◾️Accommodation Features
We created a house inspired by the four seasons of Japan. You can experience the four seasons of Japan by staying at my house.
The room is 120 square meters! ! It is spacious. Rooms of this size are rare in Tokyo.
We also have a kids' area so that children can enjoy themselves.
We have 6 beds, 1 sofa bed, and 3 futons. Up to 10 people can sleep in their own bed or futon.
■ Kids' play area!
We also have a kids' play area on the second floor.
Picture books and toys are available. There is also a large board, and you can play with magnets.
The hotel has a large square meterage, so it can be enjoyed by children and adults, as well as large groups.
■ Attention to detail
There are rooms where families can gather in a very spacious space, and each room is decorated with the theme of the four seasons of Japan.
There are rooms with a seasonal theme, and Japanese accessories are also available.
It is a place where you can take a break when you are tired from sightseeing in Tokyo.

2 minutes walk from Kojiya Station. Located in a quiet residential area, you can relax and unwind.
There is a shopping street nearby, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants, making it a convenient place to live.
You can spend the hot summer without any inconvenience.
It is the shortest 10-minute train ride from Haneda Airport. It is also 14 minutes by train to Shinagawa Station.
If you transfer to the Yamanote Line from Shinagawa Station, you can access major tourist spots in Tokyo such as Tokyo, Akihabara, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku.
You can also take the Shinkansen from Shinagawa Station to Atami, Shizuoka, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Osaka.

Hiroyuki loves traveling abroad and has traveled to over 40 countries. He enjoys interacting with people from various countries. Hiroyuki speaks English.
His wife is a pediatric nurse. If you have any concerns about bringing children, please contact us by message. We love visiting museums and like Monet, Chagall, and Kiyoshi Yamashita. We hope to be able to convey the beauty of Japan through our private lodging.
My wife is currently studying English and does not speak it very well. We use a translation app and my husband as an interpreter.
Our goal is for our guests to be able to spend their time at our private lodging with a smile.
