Welcome to Chamonix!
This 33m2 flat is ideally located in the centre of Chamonix, close to all the shops. Located on the 4th floor, it offers a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc massif. It has a BALCONY, which will be very appreciated during the nice days. The flat has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

## Logement
The flat is fully equipped and will be perfect for a stay in the mountains. It has: Lift, Parking (space in the Saint-Michel car park, 5 minutes walk), Coffee machine (Nespresso), Dishwasher, Oven-Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Food processor, Toaster and Citrus press. It also has underfloor heating and a ski locker in the flat.
The flat has 2 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed, with quality bedding.
You can enjoy the balcony, equipped with a table and two chairs, to eat outside with a view of Mont Blanc.
The building is very quiet, and you can do everything on foot: the Super U is 350 metres away, the post office is 150 metres away and there are many restaurants nearby.
Access to the slopes is easy with the shuttle bus. You will also be close to the start of the many hikes you can do in the area.
For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.

The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station is a 6-minute walk away.
There is a bus stop 50m away, which serves the whole valley.
