Spectacular Brand New Custom Mountain Modern Home, located just 3 min from Town Square. Over 5000 Square feet of hand built luxe living space awaits your next Sun Valley adventure. Scrumptious bedding, plush mattresses, huge soaker tubs make make the bedrooms a sanctuary of their own. An all new fully stocked kitchen make family meals a joy. We have a private chef available as well if you'd rather have someone else do the cooking and clean up. This home has a roomy dedicated space for yoga and a treadmill for staying on your fitness goals. This home is attached to and shares a connecting deck with a second mirror image home, owned by our owner's brother.

A fully equipped recording studio can be made available with special arrangements. Just ask for details.

Located on a very quiet street just steps to a beautiful stretch of fly fishing water and ski hill. Get on your mountain bike and ride right to miles of wonderful single track trails.

Family ski vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Ketchum. The house is exactly as pictured, is very comfortable and is exceptionally well provisioned. The location was perfect for our family which included both downhill and nordic skiers. We also appreciated that the layout of the house is perfect for families who want to enjoy meals together and play games. If our family returns to Ketchum in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Most Amazing property

This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house is so clean and so cozy. The property manager was amazing. Perfect location in sun valley.

Incredible

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Ketchum with our friends and family! Hands down the best stocked VRBO home we have ever stayed in. We were even able to have a large family dinner after our wedding at the home. The property manager and the owner were so easy to talk to if we had any questions or concerns. Only one very minor thing is this house does have a shared patio/yard with the brother but it was a non issue during our stay, just made us feel like we couldn’t be outside freely in the patio/backyard knowing there was a neighbor so close. But it is written in the add, we just missed it ;) we would absolutely rent this home again if we are coming back to Ketchum and highly recommend it to anyone wanting an incredible stay in Ketchum!! Thank you Christie and Gabriela for such a wonderful week and being so accommodating and welcoming in your home!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious house in great location - perfect for a group of 3 families with teenage kids. We had the best time, there are many many activities near by (- we appreciated the use of bikes in the house), and many homely touches like a record player, yoga mats and well stocked larder which really made the stay super homely. Highly recommended!

Amazing week in Sun Valley!

We had a great time in Sun Valley and the house was absolutely perfect for our group! The home is beautifully decorated and has a very well stocked kitchen! Location and proximity to the mountain and to town was very easy and convenient! Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Home & Incredible Weekend

This was the most beautiful VRBO home we have stayed in. The house was spacious (even with us 5 couples), fully stocked with everything we needed (or could need) and the furniture and design of the home was exceptional! We were able to enjoy meals together and sit around the large fire at night! Christie was the perfect host, responsive and provided the perfect recommendations of restaurants to enjoy. The location was also great, right in between Ketchum and the Warm Springs Lodge. This house truly made my husbands birthday weekend one we will always remember! Thank you Christie! We definitely hope to come back!!

Great base for hiking in the area

My group of four friends and I stayed at the house while we day hiked in the area. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home exceeded our expectations!

This is one of the nicest VRBO homes we’ve visited. Beautiful home with high end furnishings and design. Perfect layout for large groups, even the bunk room was nice. Very well stocked kitchen made it fun and easy to cook. Great location a few steps to the shuttle, then 3 minutes to warm springs ski base area, or 10 minutes to Ketchum. We hope to return!

Sun Valley summer

Overall a very relaxing, quiet, and clean property with tons of light and a great location to take advantage of all that Sun Valley has to offer. Comfortable, bright, and spacious property with many personal touches that you don't often see. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic House in Sun Valley

Beautiful and comfortable home with many amenities. Our family of 12 loved the house and neighborhood. We celebrated the 75th birthday of our family patriarch and it was perfect. Kitchen is wonderful for cooking, serving, and perfect for the personal chef dinner. Loved everything about the house (and the recording studio where our grandson recorded a song he wrote for his granddad!)

Stunning Home close to Warm Springs

This beautiful property is the the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. It is luxurious and comfortable in every way, but what makes it most special is the thoughtful attention to literally every detail in the home. In addition to the best-stocked kitchen you can find and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, our group thoroughly enjoyed the art, musical instruments, books, and especially the various little quotes displayed throughout the home. These extra touches make this already exquisite property that much more comfortable and inviting. The location, very close to the Warm Springs base area, is phenomenal. We cannot say enough good things about this property and can't wait to return to Kudu House. Thank you, Christie and team!

Fantastic house for large ski groups

We loved Kudu House for our extended family ski trip. The spaces were perfect for a large group to play games and socialize after a day of skiing. The location was super convenient for a short walk to the bus for a two minute ride to Warm Springs lift and day lodge. Thank you Christie for sharing your lovely home with us!

Family Stay for our Wedding

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the property owner and manager. The house is GORGEOUS and is exactly as pictured in the listing. The bunk room is incredible and has so much room for multiple couples or a couple of families with older kids. It's in a perfect location, close to the Warm Springs base area and Ketchum city center. All of the amenities you could want or need are available. Christie, the property owner, was so friendly and responsive to messages. The property manager who checked us in was very responsive throughout the weekend as well. There was also a very sweet welcome basket when we arrived. It is, as stated in other reviews, attached to another home, but there was absolutely no issue with this. The boundaries were well marked and there was more than enough space and privacy for our group. The house is warm and open and was just so great all around!!

We love the Kudu House

What a beautiful place, just what the pictures shows! Great communication with the owners, and check in was super easy, Christie made us feel very welcome! The house was amazing, very clean, feels brand new, full kitchen for cooking and a BBQ on the beautiful deck outside. Plenty of space for 12 people! Bunk room upstairs, super cool. Has 2 great fully furnished outside decks and a fire pit. House is in a beautiful neighborhood close to a creek for fishing, hiking trail and just a few minutes drive from downtown Ketchum, or a great bike ride . We can’t wait to come back!

Nice, but…

This is located off Warm Springs Rd in Ketchum. Beautiful neighborhood. The online description said it had “mirror” property. This is a duplex with someone living on the other side of the wall! And outdoor patio connects to their patio! That being said it is not private. We could hear them talk and they could hear us talk. Also, when we arrived at our checking time, the place was not ready. We came back and hour and half later. It was only “ok” clean…not up to covid standards as the description said. The beds were only ok, the linens not so good. Certainly could use an upgrade for the price you are paying for this “ luxury “ accommodation.

Incredible home

This was our second time staying at this incredible, immaculate, fully stocked, beautiful home. Last time just with family, this time with friends as well. This is a truly rare and remarkable property, and we feel lucky to have found it. Not only was it as sparkling clean as when first built, but it has incredible views, comfortable beds, an awesome bunk room with 8 full size bunks that the kids made amazing memories in, and has every appliance you could imagine for cooking. I don’t write reviews often, but this home exceeds every expectation. Hope to visit again in the future and become regulars!
