Cutchogue is right on Little Peconic Bay and provides easy access to vineyards, boating, fine dining, or just relaxing on your private, sandy beach.
The local regulations requires a 14 day minimum stay. We offer discounts for stays of 30 days or longer. All of our guests have left us 10/10 reviews and we have many repeat stays. We have a rare opening for the Summer of 2025.
