Villa Eboracum is a recently renovated property located in a commanding position within the Monte Pego urbanisation, a mountainside development of luxury villas just ten minutes by car from the seaside town and regional gourmet capital of Denia. The villa enjoys stunning views across the mountains, sea and the Marjal Wetlands natural park. The sunsets have to be seen to be believed!

The AP7 motorway is just a few minutes drive away making the journey time to both Alicante and Valencia International Airports just an hour and ten minutes.

We are happy to provide an extra daily/midweek/weekly cleaning service should you require it at an extra cost.

Villa Eboracum serves as a fantastic base for exploring the Marina Alta region. Some of the jewels of the Costa Blanca including Javea, Moraira and Denia are just a short drive away, offering visitors an array of attractions and activities.

Beautiful!

Great few because it’s high on a mountain. Not that far from the beach. You can see the sea from the pooldeck. Beautiful house with everything you need. Comfortabel beds. The host Greg is really helpfull.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Die Villa ist top geflegt, der Pool und der Ausblick ein Traum. Betreut wurden wir von Greg der jeder Zeit erreichbar war und unsere Fragen immer freundlich beantwortet hat. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Great Villa with great Hosts and owners

We had a superb stay at the Villa! During booking Agata was very helpful and fast with her responds, thanks for this. The Villa as such has a beautifil view to the sea, is located in a quiet area of Monte Pego. The house is fully equipped, AC works fine. All is very clean and modern and spacious. Evenings on the terrace sitting next to the pool will give us remarkable memories. Last but not least there is Greg and Thomas who served us so well like we never expirienced before! If it was an extra bed linen, extra umbrella, small damage or restaurant tipps :-) Would like to come back!!!

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt und mehr. Die beiden Verwalter Greg und Thomas waren toll. Der Pool ist sehr schön, der Ausblick hervorragend. Einzig die Betten sind ein bisschen hart aber auch hier haben Greg und Thomas sofort mit einem Topper ausgeholfen - wunderbar.

Super séjour et super accueil !

Avons adoré cette semaine en famille à Monte Pego. Merci à Greg pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa réactivité, ses petites attentions à l’arrivée. Maison très propre, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. Just book it!

Just come back from a lovely stay at Agata's amazing villa in Monte Pego. We were met by the lovely Greg and Thomas, who look after the property for Agata. They were both so welcoming and were contactable throughout our stay. The villa itself was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was so good, perfect. The newly floored patio was big enough for all of us to enjoy the sun and the villa was lovely and air con cool during a heatwave. Please book this villa with confidence, you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it is, we will definitly be back! Our thanks to Agata, Thomas and Greg

Fantastic Villa

The villa was very clean when we arrived with a lovely basket of goodies for us to enjoy. This property has every you could want and more. Greg and Thomas were very attentive and helpful and responded very quickly when we had any queries. We could not have asked for anything more. We highly recommend this villa.

EXCEPTIONNEL et tout parfait

Des vacances de 15 jours tout simplement exceptionnels dans cette magnifique villa. Un goût de trop peu tellement c’était fantastique ! La maison est confortable, fonctionnelle et bien agencée, excellemment bien équipée (comme dans un hôtel), avec des prestations haut de gamme, une belle décoration chaleureuse. Tout est neuf et parfaitement bien entretenu. Les espaces de vie sont conviviaux, la vue est absolument splendide. Le quartier est très calme, pas de vis à vis. Merci Greg et Tom pour l’accueil, les cadeaux à l’arrivée, l’extrême politesse et la discrétion, et les petits soins pour nous chouhouter tout au long du séjour. Nous avions l’impression d’avoir un guide privé pour nous aider et nous faire découvrir les environs. Merci Agata pour votre confiance, votre réactivité, et votre compréhension. Si nous pouvions prolonger notre séjour, nous le ferions sans hésiter une seule seconde !!

Denia villa

Charming, well appointed villa with swimming pool, situated twenty minutes from the lovely seaside town of Denia and 1hr 10 from Valencia airport. The villa was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Our host was extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this little gem.

Extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained villa, supported by kind, thoughtful people

What an amazing find! The villa is bright & open. Very well maintained & looked after. Loved the high ceilings & the incredible view. Peaceful nature sounds, easy access to beautiful beaches, towns & several shops. The tumble dryer & heated towel rails are luxurious for Spain, especially as the weather becomes cooler. I absolutely loved my stay. Wish it could’ve been longer. ❤️

Unas vacaciones de 10.

Elegimos esta casa con piscina en Monte Pego, buscando sol y relax para 2 semanas de vacaciones y la opción no podía haber sido mejor. Desde el contacto con el anfitrión, la ubicación, las características de la vivienda... La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos y el día de llegada nos regalaron una cesta de bienvenida que fue muy de agradecer. Sin duda, una gran opción vacacional.

Experiencia fantástica

Hemos pasado dos semanas en familia (tres personas). La casa es muy bonita, está muy cuidada, con muchos detalles, y estaba muy limpia, con electrodomésticos de muy buena calidad. Tiene muy buenas vistas al mar y la montaña. La casa es muy tranquila, sin ruidos de vecinos ni de coches. Greg y Thomas fueron muy atentos en todo momento, resolviendo cualquier duda con rapidez y eficacia. Por ejemplo, el lavaplatos nos daba algunos pequeños problemas y a los dos días nos pusieron un lavaplatos nuevo!!! Ha sido una experiencia fantástica y seguro que volveremos!! Muchas gracias por todo, Greg y Thomas.

Séjour très agréable au calme.

Très bon accueil de Greg et Thomas qui sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Maison ituée dans une impasse, très propre avec 3 chambres, dont 1 suite parentale avec salles de bain / WC et une salle de douche / WC pour les 2 autres chambres. La maison dispose d'une climatisation, du WiFi et d'une cuisine toute équipée. Piscine agréable avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Il est impératif de disposer d'un véhicule car les plages, les restaurants et les magasins sont à 15/20mn de route mais facile d'accès.
