There is parking available for up to 2 vehicles. As the driveway is shared with both units in the house. we ask that guests only park on one side of the driveway to ensure there is space for guests of the upstairs unit.
**Please note, street parking is strictly prohibited.**
The door to the downstairs will be locked. Please do not try to open the door.
Nearby the property is a boat launch, bike rentals, and access to the Victoria Rail Trail (85 km route) great for biking, ATV, and snowmobiling!

- NO pets

- NO excessive noise, particularly during quiet hours (10pm - 7am) as the house is in a calm, family neighbourhood.
- The AC CANNOT be run in the winter as the unit outside is covered and will blow.
