Sito n. 1612 Snapper Lane - Splendidamente decorato con il tema di 'Margaritaville'. È molto colorato, ti fa sorridere solo essere lì. La casa è di proprietà privata e ben tenuta.

Cucina / sala da pranzo: completamente attrezzata. Frigorifero extra large con macchina del ghiaccio, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, microonde, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Tutti gli utensili, pentole. vengono forniti piatti ecc. Bar per la colazione che si trova 2 e un tavolo da pranzo per 4. Il ponte al piano superiore comprende un tavolo per 4, ombrellone e 2 sedie extra. Abbiamo aggiunto sedie per sdraio, un tavolo per 4 con ombrellone e anche un tavolo da picnic sotto.

Letti / bagno: posti letto da 4 a 6 persone. Due camere da letto con letti queen-size con armadi giganti. 2 bagni completi. Un divano letto queen size. TV in ogni stanza.

Lovely home!

This house was just perfect! Super clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The golf cart was a nice bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say how happy we were with everything! The place was gorgeous, beyond clean, well stocked and well located. Mrs. Johnson was great to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be back!

Excellent and very clean rental!

We were in town for the 2024 Spring Bike Rally and absolutely loved this rental. The Johnson’s Margaritaville comes equipped with all the comforts of home and then some! Very, very clean rental! Thank you again for being such a wonderful host!

We stayed in this house J...

We stayed in this house July 2009 and loved it! Absolutely beautiful and fit our needs to a tee. Family-friendly and we felt that it was a home away fro home. We are planning to go back again in Summer 2010 and hope to make this our annual stay :)

Amazing!!

We had an amazing time at the sunshine house! It had everything we could of possibly needed in our home away from home! It was clean the beds were comfortable rhonda was fantastic at communicating with us for the check in process and if we had any questions she was always so quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will be back again 😊

Great house for family vacation

We booked this house last second for a getaway for New Years. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved the fact that the owners had a weather cover over the golf cart so even on cold nights we could still ride our toddler around. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

It was great and CLEAN!

We had a great time! The house was so cheery! I’d say it was the perfect beach house! The kitchen had just about everything we needed, even though we brought our own things! I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Rhonda!

House of Sunshine is wonderful

This is by far the nicest house we have stayed at in Ocean Lakes in 10 years of renting here. it's clean and nicely decorated. When looking at the pictures, don't worry about the bold color choices, it all works, The owner is responsive which was refreshing, some homes I inquired about I never heard back from. The owner made the reservation easy and seamless. We will be back again!

EXCELLENT STAY JAN./FEB. 2023

Just got back from a 2 month stay at the "Sunshine House". Everything was perfect from check in / communication with Rhonda to leaving yesterday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the beach / golf cart worked perfectly getting around the park and going to the beach which was just a few minute ride away. Thank you Rhonda for a great winter experience at your house. Andy & Roxy

The place was amazing. The decor is Margarita-ville themed, so appropriate with the beach a short golf cart ride away. She has every kitchen utensil that you may ever need to cook for yourselves, when nit dining at one of the areas fabulous resteraunts. The place is absolutely adorable with lots of space inside and out too relax and enjoy the weather and bbq. Our family loved it and hope to be back when the weather is warmer. This place seems like it would be more amazing at peak season. Thanks Again Rhonda

SUPERB!!!

Rhonda this was better then i could have imagined! The pictures do not do this beautiful house justice! It was so romantic and homey and incrediably relaxing. It was spotless from begining to end and my husband and i can't thank you enough for being so welcoming. We will absolutely be back, we made memories that will last a lifetime!! You're the best. The margaritaville theme was icing on the cake!!! I have already referred many friends. Once again absolutely breathtaking! Have a lovely day. Robin and Ed

Best vacation ever!!!

When we first arrived at the rental property we were immediately thrilled to see where we were spending our vacation. The house was spotless and beautiful. Me, my wife, my daughter, son in law and grand baby all agreed this was the best vacation we have ever experienced. The golf cart made access to the beach, stores and recreation center a pleasure. It was fun just to cruise around Ocean lakes and look at all the beautiful houses. I got so much I could write about, but would not have enough characters to finish so I will sum it up by writing the following. The listing description and photos are accurate, but when you see the property in person, it is even better than you can imagine. The owner answered all questions and concerns promptly and friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a perfect vacation. We would love to come back next year, maybe in June.
