WINDSOR PLACE CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

We have recently been notified that exterior renovations are scheduled at Windsor Place, continuing through early April 2025. The work may involve scaffolding and temporary coverings on windows and doors, with potential restrictions on balcony access during this time. Rest assured, all resort amenities, including the pools, will remain open for your enjoyment.

Enjoy dramatic views of the Atlantic ocean from your private balcony overlooking an oceanfront pool (pool is only heated in March and April) with a spa, a barbecue area, and children's pool! Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.

This 4th floor villa has been designed with your comfort and convenience our number one priority. Create epicurean masterpieces in the fully-equipped kitchen, get out the popcorn (don't forget the butter!) for a movie night in the spacious living area, dine on your balcony or in the dining area with bar seating for three. Sip sweet tea as you plan your Island adventures - big or small.

Windsor Place is within walking distance of the Arthur Hills golf course, and a bike path that runs behind the villas provides easy access to the various amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes with its bike paths, golf, tennis, boating, shopping and dining is a world-class destination. Enjoy your beach vacation strolling or biking alongside loggerhead turtle nests, watching the dolphins swim by or admire the array of herons and ospreys in their own special habitat.

Be sure to add stargazing on the beach or ghost crab hunting to your bucket list.
