This beautiful home has a view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has seating to accommodate six people. This condo offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom is stylishly decorated and features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Lacks maintenance
While we were there both hot tubs were down, the heated pool was closed a day, there was no water at the poolside restaurant, cable went out, lost water pressure on our wing, and lost power to our wing. Main pool is not heated and was too cold to swim in. Our other party was in another wing and lost water for a day.

Nearly perfect
King size bed and the 2 showers were Excellent Both sinks drain super sloooowly. TVs worked easily. Balcony had good view but the table was wobbly. Drawers in the Master Bedroom were also wobbly and needed new handles. It was quiet as regards to other condo noises but always heard children laughing and yelling to each other. Beach was nice as were the umbrellas and beach chair’s provided at no charge.

Clean and quiet
The condo was very clean and we were pleased with our stay. It was nice to have the beach chairs included. Also, happy to see the bands being reinforced to keep non-guests out. The only complaint I would have was there were no pot holders and the hot water was luke warm. We will be returning to the Waterscape!

Waterscape is 10/10. Accommodations and convenience are 10/10.
Restaurants within walking distance. Publix is less than a mile away. The grounds are big enough to accommodate all the people, there is no need for chair saving at the pool. Kids of all ages will enjoy it. Room came with beach accommodations, so we didn’t have to pack chairs and stuff to the beach. All floors have parking. This place is hands down, much better than larger condo resorts we have stayed in in the past.

Unclean Condo
When we arrived it was very obvious that our condo had not been cleaned. The only thing that had been done was the beds were made. The floor was covered in sand, the kitchen cpu tees had sand on them & dried food, the sinks & tubs had dirt & hair in them, the balcony had food on it, & the night stands had tags from clothes & dried food on them. The pillow cases even had hair on them! I had to clean the entire condo before letting my family in. One lady did come up from the front desk to help me sweep. We’re still waiting to hear back from the guest manager on what will be done due to this.

Dated Property
This property says it is suitable for 6 people. While there was a king bed, bunks & a sleeper sofa, the bunks & sleeper sofa are so worn down that sleeping was not ideal. Add the dirty couches (with sagging cushions), tub that would not drain, DVD player with no remote and would not open manually AND the dryer that would not dry clothing after 2 hours of cycle time. This property location is great and because we were with good friends, it worked out, but it most definitely needs updating. The pictures on the listing make it look a lot bigger than it is.

Beach and pools were nice but water is still cold in April
The beach service chairs are all taken by 6 am. People reserve them with towels but we saw chairs empty of people for 3 hours or more. So suggest you bring your own. First day we got chairs on the 3rd row and couldn’t see our children in the water at all. The couch desperately needs replacing. The supports are broken. Bunk beds are nice retreat but could use better mattresses. The kitchen and amount of space in the unit was good. Convenient to walk to restaurants and mini golf. Nice to have tiki bar available for lunch on site.

Did not meet expectations
I loved the outdoor spaces. The pools and the beach were fantastic. The condo was not clean and showing a lot of aging. Lots of paint chips and major scratches on the wall. The toilet was not working properly. The outdoor furniture was not the in the best of conditions. I had high expectations for visiting, but they were not met, sadly. With better cleaning, and some updating this could be so much better.
