The place was clean, well prepped for stay with all daily linens. The only downfall was the wireless and tvs working. Would stay there again.

Great Property - Great Location

Property was great. It’s extremely close to the beach and within walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants there. I can’t wait to book this property again in the near future :)

Loved Unit, Would Rent Again

This was a great place in a great location. Layout was perfect with nice spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t care for was the shower in the master bathroom, it was a small standalone shower but besides that everything else was great! The host had GREAT communication!!

Family vacation

Very clean, convenient access to the beach. The owners are friendly and nice and responded very quickly. Just the prefect get away place with little kids, the pool came in handy.

Perfect for our family

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and met all of our needs. Host was very responsive to help trouble an Internet issue and resolved it quickly. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Bike week 2023

We have stayed in this property several times. The most recent was July 2023 and have always been very pleased. The kitchen remodel is amazing! Trace has always been very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Very nice area . The townhouse could use some updating . The property manager really needs to find a new cleaning company ! Wasnt very clean! Overall it was not a bad place we had a good time and the location was very good !

Family Vacation

The location was great! House keeping needs to do a better job. I would be upset if someone let my house look dirty in some areas as the house was. Some things need to be updated in the house. There wasn’t anything that kept us from having a good time.

Good spot for medium sized family

We normally stay right on the beach, but with our growing family, that was no longer an affordable option. This spot offered all of the conveniences of being near the beach without the higher cost. It’s just across the street from the oceanfront places, and is close to a crosswalk and public beach entrance. Lots of stairs, so this wouldn’t be a good option for people with mobility issues. There’s a pool you share with just 3 other units. Everything in and around the house seemed like it was in decent shape for a well-used beach house.

We arrived to a dirty fridge, closet full of musty linens, and multiple lights needing replacements (including exterior dark hallway). As a family, it was gross and unsafe. The owners “solution” was to send a cleaning crew without notice and then advise after the fact. Poor follow up from owner and zero accommodations. Nice location but would not recommend if you like a clean space (especially with small children).

Surfeside 2024

Loves this beach. Big wide beach. Loved this property. Newly updated. Has a lot of dishes glasses and cookware. Made cooking easier. Plenty of seating. Provided linens. Provided some soaps hand soaps and soap for laundry and dishes. Some toilet paper. Garbage bags and paper towels. The vacuum sounds like it’s a rocket ship going to take off. But we used the broom and dust pan to sweep up the floor. Quiet despite being next to four other condos. Kids loved the pool. Easy short beach access. Literally across the street. 30 second walk. 0.7 miles to surfeside pier which is brand new. Has an ice cream shop plus 5 other resturaunts all within walking distance. Garden city pier is a bit farther at 1.5 miles. Has some small places to eat and one surf shop. We were 0.5 miles from shoreline water sports. We did parasailing out of there. So much fun. Uber was about a $25 ride to Myrtle beach. We went to Myrtle and barefoot landing several times. Lots of stuff to do there. Speed boat ride, top golf, escape rooms and tons of shopping. WiFi was out when we arrived Saturday. Had to wait til Monday to have it fixed by spectrum. But trace the owner was quick to respond with issues. Also second floor toilet needed fixed. Which was taken care of Monday. Freezer isn’t real cold. All in all I loved this place. Had a great time and would highly recommend.

Location is perfect, however the house had to many issues

The location of the townhouse was perfect! The house however was not cleaned very well. There was food left at the bottom of the trash can which with the nasty smell in the dishwasher when we arrived was not appealing. The comforters on the beds were dirty and had to be washed immediately. The carpet smelled musty and needs to be replaced, the toaster didn't work, one of the eyes on the stove didn't work and there were only 5 forks available for 9 of us. While the property manager addressed the A/C going out on the upper floor immediately, the remaining issues when we informed them of were met with a sorry and we plan on repair/replacing at the end of the season. There were to many issues to ignore and made our stay at some points very inconvenient. When I addressed this, I was told that we would be offered a discount for next year should we choose to stay at this location again and sorry for the inconvenience. I can honestly say even with a discount there would be no way we could stay here again with the lack of care towards the house. I have rented a lot of homes through HomeAway and this has unfortunately been the first time I'm having to leave a bad review.
