Distribuito su due piani, vi sono circa 160 m2 di spazio abitativo. Il piano inferiore è composto da un soggiorno inondato di luce con cucina a vista, camino, sala da pranzo e bagno. La zona giorno inferiore è accompagnata da due enormi vetrate con accesso alla vista esterna.
La seconda sala da pranzo sulla splendida terrazza frontale con grill offre una vista sul giardino ben curato. Alla fine del giardino si trova il cuore dell'intera proprietà, ovvero la terrazza di 100 m2 con un accogliente salotto e una vista unica sul mare.
Nella zona giorno superiore ci sono 4 camere da letto, 3 camere con letti matrimoniali integrati e una camera da letto singola. C'è anche un bagno, tutte e 4 le camere hanno due enormi terrazze con vista sul mare o sul giardino antistante.

Tutta la casa ha un tocco personale con molta storia. Io, il proprietario, sono cresciuto sull'isola e sono a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi domanda.

Se necessario, una barca a motore può essere fornita solo con i conducenti di imbarcazioni.

Beautiful, quiet and exclusive

We had the best time. Artemis has been super supportive and the house is simply beautiful. Very close to Corfu Town, literally on the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Strongly suggested.

Delightful villa with wonderful view

Charming property only a 15minute drive from Corfu Town and the airport. Spacious and well-equipped. Had a great patio with big outdoor dining table and very comfortable chairs. Highlight was the extended patio area with beautiful view overlooking the bay and was partially shaded so perfect throughout the day. Private path straight down to beach below and outdoor shower to keep any sand away from the house. Would recommend!

A stunning property in a beautiful setting. The listing details are very accurate. The host was incredibly helpful when all our flights were cancelled and very easy to deal with. It is walking distance to a small minimart and a number of different taverna's and the marina including one on the beach at the end of the garden. We did not need a car as its easy to get an Uber to Corfu town and there are grocery shops that deliver to the house. We would love to return,

Absolutely stunning property, great stay

We had an amazing week in Corfu, the villa was even better than expected, the views were stunning and we lived being able to swim on the beach and then walk back up to the villa to chill. We hired a small car to sight see and enjoyed a boat ride from kbboathire at the kontakali beach resort. We also loved the company of the cat! Would recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful kontokali Villa!

We had a lovely time for 10 days. 6 of us reunited for a wedding in gouvia. Location was perfect for us! The outdoor space is divine, with lovely views and a very short walk to the beach. It’s not the best beach in Corfu but paradise compared to American beaches! The owner was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back if we are a large group!

Beautiful and spacious house with an amazing view

The house has an amazing view of the sea, with an expansive outdoor area, with so many different flowers and vegetation. The house is spacious and clean with two bedrooms with on suites and a 3rd smaller bedroom. There is a private access to a small beach and a great little taverna. There was also this very cute neighborhood cat that hung outside the house, which we all enjoyed. Artemis, the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate to book this magical home. You won’t be disappointed. We had a great stay!!! We were sorry to have to leave.

A perfect getaway

Artemis’ home is a beautiful place to stay outside of Corfu town. The home itself is well equipped and feels very private. The terrace is beautiful and I could spend hours out there reading and enjoying the breeze and sounds of the cicadas. The beach is just steps away and there are a few oceanfront restaurants to enjoy, although we cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is close enough to Corfu town to visit and explore a bit but far enough away that it doesn’t feel too crowded. The beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed a very relaxing holiday here. We wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you for a great stay.

Heaven in Corfu

Heaven on Earth! Quiet location surrounded by the sea and pine trees. The view is unique! The modern villa is perfectly integrated into nature. I could stay here forever! Spacious and comfortable rooms with dining room well equipped. Two bedrooms have a spectacular sea view. Literally 30 steps to the beach and taverna. from the house garden. Everything is well maintained and extremely clean. A fabulous experience!

Tremendous stay in Gouvia

Artemis house can't be better located with direct access to the sea / beach and to a local restaurant . Terrific views from the garden . The house is well equipped with a good distribution of rooms . The air conditioning was welcome during the heat wave that Corfu faced during our stay. The surroundings are quiet and the nearby hotel is not generating disturbance . Easy to rent boat there. The house is close to Gouvia which offers all facilities and the drive to Corfu town is short. We highly recommend

Wonderful house with spectacular view and great location

We had a wonderful week at this villa! The view from the house and the far terrace is beautiful. It’s great that there is a little beach club and restaurant next door. We also went to other beach clubs around the island, rented a boat from the hotel next door for the day for a trip to Paxos and visited Corfu old town. The far terrace was our favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings and the dining table on the terrace outside the house is a great size and shape for accommodating our dinners for 8 in the evenings. Using the apartment provided us with extra space and was a great addition. Would love to come back!

Fantastic Villa......

My family and I had a fantastic week in Artemis’s beautiful house. We loved the house and all it’s pictures and different decorations. It was like a house with a history..... The outside dinning place and barbecue was close to the kitchen and very easy to use. The lounge set close to the beach was practically our place for the hole stay. It was nice to take your own 20 meter walk path down to the beach, take a quick swim and then go back to your own private terrace....... We can highly recommend this beautiful property........ Great location

Positives: The property was in a great location, right next to a beach with a lovely garden and lots of garden furniture to relax on and beautiful sea views. It was a short drive (15 mins) into Corfu Town and we visited several times. The owner was very prompt in all communications and gave us clear instructions about how to gain access on the first day. It was clean. There was air conditioning in all of the bedrooms but we barely needed it in October as there are insect screens on all the patio doors so we slept with them open. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the waves. We ate in the neighbouring hotel one night which was a lovely meal. All of our linen was provided, including beach towels. There were a number of supermarkets a short drive away. Negatives: There wasn't much around the neighbourhood close to the villa apart from the hotel and beach bar next to the hotel. There's a marina a short walk away but not much there. I think it would be somewhere you would definitely need a car. The inside kitchen was very small, only room enough for one person, but we did self cater for a couple of nights. When the hotel next door puts on evening entertainment, it's like you're there, there's no getting away from it! (Fortunately only on two nights). Overall a lovely week away, thank you.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und einen herrlichen Blick auf Korfu Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war hervorragend es gab sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieterin war selbst vor Ort und wir hatten das Gefühl, ein Rundrum-Sorglos-Paket gebucht zu haben. Danke nochmals dafür! Ich kann nur eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung für das Haus aussprechen.

Perfekter Ort - perfektes Haus

Toller Blick auf die Hauptstadt und die Bucht - von einer Terrasse die überdacht gekühlte Getränke bereit hält. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam! Restaurants gibt es reichlich - kochen/grillen geht aber auch. Bus No 7 bringt einen schnell in die City. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - Danke.

Schönes Haus an traumhafter Lage

Ein schönes Haus mit phantastischem Garten und direktem Strandzugang. Die Kommunikation mit Artemis war vor und während dem Aufenthalt sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Kontakali Beach House

Awesome house. Even more impressive than Photos and description . Right on beach, lovely fish taverna on beach. 5 star hotel 100yds away for boat/ equipment rental and additional restaurants. Local shop 15 mins walk. Car hire advisable to ease shipping however not necessary as Islands main bus route 15 mins walk away and taxi service is very good (20 euros into Corfu town). Our family were aged 16-80. Just the perfect holiday home and location. We will definitely return.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Un jardin et une terrasse sur la mer dont on n’a pas envie de partir! La maison d’Artemis est très agréable à vivre, très bien située au calme mais proche de Corfou ville. C’est un lieu magique qu’on ne peut que recommander ! Le paradis!

Ein sauberes Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick. Toll der direkte Zugang zum Sandstrand. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen und garantiert einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Great stay at Artemis house

Fantastic view on the bay with direct private access to the beach. The house is very practical and confortable. The outside terrasse is wonderful directly above the beach. Nice restaurant and water sport club on the beach. We enjoyed wakeboarding almost everyday. The location of the house is great only a few km from Corfou and since is it quite central you can easily reach the different areas of the island. We strongly recommend !!

Beau jardin et belle maison avec acces direct à la mer en zone urbaine

Maison très agréable à vivre avec des beaux espaces, bien équipée, un magnifique jardin avec vue sur Corfou et sa baie et une terrasse au dessus de la mer avec un accès direct à une petite plage, idéale pour les enfants. Proche de Corfou centre en voiture (5km) en zone urbaine.

Très belle maison nichée dans les pins sur l’eau

Un séjour magnifique les pieds dans l’eau. Grande terrasse, salon extérieur fantastique , chambres confortables avec climatisation et toutes les activités nautiques sur la plage de l’hôtel d’à côté. Merci Artemis pour ces très bons moments
