Enjoy this cozy 1930's little 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located right in the heart of Needville. Walk to the market, the donut shop, restaurants and the bar. It is located walking distance to many of the churches and the funeral home. Visiting family in Needville, this is the place to stay! No more long drives back to the hotel at the end of the day. In town temporarily for work? We can acccomadate you. Just give us a call!

The cottage can sleep 6 comfortably in beds. There's a pull out couch to accommodate two more and an air mattress available for one or two more!

Enjoy this quaint little home while visiting family and friends!

Total Texas Charm!

Oh my word! What a quaint place. Just absolutely perfect for the family wedding that we came to town for. The space was amazing. And the hostess had LOTS of treats and drinks waiting for us. We felt soooo loved! Thank you for your Southern hospitality. It was well above our expectations!!

Cute House

This cute little house was exactly as the pictures showed. Decorated so cute and very roomy. The only negative I have is there were several broken windows, taped up, broken blinds and the yard and landscape was very unkept.

Wedding Weekend

We came for a family wedding and instead of squeezing in our families tiny house we enjoyed the charming Kottage with room for everyone to get dressed nice for the wedding! Loved all the beautiful antiques and the old farm house charm along with the candy jars in the kitchen,

Girls Weekend

We booked this home for a few days around a family wedding. It served as a girls weekend getaway but also housed my family and kids after the wedding. The house is beyond precious! Perfect for our group of 6. The host was sooooo pleasant and accommodating. I would love to stay in this property again someday!

A Spacious and Gracious Stay in Needville

We recently spent 2 nights in an older home in Needville, Texas (about 10 miles south of Rosenberg on Highway 36). This home features 3 bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It is clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and the all important WiFi served us well. It was a 10-15 minute drive to Rosenberg and a bit longer to Sugar Land. The house is older and has a rustic style to it. Frankly, I liked that more than the sterile modernity that characterizes most of the alternatives. Needville is not exactly a “happening place,” but if you have to be in the Rosenberg, Richmond or Sugar Land area, this is a great place to stay. I would much rather stay here and give my family the comfortable roominess of this home in Needville than put them up in a cramped room at one of those hotels where they offer a complimentary breakfast so dismal that you wouldn’t eat it unless they paid you! When we are back in this area, I’m sure we will book this place again.

Nice old house

Nice clean house, very well decorated. The street is a little noisy in the front room and bedroom. And being an old house the doors don't really close. But it was convenient for our stay and had plenty of room

Wonderful Kottage!

This was our 3rd stay at the Kottage and it did not disappoint! Such an adorable place! Karen is always so responsive and adds special touches to make your stay so welcoming! Highly recommend!

Kennedy House Needville TX

We stayed to be closer to the venue for our son's wedding. The house matched the description and was lovely. Perfect distance from Binders Gardens wedding venue. Communication with property manager was quick and consice. Will recommend.

Super cute property!

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute property! It was sparkling clean and smelled fresh! Karen was responsive and I loved the extra touches like snacks and water that were there on our arrival! This is our second stay at this property and we will be back!

Comfy Cozy Home

Cute little cottage with beautiful furnishings....cozy & comfortable!! We will be traveling to Richmond numerous times over the next several months and will definitely be staying here again!! The Kennedys left snacks & water that we enjoyed all weekend....a really nice gesture and the home fit our needs perfectly!! Thanks again for your kindness & hospitality:)

Great house!

The house was just as described. There was plenty of room to relax and still have the air mattress set up. We used every bed also. It should be noted that the second bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms. It wasn’t a problem for our group but might be for some. The huge dining table was perfect for our big crowd. The kitchen was VERY well equipped with quality cookware and even storage containers for leftovers! The location was was also great with a couple restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We’ll rent again if we come back next year for our event. Thanks Karen and family for accommodating us!

Quaint, cute, super comfortable house

This property is situated right in the middle of small town Needville. We stayed for over a week as evacuees of Hurricane Ida. Owners left snacks, water, and orange juice for us. House was super clean, had comfortable furnishings and sheets/towels/etc. There is a fabulous claw foot tub for soaking or a cool "space ship shower" as the kids called it. We had more than enough roomfor our group, and the kids enjoyed smart TV, feeding the donkeys and horses behind the property, and playing in the water in the back yard. The local grocery is 6 doors down, a walkable distance. The town of Rosenburg is about 20 minutes away, and has a target, Starbucks, restaurants, and lots more. This property is in a pretty rural area, but with easy access to local grocery and suburban niceties. I would 100% stay here again, should the need arise. Super clean, washer and dryer in the home, nice bathrooms, comfortable bedding and lots of space make this a 5 star place.

Great house in Needville

We had the opportunity to stay at this house during a temporary work relocation for about 3 months with our family and everyone really enjoyed the stay. The property is as described, clean, comfortable, and the hosts are very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Great fun weekend!

It was great to be able to be close to family in Needville when we attended our Granddaughters wedding and not to have to be in Rosenberg in a Hotel. It felt like being together in a home. Very nicely deorated and the landlords went out of their way to accommodate us with all we needed.

A very cute and comfortable house! Loved our stay here!

Easy rental process. Karen the property manager was quick to respond and a kind host. The house is very well decorated and was comfortable for our small group (4 adults and 2 kids).
