While the condo is within close proximity to the Village, it’s just the right distance away to still experience the quiet serenity of coastal relaxation! You are less than 75 yards to the sand. Fantastic beach house!

Our stay was fantastic! House was perfect for our family, and very well stocked with all types of beach accessories!! Location was also perfect. Right across the street from the beach and very close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property manager was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We definitely cannot wait to come back!

Close to everything, spacious, fun!

Truly a little gem right next to the beach. Everything needed for a fun day at the beach is right there for you—chairs, toys, towels, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and the little one’s favorite, a playground overlooking the beach. Buy groceries and cook in, dine out, both are great options at this property. The pool was a bonus to shower, then cool of after a long day in the sun. Don’t hesitate grabbing this booking. One of our top family vacations. Much more home feeling than a resort or all inclusive somewhere else.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

The property was exactly as it was listed, and even more so!! The check in process was seamless, big bonus there is parking on sote for two cars, and we were abke to fit our family SUV in the parking with no problem!! The property was safe, clean, and had everything and more that we would need!)) Shops and dining were easily walkable, and the beach was right across the street, and absolutely beautiful from sunrise to sunset! Our family is so thankful and grateful to have been lucky enough to stay for a full week!! This property is awesome!!!

Great Location and support

We enjoyed staying at this property. Great location and support. Easy walk to the beach. The property is bright and airy due to two story open area and clearstory windows throughout the property.

Great place for families and couples. Very close to Del Mar beach and 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in Del Mar. would definitely stay again!

Exceeded Expectations

The condo was a little larger than expected, and well supplied with beach gear.. chairs, surfboards, wetsuits, rolling cooler, etc. If it had not been rainy we would have taken advantage of the great outdoor space. The location was great! Super short walk to the beach. Right accross the street were two great restaurants. Short walk to Del Mar Village. Short drive to groceries including a fish market! The parking spaces were large and so nice that it wasn't street parking. We would definitely look to book this condo again. Extra bonus. Nina left us snacks and drinks. So thoughtful!

Worked for the San Diego Padres for 20 years as a Ballgirl! Yes, I can boast 3 Top 10 Plays of the Day! I used to work as a Promotion Director for a San Diego radio station. Now I love families find their perfect home or vacation getaway. I have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. If you love your job, you never have to work a day again! We provide you with a vacation ready home! Just bring your food! We supply paper towel, trash bags, Kleenex, dishwasher detergent, some laundry detergent and toilet paper. There is a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee maker with filters. We also supply one hair dryer, an iron & ironing board, one pack n play, a high chair, washer & dryer, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler and sand toys for your enjoyment at the beach!

Everyone loves the LOCATION - walking distance to the Del Mar Plaza, restaurants and shops! The beach is across the street! There are no stairways to the beach. The ocean front playground at Powerhouse Park is one of a kind. Kids love to watch the trains go by and moms & dads can enjoy the ocean surf. There are great restaurants that you can walk to -- anything from pizza to fine dining!
