About this property

Notch located holiday apartment with 50 square meters large open sun terrace which extends to the sea. The apartment has direct beach access and is centrally located. From here you can perfect book excursions, such as hiking through the valley of Soller and the surrounding area, boat tours or rental cars.
It is located on the third/top floor of an apartment building with 6 residential units and can be reached through the community staircase (42 steps). No elevator !! The approximately 50 square meters of the apartment are divided into a living-dining room, a fitted kitchen with washing maschine, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Fans and an air conditioning unit in the bedroom are available for warm days in summer and a gas stove and electric radiators for the cooler seasons.
Parking possibility in Carrer Bunyola and parts of Carrer d'Alaró. Depending on the day and time, a 3 to 8 minute walk.

2nd Visit

This was our 2nd visit to this apartment. Some upgrades since our last stay. It’s a lovely apartment, with a fabulous terrace overlooking the beach. Communication with Uli is excellent, all messages replied to promptly. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Port de Sóller is a nice place to stay. Plenty of nice restaurants and good transport links. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, very dated apartment

The apartment is situated in Port de Soller, right in the middle of all the action, front line of the beach, stunning views from the huge terrace, which had very comfy sun loungers. However, the apartment, although nice and clean, is very dated and in need of modernisation. The kitchen is tiny and all the china, cutlery, glasses, etc are very dated and quite dirty as there is no dishwasher. The bedroom is tiny and has an air con unit which was not very efficient and very very noisy. The bedding was horrible, old and the bed wasn't very comfy, in fact we hardly slept all week. Uli was very helpful and tried to fulfil all our requests, but the apartment is in desperate need of modernisation. Having said all this, the location is just amazing

Perfect location

Met by Uli on arrival who was very welcoming - too early to check in so we left our luggage in storage area below until it was ready. Spotless apartment,amazing views across the bay - just the same as pics. So many places to eat and drink. Very peaceful, laid back vibe - we travelled mid October. Transport by bus so easy to nearby places Fornalutz, Soller, Palma - use bank card as cheaper than euros! Communication with Uli excellent throughout our stay and taxi ordered for our return to airport. Would highly recommend.

Stunning location overlooking the sea.

What a superb place to stay!The views were spectacular from the fabulous terrace, we could have sun all day, but shade from the awning when needed. Excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Owners extremely helpful. Hard to beat. Chris & Graham Cretch.

Jaw dropping lay beautiful

Location is everything here and sunshine from dawn til amazing sunsets. We lived outside because we couldn’t get enough of the views and colours of the bay. The owners could not be more friendly, helpful and attentive and really went out of their way to make our stay special. And it is above an amazing Italian restaurant! Gnocchi is For us air con would make it even better for nights though there are fans. Home now and still enjoying the holiday hangover of this glorious frontline apartment. Superb!

Best view ever

We enjoyed our stay in Port de Soller. The property had great views. We had a warm welcome from the owners who were quick to supply new gas when we needed it. It is an area with many local walks and places of interest

Very nice place!

Lovely, well equipped apartment with stunning views and in the middle of the resort just across from the beach. Super sun deck.Very helpful owners. Two small negatives: 46 steps up to the apartment not for the elderly but we managed (72 years old), parking not too easy but this is probably true for any well positioned apartments.

Lovely little apartment with fantastic roof terrace. Very friendly and helpful owners!

Nicely furnished and equipped, even down to binoculars provided, great for checking out the super yachts in the bay! Sun beds, inflatable and beach umbrella for the beach, close to lots of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets, everything is in easy reach. Uli and family very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful without being at all intrusive. The family run pizzeria on the ground floor has what we found to be the best food and service in Port de Soller too! Lovely relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening, people watching and listening to the waves lapping the shore. We will certainly be returning!

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

We had a great week in this lovely apartment right in the middle of the Port. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable and the outside terrace is the perfect place to watch the world go by and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. We will definitely be back! Thank you Uli and Jaime.

The most beautiful view of Puerto de Soller

Thank you so much Uli and Jaime for an absolutely wonderful stay in your appartment and for your hospitality. Everything was in order and as expected from the pictures. We enjoyed both mornings and evenings on the terrasse overlooking the bay and watching the sun set. During daytime we went to the sandy beach to cool off in the clear, smooth Mediteranean water. We have stayed in Soller/Puerto de Soller many times in different places, both in the bay and in the Tramuntana mountains - and your place definitely ranks in our top 2! We will be back :)

Lovely apartment!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this apartment. The whole process from initial enquiry to our final day, was handled very efficiently by Uli. She answered all emails promptly, was there to meet us on arrival, and also when we left. It is exactly as photographed. Very clean and well equipped. The WiFi is better than ours at home! We did use the computer to watch a few things after we had been out in the evening as it is mainly German channels on the T.V. Not a problem, we weren't there to watch T.V. The main entertainment is sitting on the wonderful terrace. It has sun all day, there is a new electric sun awning which gives plenty of shade if needed. Also lots of outdoor chairs, umbrellas, and beach chairs. There are no beach towels provided, so if you are intending going to the beach I would take some. We preferred sitting on the terrace though. Port Soller is a great little place, with some nice restaurants and relaxing atmosphere. We took the the bus to Deia and walked back. Also walked to Soller a few times. We visited Fornalutx and Valldemosa. All very pretty places. We also went on a sunset cruise which was very enjoyable. We would definitely return, to the resort and this apartment.

War alles sehr schön. Besonders haben wir uns über die Apfelsinen, Pampelmusen und Zitronen der Gastgeber gefreut, so dass wir uns jeden Morgen frischen Saft pressen konnten.

Absolutely wonderful property and location. Uli was extremely easy to communicate with. The apartment was very comfortable and had beautiful views out over the sea. The beach is just steps away from the property. Hiking, restaurants and bus transportation are all very close. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and glasses. Having a washing machine was perfect. Everything was very clean. This was by far the best property we’ve stayed at in Port de Soller, Mallorca. I highly recommend it.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung 9 Tage im Oktober 2024 . Ulrike hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und größer als in der Beschreibung stand. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Auch Wanderungen sind von dort aus gut zu starten. Was ich leider bemängeln muss ist die permanente Bedröhnung der Absauganlage des benachbarten Restaurants. Die ist genau auf die Dachterrasse ausgerichtet und bläst und rauscht den ganzen Tag ab 9:00 -22:00 Uhr ( Montag ist Ruhetag ). Das störte doch sehr den wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht von Port de Soller zu genießen. Mit Ohropax oder Kopfhörern auf den Ohren ging es dann. Daher kommen wir gerne wieder.

Nice apartment and perfect location

Very nice apartment with a large terrace in the centre of Port de Sóller just opposite the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Uli was very kind and helpful and told us all we needed to know. Parking is easy as there is a parking garage nearby. There are several small supermarkets just around the corner. All in all a wonderful vacation.

Really nice holiday apartment, ideal for 2 people

We (middle-aged couple) had a wonderful time in this holiday apartment. Everything is described exactly as it turned out to be, and the pictures are also exactly as the property is. It is very relaxing, to sit on the terrace and watch people and the world go by, enjoy the historic tram from Soller pass by every 30 minutes during the day, watch the tourists on the beach. For lunch or dinner there are many restaurant options in the neighbourhood, and it was also nice to have the option to cook a simple meal at home if we had been out all day already. Enjoying the walking trails in the vicinity was also great. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We would very gladly come back here, and hope we can do so very soon!

Traumhaft schön

Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt ausgestattet, hat einen Ausblick über die ganze Bucht. Die Dachterrasse ist den ganzen Tag über sonnig. Obgleich die Wohnung mitten im Zentrum liegt, ist es recht ruhig. Da sie sich in der 3. Etage befindet, muss man auf den schmalen Stufen gut zu Fuß sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Erholsame Urlaub in Mallorca-Westen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung, ruhig, zentral, sonnig, perfekte Ort, um ein Paar Tage Ruhe genießen, auch als hervorragende Ausgangspunkt, um Umgebung zu erkundigen. Die Wohnung komplett für 2 Menschen ausreichend, sauber, sonnige große, windgeschützte Terrasse mit erstklassigem direktem Sicht über die Bucht von Port de Soller. Sehr empfehlenswert.
