A beautiful 4 bedroom townhome featuring a private pool and is a 1 minute walk from the beach. The property features outside security cameras monitoring the entrance driveway and over the pool area for the safety, security and piece of mind of our guests. The inside of the property features an updated kitchen with numerous aminities provided, dining, living area, 1/2 bath and bedroom on the first floor. A Master en suite with balcony over looking the pool; two spacious and comfortable sized bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom between them, are located on the 2nd floor. There are washers and dryers upstairs and in the garage area. For convenience, a second refrigerator is in the garage. The interior of the home has been updated and well cared for. The furnishings are of great quality and have a nice coastal vibe! The Dollar General Store and Blackbeard's Restaurant are within walking distance. The Blue Marlin grocery store is a 4/5 minute drive from the property.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful vacation and we really enjoyed our stay here! Our family plus our dogs had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. The setting was peaceful, clean and relaxing. The home was well kept and very spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in excellent shape, is very convenient to the beach, and has all the amenities we could have asked for. Our host was friendly, informative, and accommodating. We will be back again!

Beautiful!!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need on your island vacation! The rooms are spacious, the pool is refreshing, and it has all the things you need for fun on the beach. Our family loved our time in SPI and would highly recommend this property and hosts.

Best rental we have ever had!!

The host communicated early and greeted us with open arms!! If you are planning a trip to South Padre, I would highly suggest this property. It was home away from home. Close to public beach access so you do not need to worry about fining parking. Everything you will need to enjoy your vacation is here! Thank you to our host for making this the best experience ever!!!!! We look forward to renting this property again and again!!!

Wonderful Experience

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice home, beautifully decorated, conveniently located to beach, stores and dining options. Upper level bedrooms allowed for kitchen and pool at entry level. Large garage with everything we needed for our stay. 5 stars plus

Exactly What We Wanted

You always hold your breath when you get to a property/stay, but this one was exactly what it claimed to be. The owner was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and the entire process was a breeze. Short walking distance to the beach, and the house was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

South Padre Island Mars Condo

This was a fantastic home. Tremendously equipped, clean and all of the amenities needed and more. Short walk to the beach, beautiful pool and great overall location. Jennifer is a great host and made sure that we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Of all of our visits to SPI, this was by far the best accommodations we have enjoyed. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Thanks so much.

Perfection!

This house has it all! There wasn't a single thing that I would change. Jennifer has thought of it all and made our stay amazing. The location to the beach is perfect and easy to get to. The kitchen is fully equipped to include spare rubbermaids for leftovers! Like I said, she has thought of everything!

Family beach gateway June 2022

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week, it was amazing. The house has everything you have at home and then some. Jennifer was an awesome host and helped us with anything we needed. Rental is located 5 min walk from the beach and decorated beautifully, which gives you that beach home feeling. Pool is a huge bonus for all and beds were clean and comfortable. Short but sweet

This was exactly what our family needed. A quick getaway that included no surprises, super organized/clean place, great layout for entertaining and sleeping 6-10 easily. The pool in the back is a great size for a nice refreshing experience. Easy to understand/seamless check-in/out process. Beach is right there. The property also had all the things you could need on the premises for the kitchen, games for indoor fun, etc. As soon as we left, we talked about booking again.

Family vacation

This place was amazing, especially for family reunions. Highly recommend. Jennifer the host was so easy to get along with. The pool canapy was perfect for after beach time, or for just hanging out at night. The unit has washer/dryer in garage for beach towels, also washer/dryer upstairs for other items. The overall experience was amazing. Will definitely rent here again. Restaurants: Our family loved The Meatball Cafe and Coffee - Books - Sandwich. If you drink coffee this is the place to go. Long lines, definitely worth the wait! Thank you so much Jennifer!! The Stone Family.

Paradise in Padre!

Just had the greatest time in this amazing beach rental. You are at most 1 block walk from the beach access, has a great little pool in the backyard and amazing spaces inside. Our family of 5 had ample space to be together. There were plenty of games, beach/pool toys, movies et. al. for the kids to use. But most of all, this unit has maybe the nicest owners we have ever dealt with. We had significant travel issues getting down there and they were so gracious, flexible and thoughtful to us due to our scenario. They truly tried to make it feel like home. We loved our time and would absolutely 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a little slice of heaven on South Padre Island!

Everything you need for an amazing South Padre trip

I’ve stayed at South Padre 3 other times and this property and all its amenities made this my favorite trip to South Padre by far. Beach was about a 7 minute walk from house to spot on sand at beach you can set up. The 4 bedrooms were all well equipped with everything as well great size and comfort with bedding. All beach equipment you would need including chairs, toys for kids, bodyboards for adults and kids, cooler, and inflatables for the pool area. Pool felt very private and was the perfect size to relax after the beach or just hang out all day. Great selection of classic movies on VHS and DVD, cable tv in every room as well great internet. Could not hear anything outside the house and can drown out any loud partying that might be going on nearby. Will definitely book again if we have enough people going with us.

Even better than last year

Jen is an owner who genuinely cares about taking care of her property and her guests. I was already blown away by how nice it was from our stay last year, but this year we arrived to new, updated furniture in living room and a beautiful new dining room table. She takes so much pride in her rental property, which unfortunately isn't the case for so many others. We had a wonderful four month stay, and knew all of our needs would be taken care of, had there been any. I consider Mars to be my home-away-from-home, because that's how it feels. So cozy, and decorated so tastefully. Love hosting friends here, as they always feel as comfortable as we do. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to spend our winters. Thanks to Jen and Randy, and their generosity which is endless. Couldn't recommend this any more. I promise you will not be disappointed (except when you have to leave).

Perfect Quarantine Winter Vacation

This place was fantastic. Super clean and roomy. We only had two friends with us but I could see how this would be perfect for families with kids. The kitchen had every cooking implement we needed. The Keurig was well stoked to get us started, the blender could handle ice well, and we even had the right tools to make impromptu Christmas sugar cookies! The pool was great, it's well shaded and a bit chilly in the winter but it would be great for spring and summer. The afternoon sun that hit the backyard was our favorite post beach spot. And the beach! Just a few minutes walk and your toes are in the sand. Close enough that if you forgot something it's no big deal to walk back to the house. We watched the sunrise, took long walks up and down, built sand sculptures (lots of beach toys in the garage for that!), and of course went swimming. We loved staying here, communication with Jennifer was easy and fast too. We'll be back for sure.

Great location for families

Even before checking in I was warmly welcomed by the owner. Check in procedure was smooth and the house is beautiful. We were a one minute walk from the beach but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Having a pool at the property made it that much more enjoyable. Owner also left a note book with notes on things to do and places to eat which made it very easy for our first visit to South Padre. Will definitely stay here on future visits.

Fantastic beach house!

The house is wonderful! It was spotless when we arrived and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan or cooking device you would ever need - and there is a great selection of spices and condiments as well. All sorts of beach toys and beach chairs were available to use. The pool was fantastic and having it to ourselves just made the experience so much better. The walk to the beach is very short and convenient. Jennifer was very friendly and attentive. All in all this was our best trip to South Padre ever and we hope to be back next year!

More than expected!!

This is a perfect family home. The owner has really set it up nicely for a family with children. The home is exactly as described and more. 5 minute walk to beach access. We will definitely be back!!!

South Padre vacation

This house was perfect! Close to the beach, had an outdoor shower, a personal pool, a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beds. We were even able to bring our dogs! Having a garage was also nice to give us extra room for vehicles. Would absolutely stay here again. Jennifer is a great host and quite responsive.
