Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans' first apartment hotel, 888 boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

We stayed in Penthouse three which was nothing short of amazing as far as the penthouse goes.. parking on the other hand was a horrible nightmare. We had to make a choice on parking on the street and having our car stolen or getting taken by a hustler to park the car three blocks away in a supposed secured garage. If you are from out of town and drive a decent car then you will likely not appreciate the parking circumstances it was very very sketchy and limited our ins and outs. We had to walk past homeless people to get from the garage to the building where the penthouse is it was just a nightmare. Had to worry about the car all night hoping that it would be safe and still there when we returned the next morning because it was three blocks away from the building
