BEach Happy is an enchanting 3-story home in the resort community of Seacrest Beach on Scenic 30A. This contemporary coastal home offers 2,500 square feet of luminous living space and 3 bedroom suites accommodating 10 guests. The spacious living room offers a warm and inviting ambience with its comfortable couches and armchairs — great places to lounge after a long day at the pool or beach. The adjacent kitchen and dining area feature a table with dining for eight and additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to whip up your favorite dish or snack. If you prefer to cook on the grill, off the kitchen area you’ll find a large propane barbecue. Enjoy alfresco meals in the private, sun-kissed yard surrounded by lush greenery and natural vegetation. Spacious outdoor decks and patios set the scene for enchanting hours basking in the Florida sunshine.
Sleeping quarters are located on the two upper levels of the home. The second floor boasts two large guest suites each with their own private ensuite bath and oversized closets. The second floor master suite is equipped with a plush king bed while the additional second floor guest suite is furnished with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and a set of twin over twin bunks. This room also houses a living space with an entertainment center and a comfy sofa — a great for kids to lounge on their own.
As you ascend to the third floor you enter the master oasis. The entire third floor is dedicated to the master suite making it a tranquil escape. The bedroom area features a lush king bed and large television perfect for black and white films or guilty pleasure reality tv shows. The master bath features an oversized vanity and shower/tub combination. There is a French closest with a dramatic double door entry (no fighting over closet space here). The pièce de résistance is the covered private balcony with lounge seating — perfect for sneaking in a nap, enjoying a book or watching the sunset with a glass of wine and your better half.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
