Private log Cabin rental 1 hour west of Edmonton
2 bedroom. One private room with door and the other is a loft. 2 queen beds, wood fired hot tub, woodstove, swimming pond, kayaks, canoe. Outdoor fire pit with games, walking trails and open year round. Ice skating, snow shoeing, pond hockey in the winters.

One of a kind escape, perfect for romantic getaways or bringing the whole family.

Kitchen comes with all cookware, just bring drinks and food/condiments, Also has a barbecue for use.

Sleeps 4, will allow more at $50 per person per night.

Pet friendly $25 per stay, per dog. They MUST stay off the furniture and clean up after them. Mandatory fee, no exceptions.

Check-in is at 3pm, check out is 11am

What an amazing place to get away!

Chris was super friendly and very communicative throughout our stay. The cabin was warm when we got there and he stocked up the hot tub every day. What an amazing place to get away from TV and internet for a few days. The kids loved it!

Weekend getaway

This cabin in the woods was exactly what we needed. It was peaceful and relaxing. We loved skating until our heart’s content then warmed up in the hot tub. The cabin was perfect especially with the wood burning fireplace. Chris was an amazing host!

Soul Filling

My wife and I came out to visit this amazing little cabin based on a friends' recommendation, and it did not disappoint. It's one of those places where you can comfortably sit back and watch the world go by next to the warmth of the fire place. Chris was more than accommodating and was incredibly helpful during our stay. We will definitely go back.

Amazing Christmas Getaway

My partner and I booked this property for four days over the holidays and we had a very relaxing time. Chris had put up a Christmas tree and garland with lights inside the cabin to make it festive. We skated on the pond, cooked on the BBQ and hung out in the hot tub for hours watching the stars. Chris was very accommodating as always. We will be back!

Perfect relaxing cozy getaway

My friends and I had the best time at this cozy cabin. We loved the wood burning hot tub! It was the perfect little escape from reality for the weekend. Check in was easy and Chris was super helpful when we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

Alberta bound from BC

We loved our trip to Alberta visiting family and by far loved our short stay at Chris's cabin. Hospitality was awesome and even though we didnt stay long, we fell in love with the peaceful surroundings. Japanese hot tub and the rustic tub was perfect. As we await our ferry trip back to the Island, I've already booked for next month.

Little slice of paradise

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, beautiful private place with lots of wildlife , morning coffee in the hot tub, was my favourite ! Really enjoyed our stay, our trip got cut short and had to leave early , but we will definitely be back !!! Really really beautiful property! Well worth it .

Relaxing Cabin Weekend

Chris was a fantastic host. My boyfriend had to cancel last minute so I went by myself and Chris made sure I had everything I needed and even offered to grab things for me from town if I had forgotten anything. He had the fireplace and hot tub going on my arrival and started the hot tub for me every morning. All the wood was already chopped so all I had to do was kick back and relax. The kitchen had everything I needed, the hot water tank had lots of hot water and the bed was comfy. I have already booked again for October.

Wish we could give 10 stars!! We all had such a great week there from hockey, hot tub, riding trails and roasting s’mores on the fire. Wildlife is beautiful there, so much to see. Chris was amazing to deal with and was there if we needed anything, even to pull us out when we got stuck leaving. With two teenage boys and no wifi we all had an amazing time. We can’t wait to visit again.

Cabin in the Woods

Exactly what we were looking for in a quiet get-away. Big property with lots of wildlife activity and a quiet location. Chris was a great host, communication responses were immediate, and he greeted us upon arrival to give us all the information we needed. If he says he has everything you need at the cabin, he means it. Thanks to Chris for the wine also, it was great.

Beautiful Property

The property is in a beautiful prairie setting with plenty of trails to explore. The wood-fired hot tub is amazing and the cabin itself is very comfortable, particularly when the wood stove is blazing! Chris was a very friendly and attentive host.

Cozy cabin

My boyfriend and I had the best weekend here. It was so nice to unplug and the set up made it so easy to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin was so cozy and the sound of the wood crackling in the cab and hot tub for my favourite part. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I snuck away for our 10 year anniversary! The location was great and felt very private, beautiful paths around for nature walks. The wood hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed, and weather was nice enough for a kayak around the trout pond! Chris greeted us each day, was very friendly and had many stories to share, he was always close by if we needed anything. The cabin was well stocked with all we needed.

Absolutely incredible

This was the perfect getaway. Chris is a very attentive host and I loved the quiet privacy of the property. There is so much to do whether it’s swimming, exploring, soaking in the hub tub or just taking in the scenery! I can’t wait to come back!
