Enjoy our "Happy Place At the Beach Too" in Orange Beach! This 11th floor beach front condo with beautifully updated decor and furniture is sure to be your new favorite “home away from home”. The unit has lots of room with 10ft ceilings throughout. Prepare your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances that were updated in August 2020, along with an extra small beverage cooler for additional drink or wine storage. The kitchen bar features seating for six people with an additional 6 chairs around the large dining table. The master bedroom features a California King size bed with ample walk-in closet space for any personal items that you may need. The master bathroom also has a large whirlpool tub, tile shower, and double sinks. The second bath has a shower/tub combo with one sink. You can access the balcony directly from the master bedroom, kitchen, and Living areas. The second spacious bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom consists of a bunk bed featuring a double bed lower bunk with a single upper bunk. The room also has a pull out trundle bed for additional sleeping for the kids. Sound white noise machines provided in two bedrooms for easy sleeping. The living room as queen size sleeper sofa and 50" Smart tv. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. To finish off a wonderful day at the beach you can relax on your private balcony with seating for eight and watch a magnificent sunset.

The amenities at Seachase Resort are second to none. The complex boasts four outdoor pools plus a kids pool and splash pad, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, four outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and a workout room with views of the gulf. Beach access is only steps from the pool area with gated access. Seachase in conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping of all types. One reserved covered parking spot is included with the rental, a 2nd pass may be requested. Security is on site 24 hours for your safety and entrance to property. Beach Chair Rental Service provided on the beach.

We hope to come back!

The Sea Chase is a gem in itself and staying in this unit didn't dissapoint. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The unit had a great view and convenient location. Check in and out was seemless and over all there isn't anything we would have changed.

Great place to stay

Location was perfect and had a great view. The staff onsite at the building were all very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed the condo amenities of multiple pools, fitness center and pickleball/tennis courts.

Perfect getaway!

A Perfect.Stay …

Two months of paradise with all we needed or wanted. Great home away from home! Very clean and well maintained. Hosts were always available and very helpful. The view is incredible, wonderful people all around us, on-site activities the entire facility is amazing! Will be excited to return again!

Our perfect getaway

This is our third time coming to Gulfshore/Orange Beach. This was by far the best condo we’ve ever rented. It was so convenient having Walmart and all those stores across the street from the condo so many restaurants close by to it was a peaceful and wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back we had a great Christmas.

Great Getaway

Check in process is simple and easy. Doorway is right by the elevators, which is nice, we only heard it a bit from the room. Most people were respectful and quiet. Very easy to find. Condo is very clean, all the kitchen appliances were present and in very good condition for cooking. Plenty of glasses, plates, silverware and such. The starter goods are okay, but it is the going thing with condos now, so hit the Publix across the street for paper goods and soaps. Beds were fabulous, the mattresses were very comfortable for all of us. Balcony is very nice. Seems a little smaller than the photos, but still plenty of room. Not private and you will meet your neighbors when they are on their balcony which for us, fortunately, was just fine. Decor is great. One tiny suggestion, replace the blue swivels with small recliners to make watching tv more relaxing. Parking was ample for our visit. They did give us the reserved space but it is a far walk from the open parking right out the door, we used it instead. Guard personnel were very friendly and did make it feel safer for sure. Much appreciated. Beach, yes! We did use the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. They were perfect for our needs and had a very nice time. Our granddaughter was able to swim even though the weather outdoors was not cooperating. No issues with anything not working and never called for service. Great place, clean and the beach out the door. What's not to love? Definitely recommending to friends and family!

Great place ,nice location….would have been perfect 5 if the floor didn’t turn our feet black (notice it the second day which meant the floors were never wet mopped…and the living room fan didn’t work and the master bedroom fan couldn’t be adjusted.

My family’s happy place too

This property and unit #1104C was nothing less than excellent. The only problem the TVs stations didn’t work, thinking it may have been the cable connection. Got in touch with the owners. They responded in a timely manner and tried to help but they still didn’t work. But they were apologetic and sorry of the problem. Very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The decor was Beautiful !!!!! Beautiful view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable. My family really enjoyed our stay. You will not go wrong with this unit. Thanks to the owners Michael & Jennifer Nelson.It was our happy place too. 😊👍

Great stay with a few drawbacks

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The location is wonderful with gulf shores near by, Walmart across the street, and plenty of restaurants within a 10 min drive or walk. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and we enjoyed almost every meal looking for dolphins. The condo had plenty of room and was nicely arranged. The kitchen was more than equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. The amenities here are amazing, especially for kids! The only two negatives of our trip were the beds and elevators. Both the primary bedroom and second bedroom had beds that squeaked with every move. The elevators were noisy except 10pm-5am.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect view, spacious, and clean. The ideal condo for a family of 5. We love SeaChase because of its prime location in Orange Beach, and especially love this rental! They thought of everything for you and there’s nothing to worry about while you’re here except to relax and enjoy!

Perfect location and wonderful view

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was, overall, in good condition. It may be routine in that area, but there was only one travel size bar of soap in both bathrooms, one laundry and dishwasher packet, and only one extra garbage bag. It would seem reasonable to furnish a bit more based on length of stay.

Family vacation 2024

This is our 10th year coming to this area and this is one of our favorite condos. The building itself had lots of pool options, a gym and the elevators worked quickly. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and both a Walmart and Publix as well as one of our favorites, City Donuts! The condo has a beautiful balcony and great views. We brought our 2 kids (10 & 15) as well as my mother in law and everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably! The owners are quick to answer any questions and helpful! Highly recommended

Great place for the family

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had four adults and three kids (5,2,1). The pools were great for the kids and it had great access to the beach. I mentioned to the host before we came that we would have small children, they made it a point to push all of the balcony furniture away from the edge.

Perfect location!

Loved this condo! Plenty of space for 8, photos in the listing don’t do it justice. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, spacious bedrooms, plenty of bedding for the couch bed, nice cool a/c, and Incredible balcony views! Walking distance to any and everything you could ever need as far as grocery, liquor, souvenirs, and restaurants. We loved Sea Chase and look forward to returning!

The BEST vacation spot!

There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place! The location is perfect. Walmart is right across the street, along with a souvenir and ice cream shop. The beach was not as busy as in other cities. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach and not have to fight for a good spot. (There’s also chairs you can rent on the beach). The condo was honestly better in person than in the pictures! It was so spacious and had everything we needed for the week! The rooms were perfect size and the kids slept great in the beds. The room was also located as soon as you stepped off the elevator, so that was very convenient. Check in was fast and easy. Also, a plus was having a covered place to park! It stormed 2 days we were there and I was soooo grateful for the covered parking. There were also great restaurants nearby. 100% you would not be disappointed in booking here! Thank you so much for the great stay! We will definitely be booking again!

We are Mike and Jennifer Nelson from Monroe, Louisiana. Mike is an Airline pilot and I am in Industrial Sales. We have a 13 year old daughter that loves coming to the beach. We are both graduates of LA Tech University. Mike grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast so making the decision to purchase a condo on the water was the perfect choice! He can fish and I can lounge on the beach!

We own and have owned several properties in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Seachase Resort is a favorite in the area with it resort feel and plentiful amenities.

It is beach front and easy access from shopping, restaurants, etc. Gated entrance for security and immaculate kept property. Great for families and special occasion trips.
