Walking distance to Church Street, bike path, Pine Street arts district and Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont.

Off-street parking, washer-drier, full suite of kitchen appliances, utensils and dishware.

Free WiFi, Roku TV with streaming services (no cable). There is a workspace for your laptop and a comfy couch to relax.

Great Location

My GF and I enjoyed our stay very much! Great walking location to down town and 1/2 way point to majority of the brewies. Also near the bike path and farmers Market. Would stay again. Great host

Perfect

This little apartment is actually much bigger than the pictures would suggest. Very spacious. Perfect location in a cute neighborhood. James was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. Highly recommend!

Weekend in Burlington

My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting Vermont. As described, the property was very clean, and easy to access. Host was incredibly responsive; I heard back from him very quickly anytime I sent a message. Would stay here again!

Two nights stay in September

I came up for a weekend to visit my child. You just started college at Champlain. The location of this apartment was great. Replace it’s pretty much as advertised, clean and cozy. One thing to be aware of is that the floors were loud both in the apartment and upstairs where the owner lives.

Great location, Clean

Check in very easy and made clear by James. Apartment big and comfortable for 2 people. All that you need is included, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies and laundry. The location was right off Pine St. and the bike path, perfect for us avid cyclists. A good choice.

Really cozy but spacious spot. The property info sheet was incredibly helpful. If the property is still listed and available next time we’re in Burlington we’ll definitely stay again.

This place and location was perfect for us. Walking distance to Burlington and all it has to offer. Place was clean and so quiet! Great communication from the host!

A perfect place for a little R&R in the heart of South Burlington!

This rental is in a great location for all that South Burlington has to offer! The apartment is nicely equipped with creature comforts including board games, books, a kitchen that has what you need to cook a meal in if you so desired. I felt safe and secure and knew I that I could reach out to James with any questions or concerns.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and were in town for the marathon. This house is a very close walk to town and a super quick drive to anything you need. Plenty of space and a full working kitchen was a nice bonus.

A great property in Burlington in a great location. The owner was very responsive. The pictures well represented the apartment. Very comfortable stay. Very clean. We would stay there again.

Great apartment close to downtown

Overall an excellent stay. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. Location is excellent, just a small 10 minute walk to the downtown area. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Thanks!

Family Trip

My husband and I came to Burlington to visit family for a week. Apartment was nice and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of waterfront, shops and restaurants at Church Street Marketplace. Had a minor issue and the owner took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!

Burlington Stay

The property looks as it is in the pictures. There was plenty of space for two and the AC was wonderful. It is an amazing location for the Farmer’s Market. We walked downtown, which wasn’t a bad walk, maybe 20 minutes. We had two people in the bed and it was uneven, fell down on one side.

Great location.

Property was clean and entry process was simple. We were there when the temperatures were above average so the two window a/c units struggled. The mattress was a bit soft for me, but I like a firm mattress. Overall I would recommend the unit. It’s in a nice neighborhood and less than a mile walk to downtown Burlington.

All went fine, but…

Clean, great location, everything fine, but couldn’t get the bathroom outlet to work so used the outlet outside of the bathroom, and we pursued a couple of roach looking bugs down the register in the front vestibule by the Wi-Fi - minor inconveniences in an enjoyable stay.
