Paradise in Maui - the Maui Kamaole Resort!

We offer affordable luxury in Kihei, Maui's premier condominium resort Maui Kamaole. This is a new, designer decorated, garden view condominium, completely furnished. The complex is low rise, and we are on the ground floor (garden and private lanai).

The Maui Kamaole Resort complex has two swimming pools (we are located steps from the tropical swimming pool and waterfall, jacuzzi, and barbeque facilities). The complex is located across the street from Kamaole Beach III, where you can enjoy miles of beautiful beaches, excellent swimming, snorkeling, strolling, watching the sunset, and whale watching in season; for the younger set, a large park is part of the beach for playing and running. We are located close to restaurants, the cinema, shopping at Wailea, and minutes from golfing at Wailea and Makena. We offer complimentary wifi.

Try our wonderful condominium for a week or more for a peaceful, serene and relaxing vacation. We are confident you will return time and again.

Needs updating but clean

Unit was fairly clean but could use updating throughout. A bit of a trek down to the beach, super close to tropical pool which is great for kids.

Two weeks in paradise!

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo had everything we needed & was close to the lovely tropical pool & hot tub.

Paradise on Maui

This is a great place to stay in S Kihei! Close to everything (shops, beaches, restaurants all within 5 minutes) and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Comfortable stay

We had a very nice stay at the property. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Instructions for checkin and checkout were clear.

Great condo for families

Condo was comfortable, bright and well supplied. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are supplied. Kitchen has all the necessary gadgets. Beds are comfy, air conditioning works well and the whole place is clean. My favorite part was the garden patio. My only recommendation would be to get black out curtains in the master bedroom as the sun brightens that room way too early.

Great home base in Maui

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was sparkling clean. As other reviews mentioned the photos do not do the property justice. The pool and hot tub area are a gorgeous tropical oasis and a perfect place to relax. Very close to wonderful beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

This condo is close to three beaches and numerous restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful and peaceful back patio. Easy driving to anywhere on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

We had great snorkeling just down at our beach. The pool was beautiful. Close to so many shops and restaurants. Best time ever.

Nice stay in Kihei

We enjoyed our time the end of December. The condo is large and comfortable. It is clean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is an older condo but well taken care of. It’s not fancy but for us when we go to Maui, we don’t spend much time in the condo. It was sufficient for us. Hope to go back someday soon!

Maui Christmas

The accommodations were ideal for our Christmas stay. Everything was true to the post on the VRBO site. The temperature on Maui was 90 degrees warmer than our home temperature! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Getaway with family

Great accommodation for the price. Great privacy with a private space for outdoor dining. Excellent amenity pool nearby. Great kitchen if you want to cook at home. The space is better than what the photos show. The only negative was that the master bed slumped and was not very comfortable.

Quiet stay for a family in kihei

Nice 2 bedroom main level unit in a 4plex high up in a large complex near kamaole beach iii in kihei. 5 minute walk to the street. Great common upper pool area. Quiet non ocean view lanai.

Beautiful resort

The location is good, great walking trails through the property to the beach. A little far and steep for elderly to walk to the beach. Unit curtains and lamps are dirty. Amenities ok-not plentiful as in some units. Beds uncomfortable. Ran out of TP, dishwashing pellets, etc. OK deal for the price.

Get what you pay for !!!

Pros: nice location, garden zen area, everything works, chairs coolers available, good price. Cons; couple roaches , shower drains slow, noise from above floor can be heard , foot steps chairs dragging and closet doors sliding. Just as honest as possible.

Cleanliness Lacking

The condo is outdated but I didn't have a problem with that when I booked it. The condo was dirty when we arrived. Stains on the lamp shades, walls and curtains, stained carpet, mismatched old sheets, mattress' are at least 20 years old, couch had wood underneath the cushions with food and garbage that needs to be cleaned up. Location is great but I won't book this condo again.

Thanks Joyce, we enjoyed our stay in your condo.The complex is very nice, well maintained with beautiful gardens, it is located near Kamaole 3 beach, the boat launch, and Wailea.The positives of this unit are; it is a ground floor unit, it’s spacious, located close to the nicer swimming pool in the complex and the unit’s assigned parking space and the bbq area(weber bbq). The unit ensuite has two separate vanity with sinks, appreciated the safe, and laundry. The layout of the unit; a long front entry, with laundry closet, main bedroom with full ensuite, a den with pocket doors(no window or closet), main three piece bathroom (shower no tub) and open concept kitchen, dining area and living room which has sliding glass to a private patio. Very good layout and spacious.The unit was outfitted with beach chairs, beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Lots of dishes, cups, and glasses. Pans and pots were tired, needing replacing. We were required to have plastic dishwate at the pool, not enough was provided - the security guard was good enough to give us some. So could use more pool friendly dishes.The negative of this unit- I understand the complex was constructed in 2000, and it appears the unit has not been updated since then. The cleaners need to do a deeper thorough clean, dusty fans, curtain rods, and shelves. Tub surround is moldy. We booked for a month and assumed we would have enough supplies to care for the maintenance for the month- inclu

Nice place for the money

This is a nice, albeit dated, condo. It is just as advertised, and to be honest the photos do not do it justice. For us as a couple, it was actually larger than what we needed, but it was nice having the second bedroom for additional storage, allowing us to get our suitcases out of the master. Other reviews have noted a few minor issues -- the place could use a refresh, particularly the curtains in the bedroom -- but you know when you're booking at this price that you're not getting the Taj Mahal. While Kam 3 Beach is technically across the street from the property, this unit is high and deep into the development, so the walk down to the beach is longer than you may picture, but still very doable. The property is also on the south end of Kihei, so a fairly lengthy walk to The Triangle. All in all, a fine place for the money. Would recommend.

Most relaxing week

I was in Maui for a friend's wedding and Joyce's place was perfect in location between going to Lahaina, Wailea and Pa'ia. We really appreciated the beach supplies provided, especially the Tommy Bahama chairs (game changer!) and the umbrella for our beach days. Access to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores was also ideal. Would love to come back and stay here again.

The condo was accurately listed. It was a great location.

Condo was easy to rent, accurately described, and had all bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. that we needed. The little lock box beside the door was not stable so we just kept the master key inside the condo until we left, no problem.
