The Villa offers amazing views over Trio Petra, Ligres and Agia Fotini and the islands of Paximathia. To the south there are panoramic views of the sea, to the north the impressive and ever changing landscape of the mountains. The Area is perfect for hikers and explorers, beach lovers, and nature enthusiasts.

The house has 3 Double rooms with Kingsize beds, and one twin room, also one pull out bed to accomodate 9. which can turn one room into a family room.

One family bathroom, a shower room and a stunning roll top bath in the largest of the rooms allowing you to soak in the tub while soaking in the views accross the sea.

An open plan living room and kithen and dining area all with amazing views, 2 large terraces, and plenty to explore on the surrounding land and olive grove means you will never be bored even in the villa.

Living in a recreative sanctuary

The house is embedded in nature and situated in an absolutely quiet, peaceful and grounded environment. The panorama view from the house over the coastline is amazing and overwhelming. Because all the little roads in the region are covered with asphalt, the success to the beaches going by car is easy and needs only a few minutes. We are really glad and thankful that we could stay here for two weeks. Especially, we thank Paul Readman (the owner) for his helpful hints and the support he gave us promptly and continuously during our stay at the house whatever the issue was. We met Eleni Readman only a short time, but she also is a very personable, friendly and open-minded person. So, alltogether, we enjoyed our vacation at Elia Petra fully!

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und mit den beiden Terrassen und dem Garten einfach traumhaft zum entspannen. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Eleni und Paul war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbares Ferienobjekt

Alles war bestens, man sollte sich nicht mit Kleinigkeiten zu sehr auseinander setzen, diese waren nach ein paar Tagen vergessen. Die Hausherren waren immer zu stelle und halfen uns wo es ging. Sehr wunderbares Ferienobjekt hat uns sehr gefallen, waren mit Kindern und die hatten auch ihr Spaß gehabt. Strände in der nähe waren sehr Nett und der Beach in "Triopetra klein" war auch für die Kids am besten. In diesem Sinne sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, tolle Aussicht, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Da das Haus alleine liegt, ist es wunderbar still (abgesehen von dem Wind, der nach einem ruhigen Tag immer mal wieder auftritt). Wind, Berge, Sternenhimmel und Sonne - das Haus liegt inmitten einer beeindruckenden Natur an einem steilen Hang. Bis zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Man kann sogar dahin laufen, wenn man einen Spaziergang von ca. 45 Minuten nicht scheut. Die naheliegenden Strände sind traumhaft, das Meer sehr sauber, die Tavernen gut und die Menschen sehr freundlich. Wir (zwischen 20 und 49 Jahren) haben uns drei Wochen richtig wohlgefühlt. Abends haben wir gerne auf der unteren Terasse gesessen. Der Vermieter Paul Readman ist freundlich und besonders hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ihn immer anrufen, wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab.

Dear Eleni & Paul, Your lovely and lovingly cared for home is heaven on Crete. For future visitors know that you're in for a big surprise becase this is a home- not a vacation rental. Urlaubsfeeling pur

Wir ( Familie, 2 Kinder 13 + 15 Jahre ) - seit vielen Jahren Kreta-Fans -haben eine wundervolle Woche in Elia Petra verlebt. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage in einer traumhaften Umgebung mit Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und kleinere Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern und Roll- bzw. Fensterläden versehen. Hervorzuheben ist die individuelle und kreative Einrichtung, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alle Zimmer haben direkten Zugang zu einer der beiden Terrassen im Erd- bzw. Obergeschoss. Eleni und Paul haben wir als sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter kennengelernt. Wir kommen wieder!

a lovely, very individual, house in a stunning location, on a beautiful stretch of coast

The house is very much a labour of love, and unlike the usual identikit "Villas" that scar the Med ! - lots of quirky features - the setting is amazing with unbelievable views. Facilities are all good - this is a house for living in. We have done a lot of South Crete, and this area is arguably amongst the best - beautiful bays and beaches to discover, some perfect Tavernas, and, in Kerames, a lovely unspoilt hill-village without a nod to tourism, just friendly people ! easy couple of hours drive from Chania - Paul was a great host too ! Highly recommended ! PS - if its windy, the cove at Ag. Fotini is sheltered !

Eleni is a yoga instructor, hiking guide and general explorer, so should you want a yoga lesson / guided hike or just some tips she is your girl.

The location, size and privacy have been pulls for our guests in the past but what they always say they love is the quirky unique decoration taken with inspiration from our travels around the world, the open and light areas, the cool breeziness of natural air and the sheer tranquillity of the space around the house.
