Enjoy the vacation of a lifetime at CABANA SHORES on the peaceful and relaxing Brazos River. This vacation home features spacious guest accommodations and an outstanding riverfront experience with outdoor entertainment area which is for guest use only. The outdoor entertainment area features a fire pit, trampoline , complete outdoor kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, hot tub, ping pong, and regulation size horse shoe and washer pits. There is also an audio system with an iPod docking station and built-in TV. Propane heaters will be provided in the winter, upon request.

There is an amazing sand beach at the waters edge, where kids can swim or play all day. The large wooded (2+ acre) lot provides plenty of shade to sit and watch the boats go by. Or drive your boat up on the sandy shore after enjoying a full day of glass smooth water.

The 2006 manufactured home features 5 spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people maximum. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room features a new 55" 4K TV with DirecTV. The master bedroom and outdoor cabana also have a TV. The fireplace room and two other guest bedrooms also have flat screen televisions. High speed internet is available for those who have to send a last minute email to the work they left behind.

The wrap-around multi-level deck offers many opportunities to dine, socialize, or watch wildlife.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom, en suite, with a queen size bed. The master bathroom feature has been updated with bright and open shower with granite counter tops. There are two other bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. There is a "twin room" with 3 twin beds. Two of the twin beds can be pushed together to create a king sized bed. The adaptor is in the closet. The room off living room has bunk bed (full bottom/twin top) and has a twin daybed with twin trundle.

The views at CABANA SHORES are breathtaking, whether it is stargazing at night or watching the sun come up with a cup of warm coffee off of the back deck of the home. This is the ultimate retreat where you can unwind and let go of life's worries.

Best family vacation ever!

This place is even more beautiful than what the pictures show! It is a beautiful, peaceful, and fun property. We were here for a wedding with family from all over and we’re having a blast from when we arrived until we left. We definitely want to come back in the very near future!

Nice and peaceful

There were 16 of us (7 Adults and kids) stay was comfortable and kids had a great time outdoors . Dina, our host was very professional and prompt in her communications. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Planning Weekend for Family Business

The property is as advertised and is awesome!!! The inside is nice and well appointed. The outside property is very nice and the amenities are amazing!!! Cabana bar, fire pit, horseshoes, washers, tether ball and more. Also a very nice outdoor play are for the children. A really nice getaway. We also liked the location, halfway between Weatherford and Granbury on the Brazos river. The sunsets were pretty too!!!

Weekend Gathering

Three generations of family gathered for a holiday celebration. The weather was wonderful and much of our time was spent in the cabana area enjoying the games, trampoline, swing set, fire pit, and riverside scenery!

So much to offer!

What an amazing getaway. From the river to the outdoor kitchen to the fire pit, there is almost no need to go anywhere else! We were in town for a wedding and only wish we could have spent more time on the property

Great Relaxing Spot on the Water

We stayed here with a group of friends over Labor Day Weekend. Enjoyed gold at Sugar Tree nearby, but spent the vast majority of the weekend down by the water taking full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area. It was a great spot to relax, catch up and grill, cook and hang for a weekend. The cabana area was great and convenient, from the kitchen to even having a TV. Great spot!

Amazing vacation

The property is amazing, peaceful, fun for kids right on the river, cabana was so great we cooked relaxed and the hot tub tops it off. We made so many family memories. We loved it .

Great trip!

Plenty of room. There were 11 of us. A great place to spend quality family time. The Cabana area was very nice. We loved the ability to play games. Ping pong, trampoline, 3 hole golf, horse shoes, etc. We actually had team tournaments. Loads of fun. Canoeing and paddle boarding were right there off the property. Very convenient! The owner quickly saw to our every need. Thank you. This trip was one for our memory book!!! Blessings.

Amazing weekend

I don’t get to have all of my kids and grandkids in one place very often. This was the perfect size for all of us. Everyone had plenty to do and the best part was they weren’t on their phones all weekend!!!

Family getaway

We had 14 people on our family getaway ages 4-65 and all had a great time. Plenty of activities to do. Sleeping areas worked well with the ages of our kids and splitting everyone up.

Amazing experience!

We had our Gymnastics Team Retreat! This place was perfect! The water was shallow enough so the kids could enjoy it without me worrying about them! They LOVED the outdoor games, canoe, and kayaks! There was more than enough room for a large group! We are already planning our return!

Didn’t expect to see so many spiders/wasps but the location was so beautiful!

This place gave us what we were expecting to have. To create memories and have our mom feel very loved and valued on her birthday trip. The house was so much better in person. Very clean. Anything we needed it was available. Very roomy. We have been to lake house’s before and spiders, insects are expected but the porch in the front and back were covered in webs. Wasps nest were everywhere in the back porch. The good thing we checked everything out to keep the kids away and avoid any ER visits. That was pretty much the down part of the trip. I’m sure having pest control come out more often than normal it would make that issue not be such a big issue. Of course we were already there and had to make the best of it and we did. We cooked on the grill on the porch and it was very dirty and needed a major deep clean and when my brother opened the bottom doors to the grill to turn on the propane tank there was a wasp nest right under. We managed to solve the issues and moved on with our plans. The cabana was a total hit. The kids loved all the things to do as well as the adults with the convenience of having a grill and a fridge there. Plus a bathroom and small shower to avoid going up to the house each time. The fans helped with the humidity/heat and the Bluetooth speakers were fantastic! We would love to go back and spend more days out there but only if the spiders/wasps were under controlled. Over all we were thankful for unforgettable memories we got to create❤

FABULOUS - Will come again

Our family stayed the weekend at Cabana Shores to celebrate a graduation from Tarleton. Everyone absolutely loved it. Our active family enjoyed all the outdoor amenities ... fishing, kayaks, canoe, putting green, horseshoes, trampoline, ping pong, etc. We spent all our time outside under the cabana, even in the rain. The host was very responsive to my questions and the home was very clean and comfortable. Please don't let the fact that it's a manufactured home deter your reservation; it is a very nice property. For the money, you will not find a more cozy and fun place to stay. We will definitely be staying again.

Family Trip for Spring Break

The outdoor area is amazing. We loved hanging by the lake and enjoying the fire pit area. There was something for all of the kids to do that did not involve them being on their phones. We will definitely be back again.

Great family atmosphere and good vibes!

This property had everything on our check list for our group of 10, ages 7-38. The layout of the rooms and number of beds was perfect so everyone was comfortable and not cramped. The house felt very homey, and not dated. Our kids said all weekend that it felt like home! There is so much to do, but the vibe is very relaxed. What a great place to have fun and make memories and not be stressed at all! There aren’t a lot of food options close by, but there are two full kitchens on the property and a grill. My only caveat for this property was that we had a couple appliance issues, but it didn’t affect our stay much. Overall an amazing place to stay! My only caveat for this property

Family Christmas

This stay was an incredible outdoor oasis even in winter! We had the best time enjoying all the amenities. Would definitely recommend and had a variety of kids that also enjoyed all the outdoor space!
