Perfect vacay

Such an easy check in. The beach is gorgeous. Sand is perfect, not full of shells like Ft Lauderdale. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. The view was perfect of the ocean and to watch kids below at pools. Beds slept nice. Had a problem with the shower spraying on the ceiling but they came and looked it over to fix. Fast service.

Very nice condo!

The condo had everything we needed and more! We were there in late October 2024. The only suggestion we have had nothing to do with this condo but with the resort itself. Only one pool was heated in October…they all need to be heated when the temps drop at night. We were told by a resort employee they don't heat the pools until November. One note….sun comes in very strongly on the deck in the mornings and early afternoons. This is a very friendly family resort and the condo has room for a family. We had 4 adults and one small child and we were very comfortable.

Beautiful property

Fantastic property. Right on the beach. Several pools and things to do for kids and adults. Very nice snack bar with food and drinks for all ages. I highly recommend this property. Already booked for next year - Same place same time!

We had the best week staying at Waterscape. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing. I didn't want to leave. It is a magical place for families young and old. We had four generations on this vacation and everyone had a wonderful time.

B610 was even better than we expected! Amazing views of the ocean and the resort. We will be back for sure and we highly recommend visiting.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great Condo and resort for my husband and I and our 3 young kids! The Condo was clean and spacious, check-in process was easy and communication from the property manager was great! We would recommend and stay here again.

Great condo at Waterscapes

This is our second stay at Waterscapes, but our first stay in this particular condo. We found the condo to be exactly as described in the listing. The management company was very communicative and easy to work with. When we experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues, they responded quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this rental.

Love waterscape! The condo was in overall all good condition. Wasn’t as clean as the one we stayed in last year. (B506) the baseboards were all really dusty and the inside of the cabinets were dirty with crumbs and such. The closet door right by the front door was really dirty & dusty. Beds were really comfy and the kids really loved having their own TV in their bunks! Also, bonus points for having a pack n play available! The 1 paddle board or kayak/one hour a day with our stay was nice. We had 4 adults so it would’ve been nice to have 2 so we could go out in pairs. We will be back!! Maybe in a condo closer to the beach!

Perfect family vacation

Loved the location, the condo, the rental process, the pool area, and the beach access. We traveled with 25 family members, and this condo was one that we rented. It was perfect in all ways.

Cute condo with nice view

The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The view of the ocean and resort pools was really nice. I lived that we were just a short walk to the beach and that there were chairs and umbrellas on the beach for us to use.

Great family memories

We were a little disappointed with cleanliness of condo on arrival. The chairs had old food stuck on them, floors/baseboards were very dirty. The master bathroom wall has black mold growing on the wall between shower and bathtub. We felt like the condo needs a good DEEP clean and repairs need to be made. However, the owner was very responsive and someone up to spot clean the condo right away. The condo had everything we needed, which was sooo nice! Our kids favorite part was that each bunk bed had its own tv. Despite our initial disappointment, our whole family had a blast. Thank you, for a great memorable week!

Great Condo!

After the arrangements fell through at the condo we had planned to stay, we scrambled to find other accommodations. Not a lot was still available, but thankfully, this unit had not been taken, and we felt blessed it was still open for the dates we were staying. It is nicely furnished, more than fit our needs. The king bed in the second bedroom was something we didn't expect, and the comfort of the beds was great! With so much use, sometimes, this is an issue. On our first day we had a knock at our door. It was someone from Coastal Vibes bringing us a set of very nice food storage containers to use during our stay. The condo did not have a set for long-termers, so that was very thoughtful. And it did get used! The booking process went very smoothly with David Jenn. We had intended on staying the month of February, but due to our plans being changed, we did not arrive until a week later, so our stay was extended into March, and fortunately, he did not raise his rates, as so many do during that time. For this, we were very thankful. We had a great getaway, and would not hesitate to book this unit again.
