This was our third stay. Once again, it was a great experience. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We enjoyed sightseeing on the trolley. The Columbia and Casa Maya restaurants provided excellent service and a fun atmosphere.

Absolutely gorgeous place!!! Right on a main street so you get all the action while still feeling private since you're on the second floor. It was so clean, well stocked, beautiful, everything you can ask for from an Airbnb. The hosts were extremely responsive. I could not have asked for a better experience.


PARKING: Parking is included down the street from the unit. It is one spot only! A second spot could potentially be purchased, please inquire for more details.

NOISE: 20 Hypolita is in the heart of the city and surrounded by many activities, restaurants, and bars, so there is the potential for late night noise, especially on weekends. The restaurant next door features live music on weekends until 10:30 PM that you will be able to hear from inside the apartment.

SECURITY CAMERA: The apartment has a security camera installed at the front door, inside the main gate to the property. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the apartment.

NOTE: $500 cancellation fee applies to all bookings 27 days or more.

Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
