Maybe it was listed but I was very disappointed that there was no linen, we had to purchase sheets and towels OR we could have slept on the hair infested mattress pads. A great stay

A great stay in a great location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and beach access. A nice neighborhood. Room for covered parking underneath the home.

Great little beach trip

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, and in a great location for a walk to the beach. I have only one suggestion however, a bedside lamp in the bedrooms would be nice for reading.

Great location!

The house was in a great location and very comfortable for our family of 4. Dryer was not working during our stay but our host was very responsive and kind. Would stay here again.

Good location - some minor gripes

Pros: short walk to public beach with life guards, shops and volleyball courts. Walk to marina. Clean, nice porch to relax. Open floor plan with plenty of room. Newer home with nice furnishings. Price and cleaning fee is reasonable. Cons: insanely squeaky beds, washer sounds like it will self destruct, heating element must be out on dryer because clothes were still damp after two hours, no sheets or towels, no towel racks in bathrooms, had to repair the oven door handle when it fell off, had to unclog the bathroom sink and fix drain.

Nicely redone with great location

A nicely redone home with a great location in the center of Atlantic Beach close to the beach. Make sure to note that towels and linens are not provided in the home. We missed this in the amenities details of the listing.

Great vacation location

We enjoyed our stay! Great location to beach and restaurants. The house was very clean. Owners were responsive and answered questions in reasonable amount of time. Overall we had a very positive experience at this location and would stay here again.

Beautiful but chilly property

This home is a gem. The only issue is that the HVAC unit/heat pump couldn't keep the interior temperature above 62 degrees (without using the emergency heat function) on nights when the outside temperature was in the mid-forties.

Very nice place!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Only a five minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The place was clean except the shower curtains and liners really need replacing. It was just the two of us but there is plenty of room for a family or group of friends. Overall a great experience!

Great location

Overall this property was great for our weekend trip. Having the streaming services was a nice bonus. As stated by other reviews, make sure you bring towels and linens. There is a Food Lion nearby and plenty of cookware, if you want to avoid eating out all the time. Although, i highly recommend the diner on the corner. Short walk and breakfast all day. Plus all-you-can-eat fried shrimp.
