Here at beautiful Sunlit Serenity in the peaceful community of Hampton Lakes, there’s nothing standing in the way of a perfect vacation. Renowned for its excellent curb appeal and convenient location near major attractions, shopping centers, and highways, endless adventures are but a hop, skip, and a jump away!

Get your getaway off to a great start with a refreshing swim in the home’s private pool within the fully enclosed lanai, drying off in the warm air on comfortable chaise lounge or outdoor sofa seating while you listen to music or leaf through the pages of a good book. Whip up a round of burgers on the grill and serve them tableside at the dining set with umbrella. The kids will love the community amenities of volleyball and basketball courts, tennis courts, and a playground to burn off whatever energy is left after busy days in the city or at the parks.

The home’s interior features a modern, open concept floorplan conducive to relaxation as well as entertainment, keeping everyone well-connected no matter where you roam. Cool tile flooring helps keep the heat at bay, while soaring vaulted ceilings enhance the spaciousness with plentiful natural light streaming in through skylight windows. Two separate living areas offer distinct experiences to unwind, both furnished with plush sofa seating whether you’re sipping your coffee during the quiet morning hours or streaming all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen can accommodate all your mealtime aspirations, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware, dining ware, and a coffee maker to kick-start your mornings. High-top stools at the counter are an ideal spot for snacking on appetizers while the nearby dining table seats 6 for formal meals and engaging family game nights alike. Speaking of games, evening hours come alive in the garage-converted game room, your go-to spot for adrenaline-pumping fun and friendly competition. Race to see who can make the most baskets at the hoops game, grab a partner for a few rounds of frenzied foosball, or wake up your inner pool shark and take down opponents at the billiards table.

This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with additional daytime-only parking on the street as needed. Towing is enforced. Commercial vehicles strictly prohibited.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. The community HOA restricts breeds of Pitbull. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to..

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.
• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras. The first is a Ring camera located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the entrance. The second is located on the front right of the home, actively monitoring its right side. The third is located on the front left of the home, actively monitoring its left side. The fourth is positioned at the top left of the entryway, facing downward towards the entryway door. The fifth is located at the left corner side of the driveway, on the garage, facing toward the street.

These incredible accommodations are located just a few miles from all of the exciting parks and attractions this area has in spades, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 8 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, more. There’s truly something for everyone!

HOUSE RULES
1. This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
2. Pets must be registered and paid for. This doesn’t cover damages.
3. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
4. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
5. Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
6. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund
