Situated with privacy among the trees while still being close to all the action, the 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is ideal for groups and families that want both relaxation and fun at the Lake of the Ozarks. There is so much to enjoy during every season of the year.

You will love the spacious home with high end furnishings, multiple suites, a fun bunk room for kids, a screened in dining area with gas grill, upper level deck, lower level furnished patio with a gas fire pit, an indoor wood burning fireplace, and outdoor wood burning fire pit. You'll find everything you need for a perfect family getaway to the lake.

Spend your summer days swimming, fishing, boating, and floating! You can even park your boat in the private boat slip. The huge dock includes two paddle boards, two kayaks, a swimming platform with steps into the water, dock ladder, aqua lily pad water mat, lounge chairs, beach chairs and a swing! You will also enjoy the dock fridge, ice maker, speaker system, bar table, and 75 inch TV. You will have everything you need for an amazing time at the Lake of the Ozarks!

--THE PROPERTY--
The Lake Lodge provides beautiful landscaping with privacy on the property and gorgeous lake views. The house is located toward the end of the popular Mill Creek Cove. Mill Creek Cove begins near the 3 1/2 mile marker on the Gravois Arm, is family friendly, and great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, floating, tubing, jet skiing, water skiing, and wakeboarding. You’ll be close to the most popular restaurants and bars on the lake, and a short distance to the main channel.

--THE HOME--
The 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Lake Lodge features beautiful views and a warm, open floor plan with multiple suites across 3500 square feet. You’ll enjoy modern rustic finishes and high end furnishings with a stone fireplace, knotty pine cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, heated bathroom floors, and luxury sheets. Three of the bedrooms offer attached bathrooms with showers. The queen bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom with a shower. There is a jetted tub in the master bathroom, and another half-bath near the kitchen.

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful view from the deck, patio, or dock. You can also relax on the screened-in porch or on the porch swing.

You’ll love the HUGE dock with two kayaks, two paddle board, swimming platform, built-in concrete steps and dock ladder. The dock also includes an entertainment area with a 75” TV, speaker system, refrigerator, ice maker, and bar table with eight chairs. You will also enjoy a floating swim mat, lounge chairs, beach chairs, rocking chairs, and a swing.

Park your boat in the covered slip available for your use (the slip has 30’ x 14’ of open space). You will also find cleats on the swim dock to tie off extra boats or jet skis. If it’s rainy, enjoy a movie on one of the seven flat screen TV’s or enjoy the games and puzzles provided. In the evenings, enjoy the panoramic views while dinner cooks on the Weber gas grill. Do some fishing off the dock, watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the screened-in porch, or make s’mores while sitting around the wood burning fire pit.

--THE LAYOUT--
The first level of the Lake Lodge features an open kitchen and living space with a stone fireplace. On one side of the first level you’ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and a large master ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and a jetted tub. On the other side of the first level is a queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with four twin bunk beds, an additional pull-out twin trundle bed, smart TV, and pack and play available. There is a large bathroom adjacent to the queen bedroom and bunk bed room with a walk-in shower. You will also find a half-bath located on the first level, as well as deck access with a Weber gas grill and screened in patio with dining table.

Head down the open staircase to the lower level where you’ll find two additional suites, an oversized family room with a pool table, kitchenette, game table, and TV area. On one side of the lower level is a large bedroom with two queen beds, smart TV, and an attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the other side of the lower level you’ll find a king bedroom with smart TV, and attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This bathroom is also directly accessible from the outdoor patio area.

--THE LOCATION--
Lake Lodge Mill Creek Cove at Lake of the Ozarks is in the perfect location, at the 4.5MM of the Gravois Arm. Mill Creek Cove is conveniently located away from the rough water of the main channel, but a short boat ride from all of the action. This home is located at the end of Mill Creek Cove, offering peacefulness and a family-friendly area. The wide cove is the perfect place for fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, tubing, water skiing, and wakeboarding. It is a no-wake area for boats over 40’.

Lake Burger is right in Mill Creek Cove and is a great spot for live music, a burger, and a beer. Tap and Grill is also a short drive via car or boat. The nearby Coconuts offers pool areas for kids and adults, or enjoy the “pirate life” at Jolly Rogers Grub & Grog. The main channel is also just a few miles away by boat.

There is boat slip space available at the dock with 30’ x 14’ of open space for your boat or you can rent a boat or jet skis. Fill up with gas at the nearby Lake Burger, Mermaid Cove, or The Gas Hole.

--OTHER CONSIDERATIONS--
-You will find high speed fiber WiFi throughout the house and extending to the dock.
-We offer a fully furnished kitchen including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee brewer, Keurig, crockpot, blender, and basic pantry items.
-We provide bed linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, and laundry detergent.
-A pack and play is provided.
-We offer two kayaks, two paddle boards, a floating lily pad water mat, floating noodles, fishing poles, some life jackets, firewood, roasting sticks and smores. Please plan to bring size-specific life jackets, beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, and fishing lures. (worms work great!)
-The road gets steep and turns into gravel just before arriving at the Lake Lodge.
-There is parking space for 4-6 vehicles. You will find space to park at the top of the driveway, with stairs down to the house. There are also two parking spaces at the bottom of a VERY steep driveway, which should only be used for trucks and SUV’s. If conditions are slippery or snow/ice is forecasted, avoid the driveway and park at the top of the stairs.
- Boats should be put in the water before you arrive at the house. If you are coming from the north or the west, the closest public ramp is the Gravois Mills Public Boat Access. If you are coming from the east or south, the closest public ramp is the Shawnee Bend Boat Ramp. You can find both of these on Google Maps.
-Depending on the number of cars, most boat trailers will fit at the top of the driveway. The best spot is at the top of the stairs, parallel to the concrete retaining wall. We suggest getting it close with your vehicle, and then unhooking it and moving it around by hand from there.
-There is a short but steep path from the back of the house to the dock that includes stairs.
-Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front of the house and facing the dock. They do not look into any interior spaces.
