Truly beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment was very comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped. The outside terrace was very large and pretty. We could even see fireworks over the Riva from it. Great location, great property!

Very nice accomodations

We enjoyed our stay here and it is also a great location! Also we were appreciative of the air conditioning- a must have in the summer! Everything was great- the only thing I would suggest is to launder the sheets on the beds with unscented soap as the sheets were extremely perfumed and gave us a headache.

Perfect location in Split

The actual apartment is better than the photos show. The apartment has everyrhing you need and js really spacious. It has a large outdoor terrace and is very modern. The location is perfect and a short walk from everything. We really enjoyed staying here. Would highly recommend.

Great clean place but parking is an issue

The location is great. The rooms are large and nicely done. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The only issue is with the parking, you will have to park on the street outside the building in a very tight space. Someone scraped my car.

Wonderful Stay

This is an absolutely wonderful home. It is spacious, modern, and very clean. The AC works great (essential in the summer), and the patio is perfect. The host is quickly responsive, and they sweetly had fruit, Croatian wine, and some stapes in the fridge. The location is perfect - a block from the city beach and a short walk to the old city and port. Highly recommend!

Great Location in Split

Hanna was a great host who met us at the property and gave us a tour of the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed, an easy 20 minute walk to the waterfront shops/oldtown, and a bakery right around the corner for morning pastries and coffee. The only downside was there is no dedicated parking for a car and parking around the apartment is very tight. We had a very pleasant two night stay with two couples.

Incredible!

We have stayed at many rentals and this was way at the top. The place was like being home, it had pretty much everything you could want. There was someone there to greet us and they were there when we left. It was very helpful and incredibly gracious. In addition the neighborhood was perfect. Close to old town and plenty of good restaurants. We would stay there again and hope we can!

Super great stay in Split

This is an amazing property. Everything is updated, host is extremly responsive. We are VRBO hosts also and know how challenging it is to keep everything in great shape and this property is in perfect shape with tons of personal touches. Not shown in the photos is the great patio. You won't go wrong to select this property.

Gorgeous stay in perfect location

The property was spacious with excellent finishes. Very modern, clean and great amenities. The Terrace had lots of seating and sunshine. It was 400 meters to the beach with restaurants. In the opposite direction - more restaurants and just a few minutes stroll to The Riva area & Diocletian's Palace. The host kindly met us on arrival and stocked the kitchen with a few welcome beverages, coffee and fruit. It made us feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again.

Luxurious as claimed

This apartment is spacious, comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. It is within walking distance of the Riva and a beach. The kitchen and bathrooms meet the most demanding standards. Finding the refrigerator stocked with some staples gave us a very welcoming feeling.

Spacious and clean

The apartment was very clean and a great location. The hosts were very responsive and nice. They had some beer and snacks in the fridge for us, which was very welcome after a day of driving. Only negative is the living room sofa. It is an interesting piece of furniture, but not comfortable and not easy to sit in to watch tv and relax. But with all there is to see out in the city, we didn't need the sofa for much. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful time

The unit was very modern and clean. Well appointed. Bigger than originally thought. Enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony. The Condo was close to downtown but far enough away from the noise. Two minute walk to sandy beach. Highly recommend. Thanks Hanna for looking after us.

Apartment walking distance to Old Town and beach

Just up the hill from the ferry for close access. Only minutes from Old Town. We enjoyed our stay very much. Took a day trip to Hvar and still had time to walk the town and have a relaxing dinner and cocktails. We only had a short time in Split before heading down the coast but felt being so close we were able to see so many things. Hanna has so many little extras that made it wonderful. A lemon soda and a beer on the deck from her refrigerator topped off a long hot day. She has bikes that you can borrow to go to the beach as well. Over all a wonderful stay.

Luxury apartment but poor view from terrace

Most definitely a beautiful high spec apartment with everything you need and more! In a good location within easy walking of everything. However we were very disappointed with the outside terrace view. We were expecting full unobstructed views to the harbour as shown in the advertised photos but this is not the case. There has been a large tall building erected right next door to the property which blocks the view. It also totally blocks the sun from the terrace. Such a pity because it is a lovely terrace but without the sun it was too cold to enjoy it.
