Welcome to luxury waterfront living where Spokane River and Lake Coeur d'Alene meet! Located on the waterfront of the Riverstone Development, our condo provides urban living but yet surrounded by nature.

This contemporary style condo sleeps two. Step outside for a walk on the 24-mile paved North Idaho Centennial Trail or ride our bikes 1 mile to City Beach and 2 miles to downtown by car. Or perhaps a stroll to the Riverstone District which has multi-theaters, shops, restaurants, or Starbucks is your mood. Don't want to leave the building? Then head downstairs to two restaurants serving delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner with river view dining!

A river-front condo equipped with a king-size platform bed, fully stocked kitchen, patio tables and chairs, propane grill, and a laundry room. Bathroom sink separate from luxurious walk-in shower. Hair dryer, iron/board, toiletries provided, well-equipped amenities throughout. Solar roller shades in living area for additional privacy, 55" Smart TV with lots of channels, reclining oversized loveseat and dedicated parking space in a secured garage. All the comforts of home and more! And we have high-speed wireless connection!

A Pleasant Respite

My wife and I are homebodies. We love going home...and being at home. But from time to time, we indulge in some "away time". This condo was perfect. Waking up early...and watching the fog slowly burn off the clear river while ducks and geese landed in water...and eagles perching in nearby trees...was the ticket to relaxing in an overly electronic world. The condo's interior design was a pleasant mix of industrial and natural elements. The hosts have designed with the sense of providing guests comfort. We very much enjoyed staying here...and would again.

This turned out to be the perfect place to say - everything I'd hoped for a work-cation. Clean, beautiful, wonderful view, great kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, parking right next to the elevator. But, what was most important was the feeling of being there - it was just lovely

Thanksgiving get-away

Perfect location to enjoy everything Coeur d’Alene has to offer. The view was beautiful from the condo windows and deck. Place was very clean and communication with owners was fantastic!

Family visit

We needed a central location for a family visit and this was the perfect neutral location. The kitchen was complete if we wanted to eat in and even bake. We ate at Le Peep downstairs and it was fantastic. The mattress and sheets….divine. Reclining couch and fireplace so relaxing and the view…you can’t get much better. Thank you Lolita, we will stay again

Amazing property and location.

The condo was in the perfevt location with a spectacular view of the lake. Amenities were first class from the furnishings, to quality of the comforts; bedding, towels, recliners, big screen TV, etc. Owner was so nice and flexible too.

True Luxury

River front property with luxurious floor to ceiling windows. We spent a good amount of time on the spacious balcony with a glass of wine & some snacks. Close to restaurants. River walk is very pleasant as it is pedestrian only. The Centennial Trail is a mixed use (bike & walk) trail that is also close by.

Beautiful property, stunning view!

THE most well appointed VRBO we've ever had the pleasure of staying. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, but more delighted with everything we could possibly need. I'm unfortunately very picky, but this is now the place that all other rentals will be compared to for us. There was even starch! It felt like being at home. The View was spectacular and well as the location. Thank you Lolita for a wonderful stay in your 'home'.

Prime location

Unit was exactly as advertised. Great view of constant activity on Spokane River in convenient location. Covered garage parking, well equipped kitchen, quality furnishings and spacious living areas. Only disappointment was not being able to use the wonderful outdoor space due to extremely hot weather during our stay.

Exceptional property and service

We would highly recommend staying in the condo.. The property overlooked the Spokane River. It contained all the amenities you would need for your stay. Unfortunately we were there during the heat wave but the hostess was in constant communication with us to insure a wonderful experience. We would give it a 12 rating on a scale of 10.

Excellent all around place and location.

This is an excellent condo with all the basics. It is in a quiet area about a 40 minute walk or 8 minute bike ride to town. Bikes with locks are provided. There are two restaurants that are next door to condo that have excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Le Peep and Tarraza. The centennial trail takes you from condo to town. The beautiful view was also appreciated.

Great Condo and location

The place is exactly as described. I loved how close we were to everything. Food, shopping, and the bike trail were within footsteps. I’d highly recommend this rental. Definitely check out Le Peep for breakfast!

2nd Visit

This is the perfect place for a couple. Close to the boardwalk and a great restaurant downstairs that makes a perfect margarita. They gave bikes and the bike path is right there are will take you downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Property was as described. Lovely area with great access via centennial trail to downtown and all areas around the river and lake area by back or foot. Also great jumps ng off point to areas in Northern Idaho.

The condo was super clean and a great view! So quiet we thought we had the whole building to ourselves! Very secure building. The trail along the river was very nice for evening walks. The cafe downstairs was great.

One of my favorite places to stay. I have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Clean and relaxing and beautiful views. It’s a nice area for walking and it's right on the river.
