Relaxing Getaway
Wonderful condo!! Great ocean views and beautiful sunrises!! It was a little chilly but enjoyed walks on the beach and the beautiful Christmas lights! The condo was very clean and looked to be newly renovated! We have stayed several times in this building and we definitely be back!

Really beautifully renovated condo nicely appointed! It had everything you would ever need plus it's ocean front. Very relaxing and loved the style. We would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. We did not use the pool so can't speak to that but we did grab beach chairs and beach towels provided and spent an afternoon on the beach. The team was very responsive too (thanks Stacie). Very easy, no stress rental!

We've stayed in the Ketch building several times, each time in a different condo and have NEVER had a bad experience. 306 is by far our favorite however. The bed was comfortable, the unit was very clean, had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We had no complaints at all!!

Vacation Perfection
This oceanfront condo checks all the boxes! It’s modern, clean, and well situated to enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer. The building is quiet and the beach natural and peaceful. The guestbook with restaurant reviews and activity suggestions was especially thorough and very helpful. We spent a week here in early April and plan a return trip in the next couple of years.

Quick Trip - Highly Recommend
Fantastic accommodations, very clean, very modern, well stocked - soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, plenty of towels, kitchen had decent pots and pans, furniture was very comfortable. The view is the BEST, plenty of seating on the balcony!!! You might find the master bedroom bed a little hard. (This is the only thing we felt was somewhat of an issue. It is a preference, not a negative to the property. We prefer softer beds.) For families, there aren't any sidewalks that run along Fletcher Ave, only a bike lane. (Not a ding to the property or listing. I believe it is important for families with kiddos to know.)

We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean, and had a very higher end feel to it. The only thing I would change about the whole experience is the 10AM check out. I'd rather it be 11AM.

Beautiful view and property. Functional layout. Sleek decor. Overall quiet except for many children on top floor. Had to drive most places but generally centrally located. Would love it if the grout in kitchen and bathrooms got a deep clean. Hot water ran out after 15 minutes in the shower pretty consistently. Beds could have more cushioning. Given the lack of lodging options locally this was definitely a good value.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Beds were comfortable. I love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Several grocery stores nearby but Harris Teeter is awesome! Would definitely recommend.
