Large Apartment w/ two Bathrooms on Quiet Side Street in Prenzlauer Berg
This fully furnished apartment is located on a quiet side street lined with old turn-of-the-century buildings in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Spread out over the ground floor of a well-kept building from the early 1900s and with its rear section facing a lush green backyard, you can enjoy the rest and relaxation after excursions, visits, work days, and all other activities which you brought to Berlin. With its three bedrooms, full size kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a tub), you will find plenty of space and all the amenities you need (like e.g. a dishwasher, TV set and free Wi-Fi) in order to have a comfortable home for shorter and longer stays.
Details: The 2 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed which can be extended if needed to a single bed. One bedroom also has a private bathroom with its own shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a tub with shower, hand basin and a toilet. The living and dining room offers a table for 6-8 people and a cozy sitting area. It can be converted into a third bedroom with a large sofa that unfolds to another queen-size bed. A television and stereo set are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with 4 hotplates and an oven, a sink, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as all kinds of cooking utensils to prepare a good meal.

Very good

The apartment is in a great location, near all transport links. It was very functional and has almost everything you need....though a washing machine would have been useful. Mena, who checked us in at the property, was helpful and accommodated our only check-in. On the surface, the property seemed clean but in reality needed a good deep clean, and this reduced the my rating of the property.

Good, spacious apartment
Lots of space for a family to stay in for an extended period of time, close to amenities and transport. However, the kitchen facilities were pretty basic and more could be provided/updated so that families can cook and clean as they go e.g. dishwashing tablets, more crockery.

Great location just a little updating
Great location, good size, would have been nice to have English speaking tv and showers were a little frustrating
Very nice apartment in a great location in Prenzlauer Berg. We stayed for a week with 3 kids age 11, 15 and 18. Since the living room has a sofa bed we used it as an extra bedroom. Nice to have a washing machine in the apartment (with no drier, but we managed; also no freezer in the fridge, which was fine for us). Nice restaurants in the area, and close to public transportation (Uber is also available and convenient). The street is very quiet. Overall a very positive experience.
Great location transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet. Two bathrooms a plus.
One of the mattresses in the bedroom with two beds needs to be replaced. Otherwise, a perfect place.
Thank you,Marc
The neighborhood is very nice, the apartment is convenient to transportation, and there are many parks nearby. I recommend this spacious apartment for groups because it has everything you'd need for an extended stay: washer, plenty of dishes and a dishwasher, and a large living/dining room for meals and relaxing.

prenzlauerberg flat- prime location, but....
This is a relatively spacious flat in a cool urban neighborhood that is not at all "touristy"...you really felt like a Berliner with all the local families and couples in the area. There are a couple bakeries/cafes within a block or so plus some nice small convenience stores for beer, wine, snacks. it is a short walk to Schonhauser allee which has tons of great restaurants, a grocery store, and access to the S-Bahn. In the opposite direction are more restaurants and a tram stop. Easy access to the city via transit and Ubers were always available
This pre-WWII building is quiet and secure and has a lovely courtyard with flowers and a place to leave a bicycle.
appliances included a dishwasher, clotheswasher (no dryer) and a large refrigerator. decent stovetop and oven also. all worked well.
Some areas that could be improved upon:
-The apartment is not the cleanest rental out there to be polite. (dont look under beds...).
-The bathrooms are not user friendly. one is very small which is typical for a european flat but it was impossible to shower without flooding the floor. the larger bathroom has a tub/shower but is also flood prone.
we had a lot of problems with the wifi early in the stay...it would cut out or have periods with a very low signal. we worked with it but it made it difficult for one of our people to work remotely.
the owner was kind enough to accommodate our request for an early check in.
all told, good spot to use as a base camp for our berlin trip
We had a great stay. Enjoyed Berlin. Great location. Close to amenities, backerei and train stations.

A work in progrress
We are a senior couple with much international vacation rental experience. Our style is to stay in one place for 2-4 weeks to explore and to meet the local people. That said, this apartment was a disappointment. If what you are looking for is a warm, friendly sense of being cared for as a visitor, this is not your place. Even before arrival, we were made to feel bothersome for making inquiries about things in the apartment and about what to expect on arrival. During our 3 week stay, no one bothered to ask if everything was okay.
This apartment did have good points. The neighborhood is gentrified with many families and seniors safely walking about at all times. The location is good with trams within 2-3 blocks that run to the tourist attractions. There are numerous lovely coffee shops, parks and good eateries close by. [It would have been nice to have the usual welcome binder with suggested places to eat and shop, the number to call in a medical emergency, how to work the appliances, and transportation maps.] The apartment building is well taken care of, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The kitchen was supplied with basic things like salt, pepper, flour, vinegar, oil, etc. The appliances work easily and well. The linens are professionally washed and pressed and are good quality, although covering mostly old, dirty and frayed pillows and comforters.
This apartment presents well in the supplied photos. although the photos don't show how old and mismatched the furnishings are. Unfortunately, despite having made every effort to inform the owners of our arrival time, we arrived at an apartment that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned after the previous renters who had created breakages and had left the apartment filthy. In Covid times, this was very upsetting. One toilet had human waste in it! The beds had much dust underneath. One of the owners immediately attended to the worst of the problems and supplied us with extra linens. This helped us feel more comfortable. However, the beds are not at all comfortable as they consist of hard foam on top of low-lying bed frames. We managed by taking the comforters off all the unused beds and putting them under the bottom sheet to pad the extra firm foam. A real foam "topper" would have been welcome.
Our other main concern was how unsafe the showers were. One is very tiny; the other deep and slippery. and without safety bars to hold on to.
Definitely a work in progress!

We comfortably stayed at this VRBO with a group of 5. Well stocked kitchen. Everything as described and in a very convenient location. Lots of great food around. Good communication as well.
The only issue was that the floors were a little dirty(the kind where you’re feet get dirty after walking around barefoot). Also it got a little warm while we were there but there was a heat wave and it wasn’t too bad.
Would definitely recommend.
Plenty of space, well situated for exploring Berlin
This apartment in Prenzlauer Berg was ideal for our group during our week in Berlin. The space meant we could all have our own room and no lineups for a single washroom was a plus. Its located very close to the U2 U-bahn (metro/subway) line, the ringbahn S-bahn train line with great connections to Tegel Airport and between two frequent tram lines (M1 and 12) and is minutes away from the heart of the neighbourhood. It is a very quiet area and the building is very easy to get in and out of. The apartment is well cared for and our check-in experience with Vincent was wonderful. He and Marc were very helpful and good to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Well placed, very clean, very easy to check-in/ check out.
The Only tiny problem was that the refrigerator wouldn't fully close, but ice was made, the wine and orange juice were cold enough. Hey, if that's the list of negatives, stay here when you have the chance. Quiet neighborhood, Close to all transport. Lidl is just about 3,5 blocks away (the short blocks) - a five minute walk. Enjoy!

This spacious apartment is very well located in Prenzlauer Berg, close to public transport (Schönhauser Allee), many shops, cosy bars and fine restaurants. Although a bit dark, this two bedroom ground floor accommodation provides all you need, also with kids. Well recommended!
Keuken wat vettig, zelf eerst even gepoetst. Vriezer vol ijs. Prima oven.
