This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with swimming pool is located in a quiet and natural environment with a wonderful view of the islands and the sea. Swimming pool is heated. Pool is heated in the pre / post season. We also have an outdoor grill. Parking is on the property right next to the house.
The modern villa was built in 2014 in Duce Rogac, Dalmatia and is ideal for longer and relaxing stays. DuceRogac is centrally located in Dalmatia and is therefore a very good starting point to get to know this region. A visit to the nearest town of Omis, which is only 2.5 km away, offers additional content and entertainment for all ages. Visit the pirate fortress in Omis, treat yourself to a rafting adventure on the Cetina River, hike in breathtaking surroundings, take advantage of the climbing opportunities, go diving, fish your dinner or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches which grace the coast from Omis to Duce Rogac.
We recommend a day tour to Split, the largest city in Dalmatia and at the same time a cultural metropolis with a wonderful old town, or Makarska with the most beautiful beaches in Croatia and a breathtaking mountain landscape.

Just Wonderful!

What a beautiful villa with spectacular views! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept and we even made friends with a tortoise who readies in the garden. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and seating and the pool was very much needed during a heatwave. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this villas to anyone wishing to stay in the Omiš area, lots to do and see and the nearby beach was beautiful with lots of beach bars and some good restaurants - shokoo bar is a must for views and food! We would defiantly return to this villa!

Fabulous place, hosts and location

A beautiful property in Omis - the views are incredible, the stylish villa is beautifully presented and furnished. The pool area is stunning. Mario and Branka couldn't be more helpful and as owners it shows how much they care - they are great super hosts and always responsible. Highly recommend. Lovely property in a very nice area

A really nice property with lots of space for 4 adults and 4 children. It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. The local restaurants were pleasant enough but not destinations of themselves.

A welcome break for two big families (total 4 adults 7 children)

The property is beautifully kept and equipped. The rooms are spacious and there are well maintained gardens and a lovely pool. The road up is short and steep (worth bearing in mind for those with mobility issues).However this means a secluded and elevated position with open country behind, wonderful views over the sea to the front and a welcome cooling breeze. Highly recommended for all.

Villa Parsella 25/5 - 1/6/19

The villa is very spacious and luxurious with ample car parking space. It is situated on the hillside, close to the town of Omis. Mario and Branka could not have been more helpful during our stay. Any problems with the villa were dealt with that day. They even helped with getting tickets to see a football game between Omis and the Croatian national team. I have not encountered such helpful owners previously. W e would highly recommend staying in this lovely holiday home.

Loved our stay at Villa Parsella

We loved our stay. The owners are very welcoming and amenable. The villa is about an hour south of Split. The road gets busy. Make sure you get directions, the house is slightly tricky to find once you’re in Duce. When you get there it lives up to the lovely photos, it’s smart, clean, modern. We were two families, both with 5 people and there was plenty room. The location on a steep hill gives a simply fantastic panoramic view of the sea. There is a small but good supermarket, bakery, post box, ATM, great cafe/bar (Mr Gigolo) and beach (suitable for children, no stone shoes needed, great swimming areas) two minutes walk down the hill from the house. There is a path from the behind the house, up through the hillside terraces to the old village from which there are a bunch of walking trails including one to top of the mountain to a church. A challenging 6km walk with 300m ascent, but well worth it for the views and sense of achievement. Ask the owners if you want directions. One Km south of the villa along the beach is a great beach bar/cafe called Shooka, on a jetty out into the sea. One further Km is a big supermarket. Omis town is 3km down the road (from the villa) or along the beach. The zip line and white water rafting, run out of Omis, were both great fun, professional, slick, exciting but suitable for both adults and younger teens. Ask the owners for their recommended providers, who were very good. The bus service between Duce village (where the villa is) and Omis, is cheap and efficient.

Tolle Villa mit hervorragendem Blick aufs Meer

Super Ausblick aufs Meer, gute Ausstattung der Villa, etwas kleiner Pool, kurze sehr steile Strecke zum Meer, schöne Badebuchten mit Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Achtung Allergiker: 2Katzen gehören zur Villa, die zwar draußen bleiben sollen, aber täglich gefüttert werden müssen und sich sehr breit machen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Haus

Der Urlaub war durch und durch ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis. Die beiden Gastgeber - Branka und Mario - beantworteten vor Urlaubsantritt all unsere Fragen und erwarteten uns bei Ankunft, um uns Haus, Garten und Pool zu zeigen. Die beiden betreiben auch die Bar/das Restaurant Mr. Gigollo, bei dem wir ebenfalls gerne zu Gast waren und gut speisten. Dem Haus geht nichts ab: schöne große stilvoll eingerichtete Räume, zahlreiche Badezimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit riesen Fernseher mit Netflix und anderen Streaming-Angeboten. Voll klimatisiert. Große Küche mit riesen Kühlschrank. Pool war mehr als ausreichend groß für fünf Kinder, der Grillplatz reichte locker, um für insgesamt 10 Leute unserer Famile zu grillen. Der Strand ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, für die Kinder war die riesige Wasserhüfburg ein Magnet. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wirklich super. Branka war immer erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten, Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Für uns eine positive Überraschung waren die zwei Katzen und ein paar Schildkröten, die am Grundstück leben und sich immer wieder einmal blicken lassen haben. Die Lage zwischen Omiš und Split ist auch sehr praktisch, beide Städte sind mit dem Auto oder dem Bus (hält unten an der Straße) schnell erreichbar. Die Straße, die zum Haus hinauf führt, ist relativ steil, aber hat uns keine Probleme mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß bereitet. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Haus, sowie sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

We've had wonderful holidays here. Very nice villa and the owner responded immediately on all issues (repair of the air conditioner, garbage removal, etc. Close to the see (300 m). We highly recommend this villa to everyone

Eine wunderbare Villa

Die Villa liegt erhöht mit einem nicht zu übertreffenden Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Besitzer waren immer zu erreichen auch bei unserer durch mehrere Staus verursachten späten Ankunft. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen.

Fantastisk feriehus

Vi var to familier, 8 stk til sammen som leide huset en uke. Fantastisk fint hus med alle fasiliteter. Veldig hyggelige verter som tok imot oss den dagen vi kom. De var lett å få tak i og de gav oss den informasjonen vi behøvde for et fint opphold. Huset ligger veldig fint til og det er gode bussforbindelser både til Omis og Split. Det er også enkelt å gå inn til Omis sentrum. Litt bratt bakke ned til stranden men vi tok det som dagens trening. Vi hadde leiebil hele uka som vi parkerte i egen garasje som hører til huset. Kjempefint hus som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Beautiful home, wonderful setting

We enjoyed our week very much — the house has amazing views and a cool modern feel. Was a great size for four couples. Be warned that the walk up from the road is very very steep. (Although that’s how you get those beautiful views.) On the outskirts of Omis, 10 min drive to the town proper.

Superhuset

För vår familj med barn och barnbarn ,10 vuxna fungerade huset helt perfekt . Vi var där en vecka och hyrde båt med kapten en dag samt Rafting en dag , aktivt och kul för hela familjen (16år till 73) Omi`s var fin stad med många bra ställen att äta på Vägen upp till Huset har 22 gr lutning vilket man bör beakta . Värdparet Branka och Mario var supertrevliga och bra Värdparet Branka och Mario

Absolutely Amazing!!

We loved Villa Parsella! Our family booked it for the month of July and we didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. The house is beautiful and Mario and Branka go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The photos don’t do the views justice, they are magnificent! We didn’t rent a car. The beach is at the bottom of the road and it is a sandy beach. There is also a small market, bakery, fruit stands, multiple restaurants but our favorite was Mr Gigillo’s which is right on the beach. The bus stop is also located at the bottom of the street and for $1.68 US or 11 kuna you can ride it to Omis. You can also ride it the other direction to Split. The house is in a great location. It met all our expections and we hope to go back soon!

En fantastisk villa, lika härlig som väntat

Vi bodde en vecka i detta härliga hus en liten bit från Omis. Härliga spatiösa allmänutrymmen, ett välutrustat kök med allt man behöver och fräscha sovrum. Fantastikt läge med en vidunderlig utsikt. Vi trivdes jättebra och återvänder gärna till detta hus. Om man tröttnade på poolen var det enkelt att gå ner för backen och bada i havet i stället. Det var nära till en liten livsmedelsbutik vilket var praktiskt. En större livsmedelsbutik fanns ett par minuter bort med bil. I Omis dit man tog sig snabbt med bil fanns det gott om restauranger och små butiker. Där kunde man även tex boka river rafting vilket vi gjorde, även det mycket uppskattat. Kontakten med fastihetsägarna fungerade mycket bra. Vi åker gärna till Kroatien igen.
